Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture, kako se neslužbeno saznaje, podignuti će plaće zaposlenicima na brodovima i brodicama lučkih kapetanija, i to za oko 250 do 400 eura mjesečno. Naime, do sada su zaposlenici Kapetanija imali koeficijente plaća određene propisom još iz 2001. godine.

Očekivani porast koeficijenata za izračun plaća iznosit će, primjerice, za zapovjednika broda 45,27 posto, odnosno rasti će s 1,067 na 1,55, upravitelja stroja III. vrste koeficijent će rasti 68,66 posto, s 0,919 na 1,55, mornaru na brodu 59,42 posto, s 0,897 na 1,43, a za voditelja brodice 68,66 posto, odnosno s 0,919, na 1,55.

Stvarni porast neto plaća ipak neće biti u skladu s porastom koeficijenata, jer su radnici na navedenim radnim mjestima imali pravo na dodatke za posebne uvjete rada, uz ostale dodatke od kojih će, kako saznajemo, dio ući u osnovnu plaću, pa će stvarno prosječno povećanje plaća iznositi oko 24 posto, ili u eurima od 250 do 400 eura više u odnosu na sadašnje plaće.

Pritom svi članovi posade broda ostvaruju pravo na pomorski dodatak za svaki dan ukrcaja na brod, kao i pravo na beneficirani staž za period ukrcanja. Kako je iznos pomorskog dodatka od početka godine također povećan, on će u ovoj godini, za prosječno petnaest dana ukrcaja, iznositi oko 450 eura mjesečno.

Ministarstvo mora trenutno provodi i program obnove postojeće flote za traganje i spašavanje na moru, pri čemu je u planu nabava novih 15 stakloplastičnih brodica, 9 gumenih brodica sa stakloplastičnim dnom te osam aluminijskih brodica koja je u tijeku, a paralelno se provode i natječaji za zapošljavanje novih 63 djelatnika lučkih kapetanija i Nacionalnog centra sigurnosti plovidbe.

Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture, kako se neslužbeno saznaje, podignuti će plaće zaposlenicima na brodovima i brodicama lučkih kapetanija, i to za oko 250 do 400 eura mjesečno. Naime, do sada su zaposlenici Kapetanija imali koeficijente plaća određene propisom još iz 2001. godine.

Očekivani porast koeficijenata za izračun plaća iznosit će, primjerice, za zapovjednika broda 45,27 posto, odnosno rasti će s 1,067 na 1,55, upravitelja stroja III. vrste koeficijent će rasti 68,66 posto, s 0,919 na 1,55, mornaru na brodu 59,42 posto, s 0,897 na 1,43, a za voditelja brodice 68,66 posto, odnosno s 0,919, na 1,55.

Stvarni porast neto plaća ipak neće biti u skladu s porastom koeficijenata, jer su radnici na navedenim radnim mjestima imali pravo na dodatke za posebne uvjete rada, uz ostale dodatke od kojih će, kako saznajemo, dio ući u osnovnu plaću, pa će stvarno prosječno povećanje plaća iznositi oko 24 posto, ili u eurima od 250 do 400 eura više u odnosu na sadašnje plaće.

Pritom svi članovi posade broda ostvaruju pravo na pomorski dodatak za svaki dan ukrcaja na brod, kao i pravo na beneficirani staž za period ukrcanja. Ministarstvo mora trenutno provodi i program obnove postojeće flote za traganje i spašavanje na moru, pri čemu je u planu nabava novih 15 stakloplastičnih brodica, 9 gumenih brodica sa stakloplastičnim dnom te osam aluminijskih brodica koja je u tijeku, a paralelno se provode i natječaji za zapošljavanje novih 63 djelatnika lučkih kapetanija i Nacionalnog centra sigurnosti plovidbe.

Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture, kako se neslužbeno saznaje, podignuti će plaće zaposlenicima na brodovima i brodicama lučkih kapetanija, i to za oko 250 do 400 eura mjesečno. Naime, do sada su zaposlenici Kapetanija imali koeficijente plaća određene propisom još iz 2001. godine.

Očekivani porast koeficijenata za izračun plaća iznosit će, primjerice, za zapovjednika broda 45,27 posto, odnosno rasti će s 1,067 na 1,55, upravitelja stroja III. vrste koeficijent će rasti 68,66 posto, s 0,919 na 1,55, mornaru na brodu 59,42 posto, s 0,897 na 1,43, a za voditelja brodice 68,66 posto, odnosno s 0,919, na 1,55.

Stvarni porast neto plaća ipak neće biti u skladu s porastom koeficijenata, jer su radnici na navedenim radnim mjestima imali pravo na dodatke za posebne uvjete rada, uz ostale dodatke od kojih će, kako saznajemo, dio ući u osnovnu plaću, pa će stvarno prosječno povećanje plaća iznositi oko 24 posto, ili u eurima od 250 do 400 eura više u odnosu na sadašnje plaće.

Pritom svi članovi posade broda ostvaruju pravo na pomorski dodatak za svaki dan ukrcaja na brod, kao i pravo na beneficirani staž za period ukrcanja.
