Koliko je nekadašnjih radnika hotela "Bellevue" preminulo a da nikad nisu dobili novac koji im pripada?

Naime, nakon što je stečajni upravitelj "Laurusa" u stečaju, prije prodaje "Bellevuea" osporio potraživanja bivših radnika niza tvrtki kćeri "Laurusa", među kojima su i bivši radnici tog hotelskog bisera splitskih Prokurativa, sve je izvjesnije da oni, kao i nasljednici njihovih preminulih kolega, neće dobiti što bi im trebalo pripasti.

– Dok bi ljeti u "Bellevueu", sa sezonskim radnicima, radilo 120 ljudi, zimi nas je bilo oko 80. Od tog broja stalnih radnika preminulo ih je oko 60, dok je ostalo nas 10-ak starih "belvijana" koji smo tamo radili preko 35 godina, neki od nas i 42, da bismo oko 2000. godine naglavačke bili poslani u prijevremenu mirovinu bez otpremnine.

Za razliku od nas, 20-ak novih "belvijana", koji su u hotel došli raditi prije 20 godina i koji su tu bili do njegova zatvaranja prošle godine, dobilo je 35.000 kuna otpremnine – rekla nam je 76-godišnja Smiljana Reić Šerbo, koja je u biseru splitskih Prokurativa počela raditi s 14 godina, a paralelno se uz rad stalno školovala i učila strane jezike.

– Nikada se nisam makla s radnog mista, ali su nam šefovi bez našeg znanja mijenjali naziv poslodavca i nisu nam plaćali doprinose. Rekla sam premijeru Plenkoviću da mu želim da ima penziju kao što je moja – nastavlja Smiljana Reić Šerbo te dodaje je, saznavši za nedavnu odluku stečajnog upravitelja "Laurusa" po kojoj su stari "belvijani" i njihovi kolege iz sestrinskih tvrtki ostali bez ičega, zamalo dobila infarkt i "svaku moguću nevolju od jada i sekiracije".

Stari "belvijani" i bivši radnici niza tvrtki kćeri "Laurusa" godinama vode sudske bitke kako bi ostvarili svoja prava. Odavno su pravomoćno uspjeli u parnici kojom se pobija odluka o osnivanju tvrtki kćeri "Laurusa" u koje se prebacivalo radnike, no nakon toga se ništa nije pomaknulo s mjesta.

Sada ih čeka nova parnica koju je pokrenuo odvjetnik u ime 217 bivših radnika tvrtki kćeri "Laurusa". Jedan od njih pokazao nam je poruku koju im je uputio njihov odvjetnik, a koja glasi: 

"S obzirom na to da je stečajni upravitelj Laurusa osporio tražbine radnicima kojima smo izvršili prijave tražbina, izuzev jednom manjem broju slučajeva, potrebno je da nam putem poruke potvrdite želite li pokrenuti parnicu radi utvrđenja osporene tražbine ili ne.

Naime, uspjeh u parnici te vrste je upitan (šanse su 50 posto), a vi kao tužitelj morate snositi troškove pristojbe (cca 100-200 eura), kao i troškove vještačenja (od 300-800 eura), a u slučaju gubitka spora i sve troškove odvjetnika, uključivši i troškove odvjetnika stečajnog upravitelja (750-1500 eura). 

Ako ne želite pokrenuti parnicu, potrebno je da pristupite u naš odvjetnički ured radi potpisivanja izjave o nepokretanju parnice ili nam pošaljite e-mail, u suprotnom će se u vaše ime pokrenuti parnica", stoji u poruci koju su primili radnici.

Koliko je nekadašnjih radnika hotela "Bellevue" preminulo a da nikad nisu dobili novac koji im pripada?

Naime, nakon što je stečajni upravitelj "Laurusa" u stečaju, prije prodaje "Bellevuea" osporio potraživanja bivših radnika niza tvrtki kćeri "Laurusa", među kojima su i bivši radnici tog hotelskog bisera splitskih Prokurativa, sve je izvjesnije da oni, kao i nasljednici njihovih preminulih kolega, neće dobiti što bi im trebalo pripasti.

– Dok bi ljeti u "Bellevueu", sa sezonskim radnicima, radilo 120 ljudi, zimi nas je bilo oko 80. Od tog broja stalnih radnika preminulo ih je oko 60, dok je ostalo nas 10-ak starih "belvijana" koji smo tamo radili preko 35 godina, neki od nas i 42, da bismo oko 2000. godine naglavačke bili poslani u prijevremenu mirovinu bez otpremnine.

Za razliku od nas, 20-ak novih "belvijana", koji su u hotel došli raditi prije 20 godina i koji su tu bili do njegova zatvaranja prošle godine, dobilo je 35.000 kuna otpremnine – rekla nam je 76-godišnja Smiljana Reić Šerbo, koja je u biseru splitskih Prokurativa počela raditi s 14 godina, a paralelno se uz rad stalno školovala i učila strane jezike.

– Nikada se nisam makla s radnog mista, ali su nam šefovi bez našeg znanja mijenjali naziv poslodavca i nisu nam plaćali doprinose. Rekla sam premijeru Plenkoviću da mu želim da ima penziju kao što je moja – nastavlja Smiljana Reić Šerbo te dodaje je, saznavši za nedavnu odluku stečajnog upravitelja "Laurusa" po kojoj su stari "belvijani" i njihovi kolege iz sestrinskih tvrtki ostali bez ičega, zamalo dobila infarkt i "svaku moguću nevolju od jada i sekiracije".

Stari "belvijani" i bivši radnici niza tvrtki kćeri "Laurusa" godinama vode sudske bitke kako bi ostvarili svoja prava. Odavno su pravomoćno uspjeli u parnici kojom se pobija odluka o osnivanju tvrtki kćeri "Laurusa" u koje se prebacivalo radnike, no nakon toga se ništa nije pomaknulo s mjesta.

Sada ih čeka nova parnica koju je pokrenuo odvjetnik u ime 217 bivših radnika tvrtki kćeri "Laurusa". Jedan od njih pokazao nam je poruku koju im je uputio njihov odvjetnik, a koja glasi: 

"S obzirom na to da je stečajni upravitelj Laurusa osporio tražbine radnicima kojima smo izvršili prijave tražbina, izuzev jednom manjem broju slučajeva, potrebno je da nam putem poruke potvrdite želite li pokrenuti parnicu radi utvrđenja osporene tražbine ili ne.

Naime, uspjeh u parnici te vrste je upitan (šanse su 50 posto), a vi kao tužitelj morate snositi troškove pristojbe (cca 100-200 eura), kao i troškove vještačenja (od 300-800 eura), a u slučaju gubitka spora i sve troškove odvjetnika, uključivši i troškove odvjetnika stečajnog upravitelja (750-1500 eura). 

Ako ne želite pokrenuti parnicu, potrebno je da pristupite u naš odvjetnički ured radi potpisivanja izjave o nepokretanju parnice ili nam pošaljite e-mail, u suprotnom će se u vaše ime pokrenuti parnica", stoji u poruci koju su primili radnici.
