Načelnik Općine Murter Toni Turčinov čini se da je itekako shvatio da se našao u potencijalnom problemu zbog afere ‘Bordel‘ koju je otkrio Telegram, a prema kojoj je u austrijskom noćnom klubu peglajući službenu karticu potrošio preko 11 tisuća kuna općinskog novca i čiji je trošak, navodno, pokušao potom prikriti kroz knjiženje.

Kako doznajemo, za možebitnu pravnu pomoć i savjetovanje, a možda i za slučaj eventualnog privođenja te ispitivanja pred organima progona, Turčinov je angažirao poznatog zagrebačkog odvjetnika Frana Olujića. No, Olujić o novom klijentu ne želi ništa govoriti rekavši nam tek na sve da komentara nema.

A kako doznajemo, nedugo nakon što su Turčinove austrijske "aktivnosti" došle u fokus javnosti, u slučaj se umiješao i PNUSKOK pa su istražitelji, pod palicom USKOK-a, čak dva puta unutar jednog tjedna posjetili službene prostorije Općine.

Iz iste su, doznajemo, kako bi proveli detaljne izvide, izuzeli svu službenu dokumentaciju Općine unazad šest godina točnije sve od lipnja 2016. kada je Turčinov osvojio prvi mandat i zasjeo u načelničku fotelju. Također doznajemo i da je Turčinov u međuvremenu odlučio obeštetiti Općinu uplativši na račun potrošeni iznos u bordelu.

Pod lupom istražitelja završio je jer je sredinom travnja 2019., točnije jedne noći između 1.37 i 3.38 sati u klagenfurtskom klubu La Cocotte, tri puta upotrijebio općinsku karticu ispeglavši, prema otkriću Telegrama, 1560 eura proračunskog novca. Nakon što je ta vijest preplavila medije, Turčinov se oglasio priopćenjem objasnivši između ostaloga da je omaškom, jer je riječ o istoj banci, zamijenio kartice uporabivši službenu umjesto privatne kartice.

Pritom se ispričao sumještanima napominjući da Općini Murter Kornati nije nastala nikakva materijalna šteta jer da je trošak smještaja za općinsku delegaciju u gotovo istom iznosu, pak, platio svojom karticom. Kao opravdanje za odlazak u austrijski noćni život ustvrdio je da je to bilo u svrhu promocije Općine, njezine budućnosti i što boljih turističkih rezultata.

A na računu kojim je načelnik pravdao svoje troškove navedeno je noćenje za 12 osoba kao i velika količina hrane i vina, no iz hotela Schlosswirt Ebenthal su na upit odgovorili medijima da njihov hotel sve račune noćenja s boravišnom pristojbom i VAT-om ispostavlja odvojeno od restoranske hrane i pića te da račun kojim ‘barata‘ Turčinov oni izdali nisu.

Za što je točno otišlo 1560 eura još se uvijek utvrđuje, međutim, kako doznajemo od upućenih u problematiku, u navedenom bordelu se ugostiteljske usluge kao i smještaj mogu platiti karticom, ali ne i ostatak ‘slatke ponude na crno‘ koji se plaća isključivo u gotovini, na ruke, oči u oči.

Koliko će potrajati policijski izvidi i u kojem pravcu će otići, pokazat će vrijeme.

Načelnik Općine Murter Toni Turčinov čini se da je itekako shvatio da se našao u potencijalnom problemu zbog afere ‘Bordel‘ koju je otkrio Telegram, a prema kojoj je u austrijskom noćnom klubu peglajući službenu karticu potrošio preko 11 tisuća kuna općinskog novca i čiji je trošak, navodno, pokušao potom prikriti kroz knjiženje.

Kako doznajemo, za možebitnu pravnu pomoć i savjetovanje, a možda i za slučaj eventualnog privođenja te ispitivanja pred organima progona, Turčinov je angažirao poznatog zagrebačkog odvjetnika Frana Olujića. No, Olujić o novom klijentu ne želi ništa govoriti rekavši nam tek na sve da komentara nema.

A kako doznajemo, nedugo nakon što su Turčinove austrijske "aktivnosti" došle u fokus javnosti, u slučaj se umiješao i PNUSKOK pa su istražitelji, pod palicom USKOK-a, čak dva puta unutar jednog tjedna posjetili službene prostorije Općine.

