Saborski zastupnik Bojan Glavašević na Facebooku je opisao današnji događaj koji ukazuje na kompliciranost i netransparentnost u institucijama., piše Jutarnji list. Naime, on je pokušao od računovodstva Sabora dobiti podatke o vlastitim ukupnim troškovima u posljednje četiri godine kako bi ih javno objavio, no to mu nije pošlo za rukom.

Kako mu je rekla šefica računovodstva u Saboru, te bi podatke Glavašević najprije morao zatražiti od Tajništva Sabora, a Tajništvo potom od računovodstva, uz pisanje dopisa.

'Borit ću se da transparentnost u Hrvatskoj bude pravilo a ne iznimka. 21. je stoljeće, zato stop udaračima pečata', napisao je Glavašević u svojem Facebook statusu.

'Građani bi morali u svakom trenutku imati uvid u troškove javnih dužnosnika. To je pitanje transparentnosti i demokratske higijene. U Hrvatskoj neki misle drugačije, očito.

Želim vam ispričati što mi se danas dogodilo. Tražio sam od računovodstva Sabora i Vlade da mi dostave podatke o mojim ukupnim troškovima u posljednje četiri godine, jer sam ih želio objaviti. Šefica računovodstva mi je rekla da mi neće dati te podatke jer ih ja prvo moram tražiti od Tajništva Sabora, kako bi ih oni tražili od nje.

Znači, umjesto da ti podatci budu u svakom trenutku javno dostupni svim građankama i građanima, i to za sve javne dužnosnike, potrebno je napisati dopis (dakle ne email!) koji se šalje na Tajništvo, kako bi oni poslali dopis u Ured za opće poslove Sabora i Vlade, u računovodstvo, kako bi oni izvadili podatke, vratili ih u Tajništvo Sabora, koje ih onda šalje meni.

Uvijek sam bio transparentan i oko svoje imovine i oko troškova plaćenih javnim novcem, i nastavit ću biti takav dok god obnašam dužnost. I ne samo to: borit ću se da transparentnost u Hrvatskoj bude pravilo a ne iznimka.

Kako mu je rekla šefica računovodstva u Saboru, te bi podatke Glavašević najprije morao zatražiti od Tajništva Sabora, a Tajništvo potom od računovodstva, uz pisanje dopisa.

'Borit ću se da transparentnost u Hrvatskoj bude pravilo a ne iznimka. 21. je stoljeće, zato stop udaračima pečata', napisao je Glavašević u svojem Facebook statusu.

'Građani bi morali u svakom trenutku imati uvid u troškove javnih dužnosnika. To je pitanje transparentnosti i demokratske higijene. U Hrvatskoj neki misle drugačije, očito.

Želim vam ispričati što mi se danas dogodilo. Tražio sam od računovodstva Sabora i Vlade da mi dostave podatke o mojim ukupnim troškovima u posljednje četiri godine, jer sam ih želio objaviti. Šefica računovodstva mi je rekla da mi neće dati te podatke jer ih ja prvo moram tražiti od Tajništva Sabora, kako bi ih oni tražili od nje.

Znači, umjesto da ti podatci budu u svakom trenutku javno dostupni svim građankama i građanima, i to za sve javne dužnosnike, potrebno je napisati dopis (dakle ne email!) koji se šalje na Tajništvo, kako bi oni poslali dopis u Ured za opće poslove Sabora i Vlade, u računovodstvo, kako bi oni izvadili podatke, vratili ih u Tajništvo Sabora, koje ih onda šalje meni.

Uvijek sam bio transparentan i oko svoje imovine i oko troškova plaćenih javnim novcem, i nastavit ću biti takav dok god obnašam dužnost. I ne samo to: borit ću se da transparentnost u Hrvatskoj bude pravilo a ne iznimka.

Želim vam ispričati što mi se danas dogodilo. Tražio sam od računovodstva Sabora i Vlade da mi dostave podatke o mojim ukupnim troškovima u posljednje četiri godine, jer sam ih želio objaviti. Šefica računovodstva mi je rekla da mi neće dati te podatke jer ih ja prvo moram tražiti od Tajništva Sabora, kako bi ih oni tražili od nje.

Znači, umjesto da ti podatci budu u svakom trenutku javno dostupni svim građankama i građanima, i to za sve javne dužnosnike, potrebno je napisati dopis (dakle ne email!) koji se šalje na Tajništvo, kako bi oni poslali dopis u Ured za opće poslove Sabora i Vlade, u računovodstvo, kako bi oni izvadili podatke, vratili ih u Tajništvo Sabora, koje ih onda šalje meni.

Uvijek sam bio transparentan i oko svoje imovine i oko troškova plaćenih javnim novcem, i nastavit ću biti takav dok god obnašam dužnost. I ne samo to: borit ću se da transparentnost u Hrvatskoj bude pravilo a ne iznimka.
