U prostorijama Županijske komore Split danas je održan šesti po redu regionalni Forum obiteljskog smještaja, jedno od najvećih godišnjih okupljanja mikropoduzetnika.
Forum je tradicionalno organizirala Sekcija zajednice obiteljskog turizma HGK- Županijske komore Split, a naglasak ovogodišnjeg izdanja bio je na izazovima i novostima koji očekuju iznajmljivače privatnog smještaja u predstojećoj sezoni.
Gordana Piteša, voditeljica Sekcije Zajednice obiteljskog turizma, kazala je kako je završila neizvjesna 2020. godina, te kako poduzimaju sve mjere da spase sezonu i dodala kako je početak ove godine također neizvjestan.
- Epidemiološka situacija mijenja se iz sata u sat diljem Europe. Predsezone neće biti, a oslanjamo se na last minute rezervacije. Sada smo imali sjednicu sekcije u kojoj smo se osvrnuli na prethodnu godinu i pričali o mogućim izazovima u 2021. godini.
Na ovom Forumu pozvali smo sve relevantne sudionike od kojih ćemo dobiti odgovor na pitanja koja nas još uvijek muče (predstavnika iz porezne uprave, zračne luke, Zavoda za javno zdravstvo..).
Pričat ćemo o procijepljenosti, punktovima za testiranja i cijenama testova za one goste koji ostaju duže od tri dana – navela je Piteša.
Osvrnula se i na glavna pitanja turista koji žele doći u našu zemlju.
- Uglavnom pitaju o trenutnoj situaciji jer opet se događaju zatvaranja i policijski satovi po Europi. Zanima ih sigurnost naših objekata, njihova sigurnost u našoj zemlji te jednostavnost putovanja. Jedna od opcija je cijepljenje turista na aerodromima– kazala je.
Ove godine, istaknula je Piteša, 11 posto iznajmljivača u našoj Županiji odustalo je od iznajmljivanja apartmana, u Splitu njih čak 15 posto te je dodala kako kasnimo s pripremom sezone u odnosu na susjedne zemlje.
- Zemlje poput Turske ili Grčke su se već ispromovirale. Ja se nadam da ćemo to nadoknaditi, a najbitnije da postignemo jasne stavove na razini države vezano za testiranje i da se to dobro promovira prema van. Gosti trebaju znati da dolaze na sigurnu destinaciju jer ova pandemija neće brzo završiti.
Joško Stella, direktor Turističke zajednice Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, kazao je kako su na sastanku s doktorom Krunoslavom Capakom, ugovorili tri potvrde koje će biti ključne.

- To su potvrda o cijepljenju, potvrda o preboljenju i potvrda o PCR testu. Važno je naglasiti da ćemo mi kao turističke zajednice organizirati punktove za turiste. Česi, Poljaci i Nijemci – naši najčešći turisti, jako su zaraženi, a nadamo se da će se to promijeniti u roku od dva mjeseca.
Ove godine ćemo imati šest do sedam punktova, na prometnijim otocima i u Splitu (trajektna, zračna luka..) te dva punkta u Zagori – zaključio je Stella.
Martina Nimac Kalcina, predsjednica Zajednice obiteljskog turizma, naglasila je kako je glavni povod ovog Foruma donošenje mjera koje su u interesu svih.
- Ako ne iskoristimo ovakva događanja kako bismo pokazali snagu zajedništva, neće doći do mjera koje su u interesu svih. Ne možemo očekivati od Ministarstva da su upoznati sa svime. Mi smo tu da ih uputimo na određene mjere.
Moramo se pripremiti da ove sezone testiranje ne bude problem – treba se olakšati testiranje za strance. Također, želimo pokazati iznajmljivačima da nisu usamljeni nego da postoje pojedinci koji se bore za njihove interese – kazala je Nimac Kalcina.

Naglasila je kako je velika borba s pripremom sezone, odnosno poručila kako moramo ubaciti u petu brzinu kad vidimo druge zemlje koliko se trude.
- Činjenica je da neće biti putovanja do sredine petog mjeseca pa imamo još dva mjeseca za izboriti se. Ove godine ne govorimo o promociji naših ljepota kako smo to običavali ranije, ove godine govorimo o promociji sigurnosti, promociji jednostavnosti putovanja – zaključila je Nimac Kalcina.

