Dvojica stečajnih upravitelja oštro raspravljaju u podnescima koje šalju Trgovačkom sudu, koji treba odlučiti hoće li i u kojim omjerima podijeliti 630 tisuća kuna nagrade koja im pripada nakon prodaje hotela “Marjan”.

Jedan od njih je Ante Gabelica, sadašnji stečajni upravitelj propalog hotelijerskog poduzeća “Adriatic”, u čijem je mandatu hotel “Marjan” prodan na elektroničkoj javnoj dražbi koju je provela Financijska agencija. Na tu dužnost izabrali su ga većinski vjerovnici “Adriatica” – rovinjske Adris grupa, te tzv. Kerum grupe, kako bi nazvali tvrtke povezane sa Željkom Kerumom, bivšim vlasnikom hotela.

Osporavanje hipoteka

Gabelica, inače odvjetnik, osporava pravo na dio nagrade svom prethodniku Zoranu Miletiću, revizorskom stručnjaku, kojeg su s mjesta stečajnog upravitelja “Adriatica” maknuli Adris grupa i “Kerum grupa” kojoj se nisu svidjele brojne tužbe koje je Miletić pokrenuo da bi osporio hipoteke koje su na hotelu “Marjan”, dok mu je vlasnik bio Kerum, upisali s njime povezane tvrtke, kao i Hypo banka koja je davala kredite za obnovu tog objekta, koja nikada nije završena.

Miletić je napravio veliki dio posla u tom stečaju, pa je tako, između ostalog, prijavio tražbine brojnih vjerovnika kojima je “Adriatic” ostao dužan, naručio je vještačenja koja su pokazala da je u obnovu hotela uloženo znatno manje sredstava nego što je bilo prikazano u poslovnim knjigama... Bivši radnici hotela za njegova postupanja kažu da je htio da istina iziđe na vidjelo i da se zaštite stvarni vjerovnici.

Podnesci iz kojih se iščitava “obračun” dvojice upravitelja, objavljuju se na e-oglasnoj ploči s obzirom na to da se radi o stečaju koji je javni postupak, pa se njihove rasprave komentiraju u krugovima odvjetnika i stečajnih upravitelja.

Zadnji podnesak koji je Ante Gabelica napisao u povodu Miletićeva traženja da mu pripadne polovica nagrade, odnosno 315 tisuća kuna, i u kojem mu osporava to pravo, ima čak 20 stranica, nakon što je Miletić na 15 stranica iznio svoje argumente zbog čega bi trebao dobiti polovicu velike nagrade. O njihovim argumentima na kraju će odlučiti sud.

– Vrijeme će pokazati tko je kakav posao napravio. Njegovi podnesci su potpuno neosnovani i gledam ih u kontekstu osvete određenih lobija za principijelan rad na ovom spisu. Dalje nemam što komentirati – kratko nam je rekao Zoran Miletić.

– Naveo sam konkretne činjenice. Sve što pišem je potkrijepljeno vještvom – kazao nam je Ante Gabelica.

‘Adris‘ nastavlja ulagati usprkos koronavirusu


– "Adris" nastavlja planirane ulagačke aktivnosti i prevladavanje posljedica gospodarske krize izazvane pandemijom koronavirusa – najavila je rovinjska kompanija, novi vlasnik hotela "Marjan" u povodu donošenja lanjskog financijskog izvještaja.

– Velik pomak u ulagačkom procesu u turističkom segmentu grupe jest formalni završetak postupka vezanog za hotel "Marjan", što će "Adrisu" omogućiti ulazak u to rastuće turističko odredište. U sljedeće tri godine turistički dio grupe nastavit će investicijski ciklus s ciljem repozicioniranja postojećih i kreiranja novih proizvoda. Niska ukupna zaduženost omogućuje samostalno financiranje investicijskog ciklusa – navodi "Adris".

Dvojica stečajnih upravitelja oštro raspravljaju u podnescima koje šalju Trgovačkom sudu, koji treba odlučiti hoće li i u kojim omjerima podijeliti 630 tisuća kuna nagrade koja im pripada nakon prodaje hotela “Marjan”.

