Prema najnovijem istraživanju, neispavanost donosi rizik u vožnji kao konzumiranje alkohola. Ako niste dovoljno naspavani, stavljate sebe i ostale sudionike u prometu u potencijalno opasnu situaciju.

Prema studiji koju je provela AAA Fondacija za sigurnost u prometu, koja pokriva podatke od 2005. do 2007. godine, u koje je uključeno 7234 vozača u 4571 nezgodi, oni koji su spavali šest od sedam sati imaju 1,3 puta veće šanse da sudjeluju u prometnoj nezgodi u odnosu na one koji su spavali minimalno sedam sati.

Rizik raste kako je neispavanost veća, tako da oni koji su spavali četiri do pet sati, imaju 1,9 puta veće šanse da sudjeluju u sudaru, a oni koji su spavali ispod četiri sata, imaju čak 11,5 više šansi da sudjeluju u prometnom incidentu.

Zaključeno je da spavanje kraće od pet sati u istoj mjeri rizično kao i vožnja pod utjecajem alkohola.

Prema najnovijem istraživanju, neispavanost donosi rizik u vožnji kao konzumiranje alkohola. Ako niste dovoljno naspavani, stavljate sebe i ostale sudionike u prometu u potencijalno opasnu situaciju.

Prema studiji koju je provela AAA Fondacija za sigurnost u prometu, koja pokriva podatke od 2005. do 2007. godine, u koje je uključeno 7234 vozača u 4571 nezgodi, oni koji su spavali šest od sedam sati imaju 1,3 puta veće šanse da sudjeluju u prometnoj nezgodi u odnosu na one koji su spavali minimalno sedam sati.

Rizik raste kako je neispavanost veća, tako da oni koji su spavali četiri do pet sati, imaju 1,9 puta veće šanse da sudjeluju u sudaru, a oni koji su spavali ispod četiri sata, imaju čak 11,5 više šansi da sudjeluju u prometnom incidentu.

Zaključeno je da spavanje kraće od pet sati u istoj mjeri rizično kao i vožnja pod utjecajem alkohola.