U prostorijama Županijske komore Split danas je održan šesti po redu regionalni Forum obiteljskog smještaja, jedno od najvećih godišnjih okupljanja mikropoduzetnika.
Forum je tradicionalno organizirala Sekcija zajednice obiteljskog turizma HGK- Županijske komore Split, a naglasak ovogodišnjeg izdanja bio je na izazovima i novostima koji očekuju iznajmljivače privatnog smještaja u predstojećoj sezoni.
Gordana Piteša, voditeljica Sekcije Zajednice obiteljskog turizma, kazala je kako je završila neizvjesna 2020. godina, te kako poduzimaju sve mjere da spase sezonu i dodala kako je početak ove godine također neizvjestan.
- Epidemiološka situacija mijenja se iz sata u sat diljem Europe. Predsezone neće biti, a oslanjamo se na last minute rezervacije. Sada smo imali sjednicu sekcije u kojoj smo se osvrnuli na prethodnu godinu i pričali o mogućim izazovima u 2021. godini.
Na ovom Forumu pozvali smo sve relevantne sudionike od kojih ćemo dobiti odgovor na pitanja koja nas još uvijek muče (predstavnika iz porezne uprave, zračne luke, Zavoda za javno zdravstvo..).
Pričat ćemo o procijepljenosti, punktovima za testiranja i cijenama testova za one goste koji ostaju duže od tri dana – navela je Piteša.
Osvrnula se i na glavna pitanja turista koji žele doći u našu zemlju.
- Uglavnom pitaju o trenutnoj situaciji jer opet se događaju zatvaranja i policijski satovi po Europi. Zanima ih sigurnost naših objekata, njihova sigurnost u našoj zemlji te jednostavnost putovanja. Jedna od opcija je cijepljenje turista na aerodromima– kazala je.
Ove godine, istaknula je Piteša, 11 posto iznajmljivača u našoj Županiji odustalo je od iznajmljivanja apartmana, u Splitu njih čak 15 posto te je dodala kako kasnimo s pripremom sezone u odnosu na susjedne zemlje.
- Zemlje poput Turske ili Grčke su se već ispromovirale. Ja se nadam da ćemo to nadoknaditi, a najbitnije da postignemo jasne stavove na razini države vezano za testiranje i da se to dobro promovira prema van. Gosti trebaju znati da dolaze na sigurnu destinaciju jer ova pandemija neće brzo završiti.
Joško Stella, direktor Turističke zajednice Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, kazao je kako su na sastanku s doktorom Krunoslavom Capakom, ugovorili tri potvrde koje će biti ključne.

- To su potvrda o cijepljenju, potvrda o preboljenju i potvrda o PCR testu. Važno je naglasiti da ćemo mi kao turističke zajednice organizirati punktove za turiste. Česi, Poljaci i Nijemci – naši najčešći turisti, jako su zaraženi, a nadamo se da će se to promijeniti u roku od dva mjeseca.
Ove godine ćemo imati šest do sedam punktova, na prometnijim otocima i u Splitu (trajektna, zračna luka..) te dva punkta u Zagori – zaključio je Stella.
Martina Nimac Kalcina, predsjednica Zajednice obiteljskog turizma, naglasila je kako je glavni povod ovog Foruma donošenje mjera koje su u interesu svih.
- Ako ne iskoristimo ovakva događanja kako bismo pokazali snagu zajedništva, neće doći do mjera koje su u interesu svih. Ne možemo očekivati od Ministarstva da su upoznati sa svime. Mi smo tu da ih uputimo na određene mjere.
Moramo se pripremiti da ove sezone testiranje ne bude problem – treba se olakšati testiranje za strance. Također, želimo pokazati iznajmljivačima da nisu usamljeni nego da postoje pojedinci koji se bore za njihove interese – kazala je Nimac Kalcina.

Naglasila je kako je velika borba s pripremom sezone, odnosno poručila kako moramo ubaciti u petu brzinu kad vidimo druge zemlje koliko se trude.
- Činjenica je da neće biti putovanja do sredine petog mjeseca pa imamo još dva mjeseca za izboriti se. Ove godine ne govorimo o promociji naših ljepota kako smo to običavali ranije, ove godine govorimo o promociji sigurnosti, promociji jednostavnosti putovanja – zaključila je Nimac Kalcina.