Jedan od njih je Ante Gabelica, sadašnji stečajni upravitelj propalog hotelijerskog poduzeća “Adriatic”, u čijem je mandatu hotel “Marjan” prodan na elektroničkoj javnoj dražbi koju je provela Financijska agencija. Na tu dužnost izabrali su ga većinski vjerovnici “Adriatica” – rovinjske Adris grupa, te tzv. Kerum grupe, kako bi nazvali tvrtke povezane sa Željkom Kerumom, bivšim vlasnikom hotela.

Osporavanje hipoteka

Gabelica, inače odvjetnik, osporava pravo na dio nagrade svom prethodniku Zoranu Miletiću, revizorskom stručnjaku, kojeg su s mjesta stečajnog upravitelja “Adriatica” maknuli Adris grupa i “Kerum grupa” kojoj se nisu svidjele brojne tužbe koje je Miletić pokrenuo da bi osporio hipoteke koje su na hotelu “Marjan”, dok mu je vlasnik bio Kerum, upisali s njime povezane tvrtke, kao i Hypo banka koja je davala kredite za obnovu tog objekta, koja nikada nije završena.

Miletić je napravio veliki dio posla u tom stečaju, pa je tako, između ostalog, prijavio tražbine brojnih vjerovnika kojima je “Adriatic” ostao dužan, naručio je vještačenja koja su pokazala da je u obnovu hotela uloženo znatno manje sredstava nego što je bilo prikazano u poslovnim knjigama... Bivši radnici hotela za njegova postupanja kažu da je htio da istina iziđe na vidjelo i da se zaštite stvarni vjerovnici.

Podnesci iz kojih se iščitava “obračun” dvojice upravitelja, objavljuju se na e-oglasnoj ploči s obzirom na to da se radi o stečaju koji je javni postupak, pa se njihove rasprave komentiraju u krugovima odvjetnika i stečajnih upravitelja.

Zadnji podnesak koji je Ante Gabelica napisao u povodu Miletićeva traženja da mu pripadne polovica nagrade, odnosno 315 tisuća kuna, i u kojem mu osporava to pravo, ima čak 20 stranica, nakon što je Miletić na 15 stranica iznio svoje argumente zbog čega bi trebao dobiti polovicu velike nagrade. O njihovim argumentima na kraju će odlučiti sud.

– Vrijeme će pokazati tko je kakav posao napravio. Njegovi podnesci su potpuno neosnovani i gledam ih u kontekstu osvete određenih lobija za principijelan rad na ovom spisu. Dalje nemam što komentirati – kratko nam je rekao Zoran Miletić.

– Naveo sam konkretne činjenice. Sve što pišem je potkrijepljeno vještvom – kazao nam je Ante Gabelica.

‘Adris‘ nastavlja ulagati usprkos koronavirusu


– "Adris" nastavlja planirane ulagačke aktivnosti i prevladavanje posljedica gospodarske krize izazvane pandemijom koronavirusa – najavila je rovinjska kompanija, novi vlasnik hotela "Marjan" u povodu donošenja lanjskog financijskog izvještaja.

– Velik pomak u ulagačkom procesu u turističkom segmentu grupe jest formalni završetak postupka vezanog za hotel "Marjan", što će "Adrisu" omogućiti ulazak u to rastuće turističko odredište. U sljedeće tri godine turistički dio grupe nastavit će investicijski ciklus s ciljem repozicioniranja postojećih i kreiranja novih proizvoda. Niska ukupna zaduženost omogućuje samostalno financiranje investicijskog ciklusa – navodi "Adris".

Dvojica stečajnih upravitelja oštro raspravljaju u podnescima koje šalju Trgovačkom sudu, koji treba odlučiti hoće li i u kojim omjerima podijeliti 630 tisuća kuna nagrade koja im pripada nakon prodaje hotela “Marjan”.

Jedan od njih je Ante Gabelica, sadašnji stečajni upravitelj propalog hotelijerskog poduzeća “Adriatic”, u čijem je mandatu hotel “Marjan” prodan na elektroničkoj javnoj dražbi koju je provela Financijska agencija. Na tu dužnost izabrali su ga većinski vjerovnici “Adriatica” – rovinjske Adris grupa, te tzv. Kerum grupe, kako bi nazvali tvrtke povezane sa Željkom Kerumom, bivšim vlasnikom hotela.
