Tako glasi samo djelić od oko gotovo 1800 poruka koje je tadašnja zamjenica općinskog državnog odvjetnika u Šibeniku Snježana Bajan od 2016. do 2019. preko aplikacije Viber poslala tadašnjoj saborskoj zastupnici HDZ-a, a potom državnoj tajnici u Ministarstvu uprave Josipi Rimac. USKOK ih je pronašao u njezinim zaplijenjenim mobitelima nakon uhićenja u svibnju 2020. godine, o čemu više možete pročitati u tekstu koji je u Nedjelju objavio Jutarnji list.
Nakon što je USKOK 2020. oduzeo mobitel Josipi Rimac i tako došao u posjed poruka koje je ona razmjenjivala s tužiteljicom, Dnevnik Nove TV doznaje da su provjeravali ima li tu elemenata kaznenog djela i ustanovili da nema.
Proslijedili su sve DORH-u zbog moguće stegovne odgovornosti, ali oni su utvrdili da je nastupila zastara. Tužiteljica je tako prošla bez sankcija, dobila je samo smanjenu ocjenu.
"Neka se očituju svi kojih se to tiče, mi smo preplavljeni korespondencijom koja postoji u pojedinim spisima. Tko nju i zašto pušta, ja bih se zapitao da sam na mjestu državnog odvjetništva, tko to pušta", poručio je premijer Andrej Plenković.
Odvjetniku Čedi Prodanoviću nije jasno zašto su čekali dvije godine pa je otišlo u zastaru.
"Odletjela bi isti čas, prvo bi odmah išla u stegovni, a drugo bih ju prijavio kazneno", izjavio je Prodanović.
U ovome vidi više spornih elemenata.
"Očito se radi o tome da je žena na osnovi toga što je napravila zahtijevala određenu korist. Na osnovi toga što je napravila, zahtijevala je za sebe određenu korist, to može biti i zahtjev za primanje mita", dodao je odvjetnik i istaknuo da bez obzira na to je li Rimac to napravila ili ne, to je kažnjivo jer je Bajan tražila da se to napravi.
"Zastara ili ne zastara, po meni je to kazneno djelo", rekao je te napomenuo da sada dobivamo još jednu osobu koja će nastaviti dijeliti pravdu.

"Po meni ima elemenata kaznenog djela. Ne znamo što je ona njoj obećavala, odnosno što je tražila, ali u svakom slučaju ona nju potiče na kazneno djelo trgovine utjecajem, to uopće nema dileme. Nema dileme, ona od službene osobe traži da za nju urgira i da se obavi službena radnja u njezinu korist", objasnio je Prodanović.
Ni oporba ne dvoji.
"To svakako baca sjenu i na neovisnost pravosuđa u smislu neovisnosti od politike, stranaka i političara i, naravno, percepciju pravosuđa kao servisa građana", kazao je Arsen Bauk.
"Ona od Josipe Rimac traži određene usluge, istovremeno njoj Josipa Rimac izlazi u susret s određenim uslugama, tako da je nevjerojatno da ovdje nisu pronađeni elementi kaznenog djela", napomenuo je Nikola Grmoja.
"Tu ne bi trebalo biti zastare, ovo su preozbiljne stvari da zastara postoji", rekao je Domagoj Hajduković.
"Ako se građane sankcionira, doslovno ako na crvenom prođu zebru, a za ovakve situacije da se kaže zastara je... Ako je zastara, onda treba mijenjati zakon", poručio je Davor Nađi.
A čuvarica zakona je i tužiteljica koja ostaje raditi u državnom odvjetništvu.

"Jesi li sve poduzela da ja dobijem ono gori što zaslužujem. Samo i isključivo očekujem da ti to riješiš. Možeš i sad si u prilici" ... "Ja kad odem gori 24 sata sam tvoja" ... Tako glasi samo djelić od oko gotovo 1800 poruka koje je tadašnja zamjenica općinskog državnog odvjetnika u Šibeniku Snježana Bajan od 2016. do 2019. preko aplikacije Viber poslala tadašnjoj saborskoj zastupnici HDZ-a, a potom državnoj tajnici u Ministarstvu uprave Josipi Rimac. USKOK ih je pronašao u njezinim zaplijenjenim mobitelima nakon uhićenja u svibnju 2020. godine, o čemu više možete pročitati u tekstu koji je u Nedjelju objavio Jutarnji list.
Nakon što je USKOK 2020. oduzeo mobitel Josipi Rimac i tako došao u posjed poruka koje je ona razmjenjivala s tužiteljicom, Dnevnik Nove TV doznaje da su provjeravali ima li tu elemenata kaznenog djela i ustanovili da nema.
Proslijedili su sve DORH-u zbog moguće stegovne odgovornosti, ali oni su utvrdili da je nastupila zastara. Tužiteljica je tako prošla bez sankcija, dobila je samo smanjenu ocjenu.
"Neka se očituju svi kojih se to tiče, mi smo preplavljeni korespondencijom koja postoji u pojedinim spisima. Tko nju i zašto pušta, ja bih se zapitao da sam na mjestu državnog odvjetništva, tko to pušta", poručio je premijer Andrej Plenković.
Odvjetniku Čedi Prodanoviću nije jasno zašto su čekali dvije godine pa je otišlo u zastaru.
"Odletjela bi isti čas, prvo bi odmah išla u stegovni, a drugo bih ju prijavio kazneno", izjavio je Prodanović.
U ovome vidi više spornih elemenata.
"Očito se radi o tome da je žena na osnovi toga što je napravila zahtijevala određenu korist. Na osnovi toga što je napravila, zahtijevala je za sebe određenu korist, to može biti i zahtjev za primanje mita", dodao je odvjetnik i istaknuo da bez obzira na to je li Rimac to napravila ili ne, to je kažnjivo jer je Bajan tražila da se to napravi.
"Zastara ili ne zastara, po meni je to kazneno djelo", rekao je te napomenuo da sada dobivamo još jednu osobu koja će nastaviti dijeliti pravdu.

"Po meni ima elemenata kaznenog djela. Ne znamo što je ona njoj obećavala, odnosno što je tražila, ali u svakom slučaju ona nju potiče na kazneno djelo trgovine utjecajem, to uopće nema dileme. Nema dileme, ona od službene osobe traži da za nju urgira i da se obavi službena radnja u njezinu korist", objasnio je Prodanović.
Ni oporba ne dvoji.
"To svakako baca sjenu i na neovisnost pravosuđa u smislu neovisnosti od politike, stranaka i političara i, naravno, percepciju pravosuđa kao servisa građana", kazao je Arsen Bauk.
"Ona od Josipe Rimac traži određene usluge, istovremeno njoj Josipa Rimac izlazi u susret s određenim uslugama, tako da je nevjerojatno da ovdje nisu pronađeni elementi kaznenog djela", napomenuo je Nikola Grmoja.
"Tu ne bi trebalo biti zastare, ovo su preozbiljne stvari da zastara postoji", rekao je Domagoj Hajduković.
"Ako se građane sankcionira, doslovno ako na crvenom prođu zebru, a za ovakve situacije da se kaže zastara je... Ako je zastara, onda treba mijenjati zakon", poručio je Davor Nađi.
A čuvarica zakona je i tužiteljica koja ostaje raditi u državnom odvjetništvu.
