Iz PU Dubrovačko-neretvanske izvijestili su o slučaju teško alkoholiziranog vozača kojem je u popodnevnim satima, 13. travnja izmjereno 3,29 g/kg alkohola u krvi. Muškarac (51) podvrgnut je alkotestiranju nakon što je  s osobnim vozilom dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka izazvao prometnu nesreću s materijalnom štetom udarivši u prometni znak u Malom Stonu.

Vozač je isključen iz prometa i smješten u posebnu prostoriju do prestanka djelovanja opojnog sredstva nakon čega je prekršajno sankcioniran novčanom kaznom od 11.800,00 kuna i tromjesečnom zabranom upravljanja vozilima B kategorije.

O kolikom stupnju alkoholiziranosti se radilo kod spomenutog 51-godišnjaka, govore podaci objavljeni na portalu Pliva zdravlje gdje je opisan učinak pojedinih razina alkohola u krvi na fizičke i mentalne funkcije organizma: 

- 0,2 do 0,3 promila - nema gubitka koordinacije, osoba osjeća laganu euforiju i gubitak sramežljivosti. Nema vidljivog depresivnog učinka, osoba je umjereno opuštena

- 0,4 do 0,6 promila - osoba se osjeća veselo, opušteno, smanjuju se prepreke u ponašanju, pojava osjećaja topline i euforije. Javljaju se manje smetnje u razboritosti i sjećanju te smanjenje opreza. Emocije mogu biti intenzivnije, a ponašanje postati preuveličano

- 0,7 do 0,9 promila - lagane smetnje u ravnoteži, govoru, vidu, vremenu reakcije i sluhu. Smanjena mogućnost procjene i samokontrole, smetnje u razboritosti i sjećanju. Pripita osoba vjeruje kako funkcionira bolje nego što je to stvarno slučaj. Euforija

- 1 do 1,25 promila - značajne smetnje u motornoj koordinaciji i gubitak pravilne procjene. Mogu se javiti poteškoće u govoru te smetnje u ravnoteži, vidu, vremenu reakcije i sluhu. Euforija

- 1,3 do 1,5 promila - velike smetnje u motoričkim funkcijama i manjak fizičke kontrole. Zamućeni vid i značajan gubitak ravnoteže. Smanjuje se stanje euforije i nastupa emocionalno stanje tjeskobe, depresije i nemira. Ozbiljne smetnje u procjeni i shvaćanju

- 1,6 do 1,9 promila - prevladava stanje tjeskobe, depresije i nemira, može se javiti mučnina

- 2 promila - osjećaji zbunjenosti, izgubljenosti i dezorijentiranost. Osoba može trebati pomoć kako bi se ustala ili hodala. Ako dođe do ozljede, moguće je da osoba to ne osjeti. Pri ovoj razini alkohola kod nekih ljudi javlja se mučnina i povraćanje. Može doći do smetnji s refleksom povraćanja, pa čak i gušenja. Moguća su razdoblja kojih se osoba ne sjeća

- 2,5 promila - ozbiljne smetnje u svim mentalnim, fizičkim i osjetilnim funkcijama. Povećan rizik od gušenja prilikom povraćanja i ozljeda prilikom pada ili druge vrste nesreće

- 3 promila - stanje stupora. Osoba ne shvaća gdje se nalazi. Može doći do nagle nesvjestice i težeg buđenja iz tog stanja

- 3,5 promila - moguća pojava kome. Ovo stanje jednako je razini kirurške anestezije

- 4 promila i više - koma i moguća smrt zbog prestanka disanja, vrlo niskog krvnog tlaka ili gušenja tijekom povraćanja zbog nepostojanja refleksa kojim bi se tekućina iskašljala iz pluća.

Iz PU Dubrovačko-neretvanske izvijestili su o slučaju teško alkoholiziranog vozača kojem je u popodnevnim satima, 13. travnja izmjereno 3,29 g/kg alkohola u krvi. Muškarac (51) podvrgnut je alkotestiranju nakon što je  s osobnim vozilom dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka izazvao prometnu nesreću s materijalnom štetom udarivši u prometni znak u Malom Stonu.

Vozač je isključen iz prometa i smješten u posebnu prostoriju do prestanka djelovanja opojnog sredstva nakon čega je prekršajno sankcioniran novčanom kaznom od 11.800,00 kuna i tromjesečnom zabranom upravljanja vozilima B kategorije.

