Jedan od najAmbicioznijih ove godine je “Most špijuna“, naizgled siguran mamac za Akademijine glasače. Radi se o istinitoj priči koji je na veliki ekran preselio trostruki oskarovac Steven Spielberg. Svaki put kad ovaj redatelj nešto radi, tom se filmu smiješe Oscari i(li) dolari.

“A film by Steven Spielberg“ poslovično se očekuje sa zanimanjem publike i kritike. Napetost za “The Bridge Of Spies“ raste, s obzirom na, za Spielbergove pojmove, dužu pauzu od njegovog posljednjeg filma - “Lincoln“ je u kina pušten 2012., dakle prije tri godine. No, Spielberg se vraća sa stilom i za glavnu ulogu je angažirao dvostrukog dobitnika zlatnog kipića Toma Hanksa.

“Most špijuna“ ulazi u povijest kao njihova četvrta suradnja (“Spašavanje vojnika Ryana“, “Uhvati me ako možeš“, “Terminal“), ali i redateljev drugi film nakon “Boje purpura“ bez skladatelja Johna Williamsa kojeg je, zbog zdravstvenih tegoba, zamijenio Thomas Newman. U prethodnim ostvarenjima Spielberg i Hanks našli su se u žanru brutalnog ratnog spektakla, lepršave krimi-komedije i humorne drame. Sada se, pak, sele na teritorij hladnoratovskog špijunskog trilera.

S Hanksovim likom kako odlazi iza neprijateljskih linija - u Istočni Berlin - braniti moral američke nacije, “The Bridge Of Spies“ na papiru i u foršpanu vrišti da je važan film o kojem će se vjerojatno govoriti od njegove kinopremijere 16. listopada u SAD-u (kod nas najavljen za 26. studenoga) do dodjele Oscara, a tome u prilog ide i činjenica da su “based on a true story“ scenarij supotpisala braća Coen, ovjenčana sa četiri Akademijine nagrade.


Hanks nastupa u ulozi Jamesa Donovana, brooklynskog odvjetnika kojeg CIA na vrhuncu Hladnog rata odabire za nemogući zadatak - da pregovara o puštanju na slobodu američkog pilota zrakoplova U-2 Francisa Garyja Powersa oborenog 1960. iznad sovjetskog zračnog prostora i zarobljenog od strane “nemilosrdnih“ Rusa koji su ga (KGB) proglasili za “špijunažu“. Bilo je to vrijeme kolektivne paranoje i straha zbog napetih odnosa Amerike i “Majke Rusije“, kad su diplomacije obje velesile skrivale tajne i pazile na javno mnijenje, što Donovanov slučaj čini još bremenitijim dok se nalazi između dvije vatre.

Redatelja je filmu privukao hladnoratovski podtekst i prilika da snimi svoj prvi “spy movie“. Ipak, “Most špijuna“ neće biti akcijski spektakl poput Bond-filma i “Mission: Impossible“, prije ozbiljan špijunski triler nalik ekranizacijama romana Johna Le Carrea ili onome što se u žanru snimalo šezdesetih (“The Ipcress File“).

Pronašao je Spielberg i osobnu notu u priči. Njegov otac inžinjer bio je, kao dio “međunarodne razmjene“, poslan u Rusiju tijekom Hladnog rata, netom nakon što je Powers oboren. K tome, i on se sam, rođen 1946., sjeća atmosfere straha i neprijateljstva između dviju nacija. Tu je “cold war“ atmosferu Spielberg podgrijao snimajući film na lokacijama u Americi, Njemačkoj i Poljskoj, uključujući i mjesta na kojima s priča odigrala, a ključne scene oko Berlinskog zida dočarane su u Wroclawu koji je “sličniji Istočnom Berlinu 1961. od današnjeg Berlina“.

Snimajući “The Bridge Of Spies“ Spielberg je odlučio podgrijati redateljsku karijeru i filmofilima obećao da više neće raditi ovoliku pauzu. Obećanje nije ludom radovanje - režiser se već nalazi na setu ekranizacije “fantasy“ romana Roalda Dahla “The BFG“ i pretprodukcijski priprema SF spektakl “Ready Player One“ prema bestseleru Ernesta Clinea.

