Adriatic Croatia International (ACI) u prvom tromjesečju ove godine uložio je više od 24 milijuna kuna u strateške investicije i u infrastrukturne projekte u ACI marinama Dubrovnik, Trogir, Rab i Milna, Žut i Piškera, izvijestili su u petak iz te tvrtke.

Iz ACI-ja navode da su širenje portfelja marina i definiranje planova za razvoj dodatnih usluga ključni aspekti poslovanja u prvom kvartalu 2022.

Ističu da su, prema financijskom izvješću za prvo tromjesečje ove godine, u tom razdoblju ostvareni poslovni prihodi od 35 milijuna kuna te da su u odnosu na isto razdoblje lani rasli za 2 milijuna kuna.

EBITDA za prva tri mjeseca iznosi 10,7 milijuna kuna, dok je u istom razdoblju 2021. bila 9,4 milijuna kuna. Neto gubitak razdoblja. pak, iznosio je 5,66 milijuna kuna, što je za 1,75 milijuna manje nego u istom razdbolju godinu ranije.

Podsjećaju da je jedan od ključnih prioriteta ACI-ja u prošloj je godini bilo upravo unaprjeđenje infrastrukture naglašavajući da se to očitovalo i u ukupnim strateškim investicijama od 44 milijuna kuna.

Tvrtka je s pozitivnim trendom nastavila i u 2022. te je ACI u prvom kvartalu ove godine u izvrsnost marina uložio 16,6 milijuna kuna više nego u istom razdoblju prošle godine, kada su strateške investicije iznosile 7,5 milijuna kuna.

Navode da je ublažavanjem mjera za poslovne partnere čija se djelatnost provodi unutar marina realiziran značajan rast prihoda od najamnina od 1,1 milijuna kuna ili 31 posto više nego u istom razdoblju lani, dok su prihodi mjesečnog veza porasli za 21 posto.

Dnevni vez je na istoj razini kao i u prvom kvartalu 2021., što, kažu, predstavlja obećavajuću najavu za nadolazeću sezonu.
Predsjednik Uprave ACI-ja Kristijan Pavić rekao je da je početak godine obilježen rastućim optimizmom u vezi sa sezonom koja se planira na razini predpandemijskih godina.

Unatoč nestabilnoj geopolitičkoj situaciji na istoku Europe, ostvareni financijski rezultati pokazuju stabilnost poslovanja i uobičajenu dinamiku za turistički i nautički sektor, kazao je.

Pavić je naglasio da je produljenje trajanja koncesijskih ugovora, kao preduvjet daljnjeg razvoja, i dalje u fokusu promišljanja menadžmenta tvrtke te u da idućem razdbolju očekuju rješavanje tog ključnog pitanja.

Dodao je da sve ACI-jeve koncesije, osim sidrišta Žut te marine „Veljko Barbieri“ u Slanom, istječu 2030. te da je u idućem razdoblju nužno riješiti pitanje produljenja ugovora o koncesijama, s obzirom da je to ograničavajući faktor pri strateškom razvoju poslovanja i širenju portfelja.

Adriatic Croatia International (ACI) u prvom tromjesečju ove godine uložio je više od 24 milijuna kuna u strateške investicije i u infrastrukturne projekte u ACI marinama Dubrovnik, Trogir, Rab i Milna, Žut i Piškera, izvijestili su u petak iz te tvrtke.

Iz ACI-ja navode da su širenje portfelja marina i definiranje planova za razvoj dodatnih usluga ključni aspekti poslovanja u prvom kvartalu 2022.

Ističu da su, prema financijskom izvješću za prvo tromjesečje ove godine, u tom razdoblju ostvareni poslovni prihodi od 35 milijuna kuna te da su u odnosu na isto razdoblje lani rasli za 2 milijuna kuna.

EBITDA za prva tri mjeseca iznosi 10,7 milijuna kuna, dok je u istom razdoblju 2021. bila 9,4 milijuna kuna. Neto gubitak razdoblja. pak, iznosio je 5,66 milijuna kuna, što je za 1,75 milijuna manje nego u istom razdbolju godinu ranije.

Podsjećaju da je jedan od ključnih prioriteta ACI-ja u prošloj je godini bilo upravo unaprjeđenje infrastrukture naglašavajući da se to očitovalo i u ukupnim strateškim investicijama od 44 milijuna kuna.

