Stanovnik jednog stambenog kompleksa u Ulici Studenčeskaja u Moskvi tvrdi da je policija njihovog predstavnika stanara pozvala na razgovor i rekla mu da je izdana naredba da se ispita u kakvom su stanju skloništa koja pripadaju toj zgradi. "Provjeravaju i pripremaju sve, stavljaju klupe", rekao je taj stanovnik za rusko izdanje portala ‘Važne priče‘.

Drugi je stanovnik te zgrade rekao je da im predstavnik stanara rekao da će se na parkiralište donijeti kreveti na kat, kutije za prvu pomoć i grijači, piše Jutarnji list.

Istovremeno, na vratima stambenog kompleksa "Atom" u Ulici Demjana Bjednija u Moskvi osvanule su obavijesti da se skloništa koja pripadaju "Atomu" pripremaju za prihvat ljudi. Od stanara je zatraženo da do 18. listopada s parkirališta maknu svoje automobile i drugu imovinu. Parkiralište će se, kako stoji u obavijestima, koristiti kao "objekt civilne zaštite".

U obavijestima stoji da je zamjenik gradonačelnika Moskve Pjotr Birjukov vodio sastanak Gradskog vijeća Moskve na kojem je donesena odluka o pretvaranju parkirališta u objekte civilne zaštite. Prema pisanju ruskih medija, taj se sastanak održao 11. listopada.

Stanovnica jedne od zgrada u sklopu "Atoma" rekla je da je vidjela obavijest u kojoj se spominje transformacija parkirališta u objekte civilne zaštite.

Rusi su još na proljeće svoja skloništa počeli pripremati za slučaj da ih Ukrajina ili netko drugi počne bombardirati. Tajnik Vijeća sigurnosti Ruske Federacije Nikolaj Patrušev rekao je na sastanku o sigurnosnim pitanjima u Južnom federalnom okrugu koji se održao 27. travnja da sve južne oblasti svoje objekte civilne zaštite imaju dovesti u "prikladno stanje". Uz to, pozvao je da se oformi integrirani sustav hitnog obavještavanja naroda o sigurnosnim prijetnjama.

Važne priče pišu da je Gradski ured za komunalne poslove Grada Sočija gradskim tvrtkama 6. svibnja poslao dopis u kojem je od njih zatražio da se krene s pripremom skloništa diljem grada. Isti im je dopis poslao i 11. listopada.

U dopisu koji je poslan 6. svibnja stoji da se imaju provjeriti "objekti civilne zaštite" i "skloništa koja štite od radijacije". Navedeno je da spomenuti objekti, kojih u Sočiju ima najmanje 90, moraju građane moći primiti i u ratnim i u mirnodopskim uvjetima. U dopisu koji je poslan 11. listopada stoji da su gradski dužnosnici od gradskih tvrtki zatražili sastavljanje popisa podzemnih objekata koji se mogu koristiti kao skloništa.

Vlasti u drugim oblastima slične su dopise poslale tijekom listopada. Važne priče navode da su takve dopise sigurno poslali predsjednik Burjatije Aleksej Cidenov, regionalne vlasti u Volgogradskoj oblasti te gradske vlasti u gradu Serpuhovu u Moskovskoj oblasti.

Prema službenim podacima iz 2016. godine, Rusija raspolaže sa 16.448 skloništa, međutim 95 posto njih ne može primiti građane. Revizori su utvrdili da država više od 20 godina nije financirala njihovo održavanje, a otkriveno je i da su neka skloništa ilegalno privatizirana.

"Željezna hermetička vrata toliko su zahrđala da ih je nemoguće zatvoriti. Sustav za ventilaciju je pao na tlo, a na policama već dugo nema zaštitnih maski, lijekova i sustava za komunikaciju. Jedna je prostorija napola puna trulih i zahrđalih limenki. Nekoć je u toj prostoriji bilo više tona hrane. Žice i agregati već su reciklirani. Zidovi su prekriveni paučinom i političkim napisima koji sugeriraju da je društvo nekoć vrlo živahno raspravljalo o politici. ‘Nacionalsocijalizam!‘, napisano je plavom bojom na jednom od zidova. ‘Sloboda narodu! Smrt carstvima!‘, napisano je ispod toga crvenom", pisao je u travnju 2022. godine časopis Moskovič Mag o stanju skloništa u glavnom gradu Rusije.

Važne priče navode da su neka skloništa pretvorena u trgovine i hostele. "Sustav skloništa je tijekom 1980-ih još donekle i funkcionirao, međutim 1990-ih se potpuno raspao", rekao je Danil Davidov, stručnjak koji proučava moskovsko podzemlje. On tvrdi da je velik broj skloništa privatiziran i iznajmljen.

Stanovnik jednog stambenog kompleksa u Ulici Studenčeskaja u Moskvi tvrdi da je policija njihovog predstavnika stanara pozvala na razgovor i rekla mu da je izdana naredba da se ispita u kakvom su stanju skloništa koja pripadaju toj zgradi. "Provjeravaju i pripremaju sve, stavljaju klupe", rekao je taj stanovnik za rusko izdanje portala ‘Važne priče‘.

