Nestanak devet metara dugog glisera Mako Cuddy Cabin s 20 putnika na području Bermudskog trokuta raspirio je maštu onih koji su nakon toliko puno pomorskih i zrakoplovnih nesreća uvjereni kako se vrlo čudne stvari s vremena na vrijeme događaju na području između Miamija, Portorika i Bermuda.

Mako Cuddy, pogonjen s dva izvanbrodska motora snage po 250 konja, isplovio je početkom siječnja iz Biminija (50 milja od Floride) prema Lake Worthu, ali tamo nikada nije stigao.

Američka Obalna straža je, naravno, pokrenula opsežnu potragu u kojoj su, osim zrakoplova HC-144 Ocean Sentry i vojnog C-130 Herculesa, sudjelovali Coast Guard kuteri Robert Yered i Margaret Norvel, kao i letjelice Bahamas Air Sea Rescue Associationa, no nije donijela nikakve rezultate.

U 84 sata pretražen je akvatorij veličine 17.000 četvornih milja, nakon čega je Obalna straža službeno objavila da obustavlja potragu jer nisu pronađeni ni putnici ni ostaci broda. Zbog velikog broja ukrcanih putnika sumnja se na krijumčarenje ljudi.

Nestanak devet metara dugog glisera Mako Cuddy Cabin s 20 putnika na području Bermudskog trokuta raspirio je maštu onih koji su nakon toliko puno pomorskih i zrakoplovnih nesreća uvjereni kako se vrlo čudne stvari s vremena na vrijeme događaju na području između Miamija, Portorika i Bermuda.

Mako Cuddy, pogonjen s dva izvanbrodska motora snage po 250 konja, isplovio je početkom siječnja iz Biminija (50 milja od Floride) prema Lake Worthu, ali tamo nikada nije stigao.

Američka Obalna straža je, naravno, pokrenula opsežnu potragu u kojoj su, osim zrakoplova HC-144 Ocean Sentry i vojnog C-130 Herculesa, sudjelovali Coast Guard kuteri Robert Yered i Margaret Norvel, kao i letjelice Bahamas Air Sea Rescue Associationa, no nije donijela nikakve rezultate.

U 84 sata pretražen je akvatorij veličine 17.000 četvornih milja, nakon čega je Obalna straža službeno objavila da obustavlja potragu jer nisu pronađeni ni putnici ni ostaci broda. Zbog velikog broja ukrcanih putnika sumnja se na krijumčarenje ljudi.

Nestanak devet metara dugog glisera Mako Cuddy Cabin s 20 putnika na području Bermudskog trokuta raspirio je maštu onih koji su nakon toliko puno pomorskih i zrakoplovnih nesreća uvjereni kako se vrlo čudne stvari s vremena na vrijeme događaju na području između Miamija, Portorika i Bermuda.

Mako Cuddy, pogonjen s dva izvanbrodska motora snage po 250 konja, isplovio je početkom siječnja iz Biminija (50 milja od Floride) prema Lake Worthu, ali tamo nikada nije stigao.

Američka Obalna straža je, naravno, pokrenula opsežnu potragu u kojoj su, osim zrakoplova HC-144 Ocean Sentry i vojnog C-130 Herculesa, sudjelovali Coast Guard kuteri Robert Yered i Margaret Norvel, kao i letjelice Bahamas Air Sea Rescue Associationa, no nije donijela nikakve rezultate.

U 84 sata pretražen je akvatorij veličine 17.000 četvornih milja, nakon čega je Obalna straža službeno objavila da obustavlja potragu jer nisu pronađeni ni putnici ni ostaci broda. Zbog velikog broja ukrcanih putnika sumnja se na krijumčarenje ljudi.
