Saborski zastupnici uz plaće koje se kreću u rasponu od 1800 do 3000 eura neto mjesečno potrošili su lani još i 1,1 milijun eura na dodatne troškove, pokazuju podaci koje je objavio Hrvatski sabor na svojim stranicama.

Osim na plaću koja ovisi o radnom stažu, osobnom odbitku i porezu ali i dužnostima koje obavljaju i koja prosječno iznosi 2326 eura, zastupnici imaju pravo mjesečno i na isplatu zastupničkog paušala od oko 200 eura za pokrivanje materijalnih troškova tijekom obnašanja dužnosti. 

Oni koji žive izvan Zagreba imaju pravo mjesečno i na naknadu za odvojeni život od 133 eura koju primaju sve vrijeme dok Sabor zasjeda dakle devet mjeseci u godini. Tu naknadu u 2023. primalo je 84 zastupnika za što je ukupno isplaćeno 95.840 eura.

Osim toga, zastupnici s prebivalištem udaljenim više od 50 kilometara od Zagreba imaju pravo na pokrivanje troškova službenih ili unajmljenih stanova do 332 eura i režija do 66 eura. Za stanarine i službene stanove je u 2023. isplaćeno nešto manje od 270 tisuća eura, a za režije oko 33 tisuće eura.

No, kao i prethodnih godina, zastupnici su od ukupno 1,1 milijun eura dodatnih troškova najviše potrošili na korištenje osobnih automobila za službene svrhe (409 tisuća eura).

Sabor, naime, snosi zastupnicima troškove za kilometražu koju za dolazak na sjednice prijeđu vlastitim automobilom i za cestarinu ili im isplaćuje naknadu za dolazak u Zagreb i povratak kući. Na cestarine otišlo je gotovo 70 tisuća eura.

Na plenarne sjednice zastupnici mogu doći i javnim prijevozom uz refundiranje troškova, no u 2023. tu mogućnost iskoristio je tek 21 od 151 zastupnika što je Sabor koštalo 3.460 eura.

Ukupno 50 zastupnika lani je službeno putovalo avionom, a za njihove karte je Sabor izdvojio 151 tisuću eura, dok je za smještaj zastupnika u hotelima potrošio nešto više od 100 tisuća eura. Tu su i dnevnice za koje je isplaćeno oko 37.700 eura.

Za ostale troškove koji uključuju usluge taksija na službenom putu, parking, vinjete, troškove prevoditelja, najam auta, provizije banaka i vip ubrzani prolaz zastupnici su potrošili nešto manje od 5.500 eura.

Najviše je uz plaću, nešto više od 34.000 eura, već tradicionalno potrošio Domagoj Hajduković (Socijaldemokrati)  koji je član mnogobrojnih međuparlamentarnih skupina prijateljstva i često putuje u inozemstvo. Troškovi zrakoplova iznose mu 14.400 eura a hotela oko 6.700 eura.

Po troškovima slijede Socijaldemokrat Davor Bernardić (27.770), HDZ-ov Davor Ivo Stier (25.300) i Mostovac Zvonimir Troskot (23.000), iz istih razloga kao i Hajduković, članstva u radnim tijelima koja podrazumijevaju česta inozemna putovanja.

Bernardić je za hotele i avione potrošio ukupno 24.500 eura, Stier 20.450, a Troskot 20.300 eura.

Putovanja i hoteli utjecali su i na troškove Marka Pavića (HDZ) kod kojeg je od ukupno gotovo 20 tisuća eura dodatnih troškova na hotele i avionske karte otišlo 70 posto.

Veće troškove imali su i zastupnicima koji su najudaljeniji od Zagreba, primjerice Matko Kuzmanić (SDP) i Katica Glamuzina (Socijaldemokrati) iz Splita.

S druge strane, 32 zastupnika nije, mimo plaće, imalo drugih troškova, uglavnom se radi o zastupnicima s prebivalištem u Zagrebu i okolici.

Predsjednik Sabora Gordan Jandroković u godinu dana imao je oko 5.000 eura dodatnih troškova, od čega 1.560 za avion, 2.880 za hotel i 560 za dnevnice.