O kolikom stupnju alkoholiziranosti se radilo kod spomenutog 51-godišnjaka, govore podaci objavljeni na portalu Pliva zdravlje gdje je opisan učinak pojedinih razina alkohola u krvi na fizičke i mentalne funkcije organizma: 

- 0,2 do 0,3 promila - nema gubitka koordinacije, osoba osjeća laganu euforiju i gubitak sramežljivosti. Nema vidljivog depresivnog učinka, osoba je umjereno opuštena

- 0,4 do 0,6 promila - osoba se osjeća veselo, opušteno, smanjuju se prepreke u ponašanju, pojava osjećaja topline i euforije. Javljaju se manje smetnje u razboritosti i sjećanju te smanjenje opreza. Emocije mogu biti intenzivnije, a ponašanje postati preuveličano

- 0,7 do 0,9 promila - lagane smetnje u ravnoteži, govoru, vidu, vremenu reakcije i sluhu. Smanjena mogućnost procjene i samokontrole, smetnje u razboritosti i sjećanju. Pripita osoba vjeruje kako funkcionira bolje nego što je to stvarno slučaj. Euforija

- 1 do 1,25 promila - značajne smetnje u motornoj koordinaciji i gubitak pravilne procjene. Mogu se javiti poteškoće u govoru te smetnje u ravnoteži, vidu, vremenu reakcije i sluhu. Euforija

- 1,6 do 1,9 promila - prevladava stanje tjeskobe, depresije i nemira, može se javiti mučnina

- 2 promila - osjećaji zbunjenosti, izgubljenosti i dezorijentiranost. Osoba može trebati pomoć kako bi se ustala ili hodala. Ako dođe do ozljede, moguće je da osoba to ne osjeti. Pri ovoj razini alkohola kod nekih ljudi javlja se mučnina i povraćanje. Može doći do smetnji s refleksom povraćanja, pa čak i gušenja. Moguća su razdoblja kojih se osoba ne sjeća

- 2,5 promila - ozbiljne smetnje u svim mentalnim, fizičkim i osjetilnim funkcijama. Povećan rizik od gušenja prilikom povraćanja i ozljeda prilikom pada ili druge vrste nesreće

- 3 promila - stanje stupora. Osoba ne shvaća gdje se nalazi. Može doći do nagle nesvjestice i težeg buđenja iz tog stanja

- 3,5 promila - moguća pojava kome. Ovo stanje jednako je razini kirurške anestezije

- 4 promila i više - koma i moguća smrt zbog prestanka disanja, vrlo niskog krvnog tlaka ili gušenja tijekom povraćanja zbog nepostojanja refleksa kojim bi se tekućina iskašljala iz pluća.

Iz PU Dubrovačko-neretvanske izvijestili su o slučaju teško alkoholiziranog vozača kojem je u popodnevnim satima, 13. travnja izmjereno 3,29 g/kg alkohola u krvi. Muškarac (51) podvrgnut je alkotestiranju nakon što je  s osobnim vozilom dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka izazvao prometnu nesreću s materijalnom štetom udarivši u prometni znak u Malom Stonu.

Vozač je isključen iz prometa i smješten u posebnu prostoriju do prestanka djelovanja opojnog sredstva nakon čega je prekršajno sankcioniran novčanom kaznom od 11.800,00 kuna i tromjesečnom zabranom upravljanja vozilima B kategorije.

O kolikom stupnju alkoholiziranosti se radilo kod spomenutog 51-godišnjaka, govore podaci objavljeni na portalu Pliva zdravlje gdje je opisan učinak pojedinih razina alkohola u krvi na fizičke i mentalne funkcije organizma: 

- 0,2 do 0,3 promila - nema gubitka koordinacije, osoba osjeća laganu euforiju i gubitak sramežljivosti. Nema vidljivog depresivnog učinka, osoba je umjereno opuštena

- 0,4 do 0,6 promila - osoba se osjeća veselo, opušteno, smanjuju se prepreke u ponašanju, pojava osjećaja topline i euforije. Javljaju se manje smetnje u razboritosti i sjećanju te smanjenje opreza. Emocije mogu biti intenzivnije, a ponašanje postati preuveličano

- 0,7 do 0,9 promila - lagane smetnje u ravnoteži, govoru, vidu, vremenu reakcije i sluhu. Smanjena mogućnost procjene i samokontrole, smetnje u razboritosti i sjećanju. Pripita osoba vjeruje kako funkcionira bolje nego što je to stvarno slučaj. Euforija

- 1 do 1,25 promila - značajne smetnje u motornoj koordinaciji i gubitak pravilne procjene. Mogu se javiti poteškoće u govoru te smetnje u ravnoteži, vidu, vremenu reakcije i sluhu. Euforija

- 1,3 do 1,5 promila - velike smetnje u motoričkim funkcijama i manjak fizičke kontrole. Zamućeni vid i značajan gubitak ravnoteže. Smanjuje se stanje euforije i nastupa emocionalno stanje tjeskobe, depresije i nemira. Ozbiljne smetnje u procjeni i shvaćanju
