Primoštensko Općinsko vijeće prihvatilo je prijedlog proračuna za iduću godinu u visini 4.269.984 eura. Ukupni rashodi trebali bi iznositi 3.803.484 eura. Od toga se na kapitalna ulaganja namjerava potrošiti 1.851.228 eura.

Najviše novca bit će uloženo u dom za stare i nemoćne i to 1.222.288 eura, u planu je izgradnja podmorskog tunela u Portu i za tu namjenu osigurano je 20 tisuća eura, u Docu će se graditi sportski kompleks s dječjim igralištem, halom i sportskim terenima, a ukupna vrijednost investicije procijenjena je 97 tisuća eura.

Značajni novci trebali bi biti uloženi u vidikovac Gaj gdje je prije šest-sedam godina postavljen velebi spomenik Gospi od Loreta visok 17,5 metra. Gradit će se zavjetna kapelica i uredit će se prilazna prometnica, a ukupna vrijednost tih radova prema procjeni iznosit će 77 tisuća eura.

U projekcijama proračuna za iduću godinu primjetno je da su porezi na dohodak znatno manji od prethodnih godina, planirani prihodi iznose 1.057.000. Povećao se međutim prihod po administrativnih naknada po posebnim uvjetima, u prvom redu komunalni doprinos koji bi idućoj godini trebali iznositi nešto manje od milijun eura. Veći je i prihod od poreza na imovinu.

- Planiranje proračuna uvijek je isto, 60 posto novca ulažemo u kapitalne investicije, a 7 posto proračuna trošimo na plaće. Iznimno smo ponosni što dajemo 47 stipendija, što izdašno financiramo sve kulturne, sportske i građanske udruge. Nismo sretni što nam proračun puni trgovina nekretninama i komunalni doprinos, to su prihodi na kratkom štapu. Zašto je prihod od poreza na dohodak manji jasno je svima. U Primoštenu dd nema više zaposlenih, od 300 radnih mjesta došli su na nulu. To je naša je rak rana ili će Mađari otići ili će Primošten nestati. Prikupili smo 2200 dokumenta o kriminalnoj privatizaciji Primoštena dd koji teško terete Slavka Linića, Zlatu Hrvoj Šipek i nove i stare vlasnike hotelske kuće- kaže primoštenski načelnik Stipe Petrina.

Općinsko vijeće donijelo je i odluku o porezima.Porez na potrošnju alkoholnih pića ostao isti 3 posto, ali porez na vikendice s 2 dignut je na 3,50 eura po metru kvadratnom korisne površine.

-U Primoštenu je baš kao i u ostalim dalmatinski gradovima i općinama vlada totalno bezakonje u iznajmljivanju apartmana u takozvanim vikendicama, i taj porez nije sporan. Međutim sporna je intencija novog Zakona o turizmu koja na mala vrata želi uvesti porez na nekretnine domicilnom i stalnom stanovništvu, dio njihovih stambenih objekta na podmukli način žele pretvoriti u vikendice. Prema tom prijedlogu Zakonu,koji treba proći drugo čitanje, na svaki apartman i krevet koji se iznajmljuje u kućnoj radinosti trebala bi se plaćati ista stopa poreza kao na vikendice stranih i domaćih bogataša. Očito je da zakonodavac želi raseliti dodatnih nekoliko stotina tisuća domicilnih stanovnika. Uostalom porez na nekretnine ne može uvoditi Ministarstvo turizma, valjda je to u nadležnosti Ministarstva financija.- kaže načelnik Petrina.

Brojne lokalne samouprava u dalmatinskim gradovima i općina sigurno bi porez na vikendice digle na maksimalnih 5 eura po kvadratu korisne površine da nema zlokobne prijetnje Ministarstvo turizma uperene prema domicilnom i stalnom stanovništvu.

Primoštensko Općinsko vijeće prihvatilo je prijedlog proračuna za iduću godinu u visini 4.269.984 eura. Ukupni rashodi trebali bi iznositi 3.803.484 eura. Od toga se na kapitalna ulaganja namjerava potrošiti 1.851.228 eura.

Najviše novca bit će uloženo u dom za stare i nemoćne i to 1.222.288 eura, u planu je izgradnja podmorskog tunela u Portu i za tu namjenu osigurano je 20 tisuća eura, u Docu će se graditi sportski kompleks s dječjim igralištem, halom i sportskim terenima, a ukupna vrijednost investicije procijenjena je 97 tisuća eura.