Jedan od najAmbicioznijih ove godine je “Most špijuna“, naizgled siguran mamac za Akademijine glasače. Radi se o istinitoj priči koji je na veliki ekran preselio trostruki oskarovac Steven Spielberg. Svaki put kad ovaj redatelj nešto radi, tom se filmu smiješe Oscari i(li) dolari.

“A film by Steven Spielberg“ poslovično se očekuje sa zanimanjem publike i kritike. Napetost za “The Bridge Of Spies“ raste, s obzirom na, za Spielbergove pojmove, dužu pauzu od njegovog posljednjeg filma - “Lincoln“ je u kina pušten 2012., dakle prije tri godine. No, Spielberg se vraća sa stilom i za glavnu ulogu je angažirao dvostrukog dobitnika zlatnog kipića Toma Hanksa.

“Most špijuna“ ulazi u povijest kao njihova četvrta suradnja (“Spašavanje vojnika Ryana“, “Uhvati me ako možeš“, “Terminal“), ali i redateljev drugi film nakon “Boje purpura“ bez skladatelja Johna Williamsa kojeg je, zbog zdravstvenih tegoba, zamijenio Thomas Newman. U prethodnim ostvarenjima Spielberg i Hanks našli su se u žanru brutalnog ratnog spektakla, lepršave krimi-komedije i humorne drame. Sada se, pak, sele na teritorij hladnoratovskog špijunskog trilera.

S Hanksovim likom kako odlazi iza neprijateljskih linija - u Istočni Berlin - braniti moral američke nacije, “The Bridge Of Spies“ na papiru i u foršpanu vrišti da je važan film o kojem će se vjerojatno govoriti od njegove kinopremijere 16. listopada u SAD-u (kod nas najavljen za 26. studenoga) do dodjele Oscara, a tome u prilog ide i činjenica da su “based on a true story“ scenarij supotpisala braća Coen, ovjenčana sa četiri Akademijine nagrade.


Hanks nastupa u ulozi Jamesa Donovana, brooklynskog odvjetnika kojeg CIA na vrhuncu Hladnog rata odabire za nemogući zadatak - da pregovara o puštanju na slobodu američkog pilota zrakoplova U-2 Francisa Garyja Powersa oborenog 1960. iznad sovjetskog zračnog prostora i zarobljenog od strane “nemilosrdnih“ Rusa koji su ga (KGB) proglasili za “špijunažu“. Bilo je to vrijeme kolektivne paranoje i straha zbog napetih odnosa Amerike i “Majke Rusije“, kad su diplomacije obje velesile skrivale tajne i pazile na javno mnijenje, što Donovanov slučaj čini još bremenitijim dok se nalazi između dvije vatre.

Redatelja je filmu privukao hladnoratovski podtekst i prilika da snimi svoj prvi “spy movie“. Ipak, “Most špijuna“ neće biti akcijski spektakl poput Bond-filma i “Mission: Impossible“, prije ozbiljan špijunski triler nalik ekranizacijama romana Johna Le Carrea ili onome što se u žanru snimalo šezdesetih (“The Ipcress File“).

Pronašao je Spielberg i osobnu notu u priči. Njegov otac inžinjer bio je, kao dio “međunarodne razmjene“, poslan u Rusiju tijekom Hladnog rata, netom nakon što je Powers oboren. K tome, i on se sam, rođen 1946., sjeća atmosfere straha i neprijateljstva između dviju nacija. Tu je “cold war“ atmosferu Spielberg podgrijao snimajući film na lokacijama u Americi, Njemačkoj i Poljskoj, uključujući i mjesta na kojima s priča odigrala, a ključne scene oko Berlinskog zida dočarane su u Wroclawu koji je “sličniji Istočnom Berlinu 1961. od današnjeg Berlina“.

Snimajući “The Bridge Of Spies“ Spielberg je odlučio podgrijati redateljsku karijeru i filmofilima obećao da više neće raditi ovoliku pauzu. Obećanje nije ludom radovanje - režiser se već nalazi na setu ekranizacije “fantasy“ romana Roalda Dahla “The BFG“ i pretprodukcijski priprema SF spektakl “Ready Player One“ prema bestseleru Ernesta Clinea.
