Koliko god se svi radovali proljeću, za mnoge dolazak prvih toplih dana znači i muke po želucu. Naime, u proljeće se obično javljaju ili pogoršavaju gastrointestinalni problemi, naročito gastritis, žgaravica ili, primjerice, sindrom nadraženih crijeva. Proljeće nije uzrok problema u pravom smislu riječi, već faktor koji pogoršava stanje ili "kap koja prelijeva čašu", uz ostale rizične faktore kao što su nezdrava prehrana, sklonost prejedanju, stres ili pušenje, piše Živim.

Ipak, dokazano je da promjena godišnjeg doba, odnosno dolazak proljeća može potaknuti određene hormonalne aktivnosti i aktivnosti živčanih puteva koje pospješuju lučenje kiseline u želucu, a ona je glavni problem upravo kod gastritisa i gastroezofagealnog refluksa. Postoji još jedan razlog zašto se gastritis ili, primjerice, čir često aktiviraju upravo u proljeće. Smjena godišnjih doba stres je za organizam, što dovodi do slabljenja prirodnih obrambenih funkcija. To dobro iskorištava bakterija Helicobacter pylori, koja se u takvim uvjetima lakše i brže razmnožava i stvara probleme.

U takvim okolnostima dovoljno je nekoliko cigareta previše ili nekoliko dana neodgovarajuće prehrane da se ova bakterija brzo raširi u sluznici želuca. Ako patite od želučanih tegoba, najbolji način da se pripremite za dolazak proljeća jest da hranom, a, ako je potrebno, i suplementima, ojačate imunitet te da malo prilagodite svoje prehrambene navike: dulje i sporije žvačete te uvedete obilniji doručak i laganiju večeru.

Na izbor hrane trebalo bi pripaziti cijele godine, naročito ako ste skloni gastritisu, no ako prije niste vodili računa o tome, u proljeće biste svakako trebali u jelovnik uvesti što više povrća i svježeg voća te iz njega izbaciti prženu hranu i napitke s kofeinom, piše Živim.

Koliko god se svi radovali proljeću, za mnoge dolazak prvih toplih dana znači i muke po želucu. Naime, u proljeće se obično javljaju ili pogoršavaju gastrointestinalni problemi, naročito gastritis, žgaravica ili, primjerice, sindrom nadraženih crijeva. Proljeće nije uzrok problema u pravom smislu riječi, već faktor koji pogoršava stanje ili "kap koja prelijeva čašu", uz ostale rizične faktore kao što su nezdrava prehrana, sklonost prejedanju, stres ili pušenje, piše Živim.

Ipak, dokazano je da promjena godišnjeg doba, odnosno dolazak proljeća može potaknuti određene hormonalne aktivnosti i aktivnosti živčanih puteva koje pospješuju lučenje kiseline u želucu, a ona je glavni problem upravo kod gastritisa i gastroezofagealnog refluksa. Postoji još jedan razlog zašto se gastritis ili, primjerice, čir često aktiviraju upravo u proljeće. Smjena godišnjih doba stres je za organizam, što dovodi do slabljenja prirodnih obrambenih funkcija. To dobro iskorištava bakterija Helicobacter pylori, koja se u takvim uvjetima lakše i brže razmnožava i stvara probleme.

U takvim okolnostima dovoljno je nekoliko cigareta previše ili nekoliko dana neodgovarajuće prehrane da se ova bakterija brzo raširi u sluznici želuca. Ako patite od želučanih tegoba, najbolji način da se pripremite za dolazak proljeća jest da hranom, a, ako je potrebno, i suplementima, ojačate imunitet te da malo prilagodite svoje prehrambene navike: dulje i sporije žvačete te uvedete obilniji doručak i laganiju večeru.

Na izbor hrane trebalo bi pripaziti cijele godine, naročito ako ste skloni gastritisu, no ako prije niste vodili računa o tome, u proljeće biste svakako trebali u jelovnik uvesti što više povrća i svježeg voća te iz njega izbaciti prženu hranu i napitke s kofeinom, piše Živim.

Koliko god se svi radovali proljeću, za mnoge dolazak prvih toplih dana znači i muke po želucu. Naime, u proljeće se obično javljaju ili pogoršavaju gastrointestinalni problemi, naročito gastritis, žgaravica ili, primjerice, sindrom nadraženih crijeva. Proljeće nije uzrok problema u pravom smislu riječi, već faktor koji pogoršava stanje ili "kap koja prelijeva čašu", uz ostale rizične faktore kao što su nezdrava prehrana, sklonost prejedanju, stres ili pušenje, piše Živim.