Značajni novci trebali bi biti uloženi u vidikovac Gaj gdje je prije šest-sedam godina postavljen velebi spomenik Gospi od Loreta visok 17,5 metra. Gradit će se zavjetna kapelica i uredit će se prilazna prometnica, a ukupna vrijednost tih radova prema procjeni iznosit će 77 tisuća eura.

U projekcijama proračuna za iduću godinu primjetno je da su porezi na dohodak znatno manji od prethodnih godina, planirani prihodi iznose 1.057.000. Povećao se međutim prihod po administrativnih naknada po posebnim uvjetima, u prvom redu komunalni doprinos koji bi idućoj godini trebali iznositi nešto manje od milijun eura. Veći je i prihod od poreza na imovinu.

- Planiranje proračuna uvijek je isto, 60 posto novca ulažemo u kapitalne investicije, a 7 posto proračuna trošimo na plaće. Iznimno smo ponosni što dajemo 47 stipendija, što izdašno financiramo sve kulturne, sportske i građanske udruge. Nismo sretni što nam proračun puni trgovina nekretninama i komunalni doprinos, to su prihodi na kratkom štapu. Zašto je prihod od poreza na dohodak manji jasno je svima. U Primoštenu dd nema više zaposlenih, od 300 radnih mjesta došli su na nulu. To je naša je rak rana ili će Mađari otići ili će Primošten nestati. Prikupili smo 2200 dokumenta o kriminalnoj privatizaciji Primoštena dd koji teško terete Slavka Linića, Zlatu Hrvoj Šipek i nove i stare vlasnike hotelske kuće- kaže primoštenski načelnik Stipe Petrina.

Općinsko vijeće donijelo je i odluku o porezima.Porez na potrošnju alkoholnih pića ostao isti 3 posto, ali porez na vikendice s 2 dignut je na 3,50 eura po metru kvadratnom korisne površine.

-U Primoštenu je baš kao i u ostalim dalmatinski gradovima i općinama vlada totalno bezakonje u iznajmljivanju apartmana u takozvanim vikendicama, i taj porez nije sporan. Međutim sporna je intencija novog Zakona o turizmu koja na mala vrata želi uvesti porez na nekretnine domicilnom i stalnom stanovništvu, dio njihovih stambenih objekta na podmukli način žele pretvoriti u vikendice. Prema tom prijedlogu Zakonu,koji treba proći drugo čitanje, na svaki apartman i krevet koji se iznajmljuje u kućnoj radinosti trebala bi se plaćati ista stopa poreza kao na vikendice stranih i domaćih bogataša. Očito je da zakonodavac želi raseliti dodatnih nekoliko stotina tisuća domicilnih stanovnika. Uostalom porez na nekretnine ne može uvoditi Ministarstvo turizma, valjda je to u nadležnosti Ministarstva financija.- kaže načelnik Petrina.

Brojne lokalne samouprava u dalmatinskim gradovima i općina sigurno bi porez na vikendice digle na maksimalnih 5 eura po kvadratu korisne površine da nema zlokobne prijetnje Ministarstvo turizma uperene prema domicilnom i stalnom stanovništvu.

Stipe Petrina našao krivca za manjak novca od poreza na dohodak: ‘Ili će oni otići, ili će Primošten nestati!‘

Primoštensko Općinsko vijeće prihvatilo je prijedlog proračuna za iduću godinu u visini 4.269.984 eura. Ukupni rashodi trebali bi iznositi 3.803.484 eura. Od toga se na kapitalna ulaganja namjerava potrošiti 1.851.228 eura.

Najviše novca bit će uloženo u dom za stare i nemoćne i to 1.222.288 eura, u planu je izgradnja podmorskog tunela u Portu i za tu namjenu osigurano je 20 tisuća eura, u Docu će se graditi sportski kompleks s dječjim igralištem, halom i sportskim terenima, a ukupna vrijednost investicije procijenjena je 97 tisuća eura.

Značajni novci trebali bi biti uloženi u vidikovac Gaj gdje je prije šest-sedam godina postavljen velebi spomenik Gospi od Loreta visok 17,5 metra. Gradit će se zavjetna kapelica i uredit će se prilazna prometnica, a ukupna vrijednost tih radova prema procjeni iznosit će 77 tisuća eura.

U projekcijama proračuna za iduću godinu primjetno je da su porezi na dohodak znatno manji od prethodnih godina, planirani prihodi iznose 1.057.000. Povećao se međutim prihod po administrativnih naknada po posebnim uvjetima, u prvom redu komunalni doprinos koji bi idućoj godini trebali iznositi nešto manje od milijun eura. Veći je i prihod od poreza na imovinu.