Tvrtka je s pozitivnim trendom nastavila i u 2022. te je ACI u prvom kvartalu ove godine u izvrsnost marina uložio 16,6 milijuna kuna više nego u istom razdoblju prošle godine, kada su strateške investicije iznosile 7,5 milijuna kuna.

Navode da je ublažavanjem mjera za poslovne partnere čija se djelatnost provodi unutar marina realiziran značajan rast prihoda od najamnina od 1,1 milijuna kuna ili 31 posto više nego u istom razdoblju lani, dok su prihodi mjesečnog veza porasli za 21 posto.

Dnevni vez je na istoj razini kao i u prvom kvartalu 2021., što, kažu, predstavlja obećavajuću najavu za nadolazeću sezonu.
Predsjednik Uprave ACI-ja Kristijan Pavić rekao je da je početak godine obilježen rastućim optimizmom u vezi sa sezonom koja se planira na razini predpandemijskih godina.

Unatoč nestabilnoj geopolitičkoj situaciji na istoku Europe, ostvareni financijski rezultati pokazuju stabilnost poslovanja i uobičajenu dinamiku za turistički i nautički sektor, kazao je.

Pavić je naglasio da je produljenje trajanja koncesijskih ugovora, kao preduvjet daljnjeg razvoja, i dalje u fokusu promišljanja menadžmenta tvrtke te u da idućem razdbolju očekuju rješavanje tog ključnog pitanja.

Dodao je da sve ACI-jeve koncesije, osim sidrišta Žut te marine „Veljko Barbieri“ u Slanom, istječu 2030. te da je u idućem razdoblju nužno riješiti pitanje produljenja ugovora o koncesijama, s obzirom da je to ograničavajući faktor pri strateškom razvoju poslovanja i širenju portfelja.

Adriatic Croatia International (ACI) u prvom tromjesečju ove godine uložio je više od 24 milijuna kuna u strateške investicije i u infrastrukturne projekte u ACI marinama Dubrovnik, Trogir, Rab i Milna, Žut i Piškera, izvijestili su u petak iz te tvrtke.

Iz ACI-ja navode da su širenje portfelja marina i definiranje planova za razvoj dodatnih usluga ključni aspekti poslovanja u prvom kvartalu 2022.

Ističu da su, prema financijskom izvješću za prvo tromjesečje ove godine, u tom razdoblju ostvareni poslovni prihodi od 35 milijuna kuna te da su u odnosu na isto razdoblje lani rasli za 2 milijuna kuna.

EBITDA za prva tri mjeseca iznosi 10,7 milijuna kuna, dok je u istom razdoblju 2021. bila 9,4 milijuna kuna. Neto gubitak razdoblja. pak, iznosio je 5,66 milijuna kuna, što je za 1,75 milijuna manje nego u istom razdbolju godinu ranije.

Podsjećaju da je jedan od ključnih prioriteta ACI-ja u prošloj je godini bilo upravo unaprjeđenje infrastrukture naglašavajući da se to očitovalo i u ukupnim strateškim investicijama od 44 milijuna kuna.

Tvrtka je s pozitivnim trendom nastavila i u 2022. te je ACI u prvom kvartalu ove godine u izvrsnost marina uložio 16,6 milijuna kuna više nego u istom razdoblju prošle godine, kada su strateške investicije iznosile 7,5 milijuna kuna.

Navode da je ublažavanjem mjera za poslovne partnere čija se djelatnost provodi unutar marina realiziran značajan rast prihoda od najamnina od 1,1 milijuna kuna ili 31 posto više nego u istom razdoblju lani, dok su prihodi mjesečnog veza porasli za 21 posto.

Dnevni vez je na istoj razini kao i u prvom kvartalu 2021., što, kažu, predstavlja obećavajuću najavu za nadolazeću sezonu.
Predsjednik Uprave ACI-ja Kristijan Pavić rekao je da je početak godine obilježen rastućim optimizmom u vezi sa sezonom koja se planira na razini predpandemijskih godina.

Unatoč nestabilnoj geopolitičkoj situaciji na istoku Europe, ostvareni financijski rezultati pokazuju stabilnost poslovanja i uobičajenu dinamiku za turistički i nautički sektor, kazao je.

Pavić je naglasio da je produljenje trajanja koncesijskih ugovora, kao preduvjet daljnjeg razvoja, i dalje u fokusu promišljanja menadžmenta tvrtke te u da idućem razdbolju očekuju rješavanje tog ključnog pitanja.
