On je, inače, od Balenović prvo tražio 100 tisuća kuna odštete, a tijekom postupka je taj zahtjev smanjio na (simboličnih) pet kuna. Predmet Linićeve tužbe su izjave Vesne Balenović za medije, u kojima je navodila da je on kao predsjednik Nadzornog odbora INE bio odgovoran za kriminal u toj tvrtki.
- Sud je utvrdio da tuženica nije dokazala tvrdnje koje su difamirajuće i klevetničke. Tužitelj je kao javna osoba podložan kritici, no potrebno je odrediti granicu u tome, naglasila je sutkinja Nobilo u obrazloženju presude, dodavši kako Balenović nije dokazala niti argumentirala optužbe koje je iznijela na njegov račun - da je «umočen u kriminal u INI», «isisavao novac» iz te tvrtke, odgovoran za politički pritisak...
Ogorčena presudom Vesna Balenović je predstavnicima medija rekla kako je suktinja donijela odluku u korist Linića bez ijednog dokaza, te da je to pogodovanje moćnicima.
– Ova presuda je poput prvoaprilske šale. Jedini argument koji je Linić ponudio da je trpio duševne boli je svjedočenje njegove supruge Ksenije. Žalit ću se na ovu odluku. Iz principijelnih razloga neću platiti pet kuna niti troškove postupka, spremna sam ići u zatvor. Već sedam godina me se sudski progoni, dvoje sudaca koji su sudili u nekim od tih postupaka su promaknuti s Općinskog na Županijski sud, a možda sad i sutkinja Nobilo tamo pređe. Imam dojam da se na «predmetu Balenović» tezgari. Osnovala sam udrugu Ziždač i pozivam građane da se ne boje korumpiranih sudaca s kojima nikada nećemo ući u Europsku uniju - istaknula je Vesna Balenović u izjavi za medije.

On je, inače, od Balenović prvo tražio 100 tisuća kuna odštete, a tijekom postupka je taj zahtjev smanjio na (simboličnih) pet kuna. Predmet Linićeve tužbe su izjave Vesne Balenović za medije, u kojima je navodila da je on kao predsjednik Nadzornog odbora INE bio odgovoran za kriminal u toj tvrtki.
- Sud je utvrdio da tuženica nije dokazala tvrdnje koje su difamirajuće i klevetničke. Tužitelj je kao javna osoba podložan kritici, no potrebno je odrediti granicu u tome, naglasila je sutkinja Nobilo u obrazloženju presude, dodavši kako Balenović nije dokazala niti argumentirala optužbe koje je iznijela na njegov račun - da je «umočen u kriminal u INI», «isisavao novac» iz te tvrtke, odgovoran za politički pritisak...
Ogorčena presudom Vesna Balenović je predstavnicima medija rekla kako je suktinja donijela odluku u korist Linića bez ijednog dokaza, te da je to pogodovanje moćnicima.
– Ova presuda je poput prvoaprilske šale. Jedini argument koji je Linić ponudio da je trpio duševne boli je svjedočenje njegove supruge Ksenije. Žalit ću se na ovu odluku. Iz principijelnih razloga neću platiti pet kuna niti troškove postupka, spremna sam ići u zatvor. Već sedam godina me se sudski progoni, dvoje sudaca koji su sudili u nekim od tih postupaka su promaknuti s Općinskog na Županijski sud, a možda sad i sutkinja Nobilo tamo pređe. Imam dojam da se na «predmetu Balenović» tezgari. Osnovala sam udrugu Ziždač i pozivam građane da se ne boje korumpiranih sudaca s kojima nikada nećemo ući u Europsku uniju - istaknula je Vesna Balenović u izjavi za medije.