Drugi je stanovnik te zgrade rekao je da im predstavnik stanara rekao da će se na parkiralište donijeti kreveti na kat, kutije za prvu pomoć i grijači, piše Jutarnji list.

Istovremeno, na vratima stambenog kompleksa "Atom" u Ulici Demjana Bjednija u Moskvi osvanule su obavijesti da se skloništa koja pripadaju "Atomu" pripremaju za prihvat ljudi. Od stanara je zatraženo da do 18. listopada s parkirališta maknu svoje automobile i drugu imovinu. Parkiralište će se, kako stoji u obavijestima, koristiti kao "objekt civilne zaštite".

U obavijestima stoji da je zamjenik gradonačelnika Moskve Pjotr Birjukov vodio sastanak Gradskog vijeća Moskve na kojem je donesena odluka o pretvaranju parkirališta u objekte civilne zaštite. Prema pisanju ruskih medija, taj se sastanak održao 11. listopada.

Stanovnica jedne od zgrada u sklopu "Atoma" rekla je da je vidjela obavijest u kojoj se spominje transformacija parkirališta u objekte civilne zaštite.

Rusi su još na proljeće svoja skloništa počeli pripremati za slučaj da ih Ukrajina ili netko drugi počne bombardirati. Tajnik Vijeća sigurnosti Ruske Federacije Nikolaj Patrušev rekao je na sastanku o sigurnosnim pitanjima u Južnom federalnom okrugu koji se održao 27. travnja da sve južne oblasti svoje objekte civilne zaštite imaju dovesti u "prikladno stanje". Uz to, pozvao je da se oformi integrirani sustav hitnog obavještavanja naroda o sigurnosnim prijetnjama.

Važne priče pišu da je Gradski ured za komunalne poslove Grada Sočija gradskim tvrtkama 6. svibnja poslao dopis u kojem je od njih zatražio da se krene s pripremom skloništa diljem grada. Isti im je dopis poslao i 11. listopada.

U dopisu koji je poslan 6. svibnja stoji da se imaju provjeriti "objekti civilne zaštite" i "skloništa koja štite od radijacije". Navedeno je da spomenuti objekti, kojih u Sočiju ima najmanje 90, moraju građane moći primiti i u ratnim i u mirnodopskim uvjetima. U dopisu koji je poslan 11. listopada stoji da su gradski dužnosnici od gradskih tvrtki zatražili sastavljanje popisa podzemnih objekata koji se mogu koristiti kao skloništa.

Vlasti u drugim oblastima slične su dopise poslale tijekom listopada. Važne priče navode da su takve dopise sigurno poslali predsjednik Burjatije Aleksej Cidenov, regionalne vlasti u Volgogradskoj oblasti te gradske vlasti u gradu Serpuhovu u Moskovskoj oblasti.

Prema službenim podacima iz 2016. godine, Rusija raspolaže sa 16.448 skloništa, međutim 95 posto njih ne može primiti građane. Revizori su utvrdili da država više od 20 godina nije financirala njihovo održavanje, a otkriveno je i da su neka skloništa ilegalno privatizirana.

"Željezna hermetička vrata toliko su zahrđala da ih je nemoguće zatvoriti. Sustav za ventilaciju je pao na tlo, a na policama već dugo nema zaštitnih maski, lijekova i sustava za komunikaciju. Jedna je prostorija napola puna trulih i zahrđalih limenki. Nekoć je u toj prostoriji bilo više tona hrane. Žice i agregati već su reciklirani. Zidovi su prekriveni paučinom i političkim napisima koji sugeriraju da je društvo nekoć vrlo živahno raspravljalo o politici. ‘Nacionalsocijalizam!‘, napisano je plavom bojom na jednom od zidova. ‘Sloboda narodu! Smrt carstvima!‘, napisano je ispod toga crvenom", pisao je u travnju 2022. godine časopis Moskovič Mag o stanju skloništa u glavnom gradu Rusije.

Važne priče navode da su neka skloništa pretvorena u trgovine i hostele. "Sustav skloništa je tijekom 1980-ih još donekle i funkcionirao, međutim 1990-ih se potpuno raspao", rekao je Danil Davidov, stručnjak koji proučava moskovsko podzemlje. On tvrdi da je velik broj skloništa privatiziran i iznajmljen.

Stanovnik jednog stambenog kompleksa u Ulici Studenčeskaja u Moskvi tvrdi da je policija njihovog predstavnika stanara pozvala na razgovor i rekla mu da je izdana naredba da se ispita u kakvom su stanju skloništa koja pripadaju toj zgradi. "Provjeravaju i pripremaju sve, stavljaju klupe", rekao je taj stanovnik za rusko izdanje portala ‘Važne priče‘.

Drugi je stanovnik te zgrade rekao je da im predstavnik stanara rekao da će se na parkiralište donijeti kreveti na kat, kutije za prvu pomoć i grijači, piše Jutarnji list.

Istovremeno, na vratima stambenog kompleksa "Atom" u Ulici Demjana Bjednija u Moskvi osvanule su obavijesti da se skloništa koja pripadaju "Atomu" pripremaju za prihvat ljudi. Od stanara je zatraženo da do 18. listopada s parkirališta maknu svoje automobile i drugu imovinu. Parkiralište će se, kako stoji u obavijestima, koristiti kao "objekt civilne zaštite".