Saborski zastupnici uz plaće koje se kreću u rasponu od 1800 do 3000 eura neto mjesečno potrošili su lani još i 1,1 milijun eura na dodatne troškove, pokazuju podaci koje je objavio Hrvatski sabor na svojim stranicama.

Osim na plaću koja ovisi o radnom stažu, osobnom odbitku i porezu ali i dužnostima koje obavljaju i koja prosječno iznosi 2326 eura, zastupnici imaju pravo mjesečno i na isplatu zastupničkog paušala od oko 200 eura za pokrivanje materijalnih troškova tijekom obnašanja dužnosti. 

Oni koji žive izvan Zagreba imaju pravo mjesečno i na naknadu za odvojeni život od 133 eura koju primaju sve vrijeme dok Sabor zasjeda dakle devet mjeseci u godini. Tu naknadu u 2023. primalo je 84 zastupnika za što je ukupno isplaćeno 95.840 eura.

Osim toga, zastupnici s prebivalištem udaljenim više od 50 kilometara od Zagreba imaju pravo na pokrivanje troškova službenih ili unajmljenih stanova do 332 eura i režija do 66 eura. Za stanarine i službene stanove je u 2023. isplaćeno nešto manje od 270 tisuća eura, a za režije oko 33 tisuće eura.

Za korištenje osobnih automobila 409 tisuća eura

No, kao i prethodnih godina, zastupnici su od ukupno 1,1 milijun eura dodatnih troškova najviše potrošili na korištenje osobnih automobila za službene svrhe (409 tisuća eura).

Sabor, naime, snosi zastupnicima troškove za kilometražu koju za dolazak na sjednice prijeđu vlastitim automobilom i za cestarinu ili im isplaćuje naknadu za dolazak u Zagreb i povratak kući. Na cestarine otišlo je gotovo 70 tisuća eura.

Na plenarne sjednice zastupnici mogu doći i javnim prijevozom uz refundiranje troškova, no u 2023. tu mogućnost iskoristio je tek 21 od 151 zastupnika što je Sabor koštalo 3.460 eura.

Ukupno 50 zastupnika lani je službeno putovalo avionom, a za njihove karte je Sabor izdvojio 151 tisuću eura, dok je za smještaj zastupnika u hotelima potrošio nešto više od 100 tisuća eura. Tu su i dnevnice za koje je isplaćeno oko 37.700 eura.

Za ostale troškove koji uključuju usluge taksija na službenom putu, parking, vinjete, troškove prevoditelja, najam auta, provizije banaka i vip ubrzani prolaz zastupnici su potrošili nešto manje od 5.500 eura.

Najviše je uz plaću, nešto više od 34.000 eura, već tradicionalno potrošio Domagoj Hajduković (Socijaldemokrati)  koji je član mnogobrojnih međuparlamentarnih skupina prijateljstva i često putuje u inozemstvo. Troškovi zrakoplova iznose mu 14.400 eura a hotela oko 6.700 eura.

Po troškovima slijede Socijaldemokrat Davor Bernardić (27.770), HDZ-ov Davor Ivo Stier (25.300) i Mostovac Zvonimir Troskot (23.000), iz istih razloga kao i Hajduković, članstva u radnim tijelima koja podrazumijevaju česta inozemna putovanja.

Bernardić je za hotele i avione potrošio ukupno 24.500 eura, Stier 20.450, a Troskot 20.300 eura.

Putovanja i hoteli utjecali su i na troškove Marka Pavića (HDZ) kod kojeg je od ukupno gotovo 20 tisuća eura dodatnih troškova na hotele i avionske karte otišlo 70 posto.

Veće troškove imali su i zastupnicima koji su najudaljeniji od Zagreba, primjerice Matko Kuzmanić (SDP) i Katica Glamuzina (Socijaldemokrati) iz Splita.

S druge strane, 32 zastupnika nije, mimo plaće, imalo drugih troškova, uglavnom se radi o zastupnicima s prebivalištem u Zagrebu i okolici.

Predsjednik Sabora Gordan Jandroković u godinu dana imao je oko 5.000 eura dodatnih troškova, od čega 1.560 za avion, 2.880 za hotel i 560 za dnevnice.