Iz iste su, doznajemo, kako bi proveli detaljne izvide, izuzeli svu službenu dokumentaciju Općine unazad šest godina točnije sve od lipnja 2016. kada je Turčinov osvojio prvi mandat i zasjeo u načelničku fotelju. Također doznajemo i da je Turčinov u međuvremenu odlučio obeštetiti Općinu uplativši na račun potrošeni iznos u bordelu.

Pod lupom istražitelja završio je jer je sredinom travnja 2019., točnije jedne noći između 1.37 i 3.38 sati u klagenfurtskom klubu La Cocotte, tri puta upotrijebio općinsku karticu ispeglavši, prema otkriću Telegrama, 1560 eura proračunskog novca. Nakon što je ta vijest preplavila medije, Turčinov se oglasio priopćenjem objasnivši između ostaloga da je omaškom, jer je riječ o istoj banci, zamijenio kartice uporabivši službenu umjesto privatne kartice.

Pritom se ispričao sumještanima napominjući da Općini Murter Kornati nije nastala nikakva materijalna šteta jer da je trošak smještaja za općinsku delegaciju u gotovo istom iznosu, pak, platio svojom karticom. Kao opravdanje za odlazak u austrijski noćni život ustvrdio je da je to bilo u svrhu promocije Općine, njezine budućnosti i što boljih turističkih rezultata.

A na računu kojim je načelnik pravdao svoje troškove navedeno je noćenje za 12 osoba kao i velika količina hrane i vina, no iz hotela Schlosswirt Ebenthal su na upit odgovorili medijima da njihov hotel sve račune noćenja s boravišnom pristojbom i VAT-om ispostavlja odvojeno od restoranske hrane i pića te da račun kojim ‘barata‘ Turčinov oni izdali nisu.

Načelnik Murtera angažirao jednog od najpoznatijih odvjetnika, novac koji je potrošio u bordelu uplatio na račun Općine

Načelnik Općine Murter Toni Turčinov čini se da je itekako shvatio da se našao u potencijalnom problemu zbog afere ‘Bordel‘ koju je otkrio Telegram, a prema kojoj je u austrijskom noćnom klubu peglajući službenu karticu potrošio preko 11 tisuća kuna općinskog novca i čiji je trošak, navodno, pokušao potom prikriti kroz knjiženje.

Kako doznajemo, za možebitnu pravnu pomoć i savjetovanje, a možda i za slučaj eventualnog privođenja te ispitivanja pred organima progona, Turčinov je angažirao poznatog zagrebačkog odvjetnika Frana Olujića. No, Olujić o novom klijentu ne želi ništa govoriti rekavši nam tek na sve da komentara nema.

A kako doznajemo, nedugo nakon što su Turčinove austrijske "aktivnosti" došle u fokus javnosti, u slučaj se umiješao i PNUSKOK pa su istražitelji, pod palicom USKOK-a, čak dva puta unutar jednog tjedna posjetili službene prostorije Općine.

Iz iste su, doznajemo, kako bi proveli detaljne izvide, izuzeli svu službenu dokumentaciju Općine unazad šest godina točnije sve od lipnja 2016. kada je Turčinov osvojio prvi mandat i zasjeo u načelničku fotelju. Također doznajemo i da je Turčinov u međuvremenu odlučio obeštetiti Općinu uplativši na račun potrošeni iznos u bordelu.

Pod lupom istražitelja završio je jer je sredinom travnja 2019., točnije jedne noći između 1.37 i 3.38 sati u klagenfurtskom klubu La Cocotte, tri puta upotrijebio općinsku karticu ispeglavši, prema otkriću Telegrama, 1560 eura proračunskog novca. Nakon što je ta vijest preplavila medije, Turčinov se oglasio priopćenjem objasnivši između ostaloga da je omaškom, jer je riječ o istoj banci, zamijenio kartice uporabivši službenu umjesto privatne kartice.

Pritom se ispričao sumještanima napominjući da Općini Murter Kornati nije nastala nikakva materijalna šteta jer da je trošak smještaja za općinsku delegaciju u gotovo istom iznosu, pak, platio svojom karticom. Kao opravdanje za odlazak u austrijski noćni život ustvrdio je da je to bilo u svrhu promocije Općine, njezine budućnosti i što boljih turističkih rezultata.

A na računu kojim je načelnik pravdao svoje troškove navedeno je noćenje za 12 osoba kao i velika količina hrane i vina, no iz hotela Schlosswirt Ebenthal su na upit odgovorili medijima da njihov hotel sve račune noćenja s boravišnom pristojbom i VAT-om ispostavlja odvojeno od restoranske hrane i pića te da račun kojim ‘barata‘ Turčinov oni izdali nisu.
