Prema najavama organizatora iz udruge Festive, uvertira festivala bit će već 8. lipnja, u 18 sati, na plaži Bačvice gdje će glavnu riječ imati reak danceri pod paskom DJ-eva Shakala i Krafne, uz predstavljanje writera (crtača grafita) kojih se na ovom izdanju xSTatica očekuje oko 50 iz cijelog svijeta.

Službeni početak festivala je u petak 14. lipnja, navečer, na Bačvicama, a dan kasnije na Gripama počinje grafitti jam gdje će se crtati po zidovima (osim zida na kojem je DJ Bronson), a promovirat će se i novi đir SEnD cello graff, ili crtanje na folijama, kao i streetart, odnosno crtanje po šabloni, najčešće na pločama od knaufa. Bit će tu i natjecanje u košarci, break-danceu, hip-hopu, skateboardingu i rolama, ali i DJ radionica, te freestyle session.

- Crtat će se preko prošlogodišnjih radova. S jedne strane nam je žao zbog razvoja takve situacije jer su radovi na zidovima odlični, a, s druge strane, mišljenja smo kako je prostor SC-a Gripe najbolji prostor u gradu za održavanje festivala xSTatic. Ipak, originalna ideja bila je da se festival održi na prostoru nekadašnje tvornice “Dalmacijavina” u trajektnoj luci, no to nije uspjelo pa se program prebacio na Gripe - objašnjavaju organizatori najavivši i glazbeni program u večernjim satima na platou Bačvica.

Tamo će nastupiti “Cha Jah Ton”, “Kiša metaka” sa svojim prvim live nastupom, te hip-hop bend “Bad Copy”. Iako je održavanje ovog festivala bilo upitno jer je Grad Split dao negativan odgovor na financiranje festivala, na koncu je xSTatic od Grada ipak dobio 40 tisuća kuna, a u pomoć su pritekli Županija i sponzori.
- Sam festival je toliko postao poznat i popularan među umjetnicima da je ove godine crtač umjetničkim imenom Ewok iz Los Anglesa, koji se ubraja među 10 najboljih i najpoznatijih graffiti umjetnika, odlučio sam financirati troškove svog dolaska, kada smo mu rekli da ove godine nismo u mogućnosti financijski pratiti troškove svih sudionika. Cilj nam je promocija urbane umjetnosti, glazbe i sporta. Festival nosi snažnu poruku u borbi protiv nasilja među mladima, netrpeljivosti i antagonizma između sjevera i juga naše države, te društva u cjelini - kaže nam Pero Rančić iz udruge Festive.

Prema najavama organizatora iz udruge Festive, uvertira festivala bit će već 8. lipnja, u 18 sati, na plaži Bačvice gdje će glavnu riječ imati reak danceri pod paskom DJ-eva Shakala i Krafne, uz predstavljanje writera (crtača grafita) kojih se na ovom izdanju xSTatica očekuje oko 50 iz cijelog svijeta.

Službeni početak festivala je u petak 14. lipnja, navečer, na Bačvicama, a dan kasnije na Gripama počinje grafitti jam gdje će se crtati po zidovima (osim zida na kojem je DJ Bronson), a promovirat će se i novi đir SEnD cello graff, ili crtanje na folijama, kao i streetart, odnosno crtanje po šabloni, najčešće na pločama od knaufa. Bit će tu i natjecanje u košarci, break-danceu, hip-hopu, skateboardingu i rolama, ali i DJ radionica, te freestyle session.

- Crtat će se preko prošlogodišnjih radova. S jedne strane nam je žao zbog razvoja takve situacije jer su radovi na zidovima odlični, a, s druge strane, mišljenja smo kako je prostor SC-a Gripe najbolji prostor u gradu za održavanje festivala xSTatic. Ipak, originalna ideja bila je da se festival održi na prostoru nekadašnje tvornice “Dalmacijavina” u trajektnoj luci, no to nije uspjelo pa se program prebacio na Gripe - objašnjavaju organizatori najavivši i glazbeni program u večernjim satima na platou Bačvica.

Tamo će nastupiti “Cha Jah Ton”, “Kiša metaka” sa svojim prvim live nastupom, te hip-hop bend “Bad Copy”. Iako je održavanje ovog festivala bilo upitno jer je Grad Split dao negativan odgovor na financiranje festivala, na koncu je xSTatic od Grada ipak dobio 40 tisuća kuna, a u pomoć su pritekli Županija i sponzori.
- Sam festival je toliko postao poznat i popularan među umjetnicima da je ove godine crtač umjetničkim imenom Ewok iz Los Anglesa, koji se ubraja među 10 najboljih i najpoznatijih graffiti umjetnika, odlučio sam financirati troškove svog dolaska, kada smo mu rekli da ove godine nismo u mogućnosti financijski pratiti troškove svih sudionika. Cilj nam je promocija urbane umjetnosti, glazbe i sporta. Festival nosi snažnu poruku u borbi protiv nasilja među mladima, netrpeljivosti i antagonizma između sjevera i juga naše države, te društva u cjelini - kaže nam Pero Rančić iz udruge Festive.
