Budući da će se zahtjevi za potpore za intervencije u sektoru vina zaprimati putem AGRONET-a, Agencija za plaćanje u poljoprivredi ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju poziva sve vinare koji nemaju pristup ovoj aplikaciji da ga žurno zatraže slanjem obrasca "Zahtjeva za upis u evidenciju korisnika zajedničke organizacije tržišta" na e-mail adresu: restrukturiranje@apprrr.hr. Vinari i vinogradari natječu se za tri mjere ruralnog razvoja: restrukturiranje i konverzija vinograda, promidžba vina te informiranje.

Restrukturiranje i konverzija vinograda ima za cilj poboljšanje gospodarske održivosti i konkurentnosti proizvođača vina. Njome se doprinosi ublažavanju klimatskih promjena i prilagodbi tim promjenama te doprinos poboljšanju održivosti sustava proizvodnje i smanjenju utjecaja sektora vina u Uniji na okoliš, među ostalim podržavanjem vinogradara u uvođenju okolišno održivijih metoda i uzgojnih praksi.

Prihvatljivi korisnici su vinogradari (fizičke ili pravne osobe) upisane u Vinogradarski registar kojima će se finacirati troškovi vezani uz zamjenu sorata i/ili premještanje vinograda, troškovi u okviru poboljšanja vinogradarskih tehnika upravljanja vinogradom te troškovi vezani za uvođenje ili poboljšanje sustava navodnjavanja kao i modernizacije te digitalizacije vinogradarske opreme. Operacije se mogu provoditi samostalno ili kombinirano logičkim kronološkim redoslijedom, uz uvjet da je rezultat provedbe operacije strukturna promjena u vinogradu.

Maksimalni iznos potpore po projektu je EUR 750.000, uz sljedeći intenzitet potpore: do 50% prihvatljivih troškova za doprinose u naravi, do 75% prihvatljivih troškova za aktivnosti dokumentirane računima. Sadnja vinograda na nagnutim terenima i na strminama smanjuje rizik od oštećenja od mraza i potiče rast visoko kvalitetnog grožđa kako rezultat intenzivne sunčeve svjetlosti. Iz tog razloga, na nagnutim terenima (nagib 16%-26%) i strminama (nagib >26%) daje se veći iznos potpore. Kod premještanja vinograda dozvoljava se istovremeno postojanje starih i novih nasada na najdulje razdoblje koje ne prelazi tri godine.

Cilj mjere informiranje je povećanje utrživosti i konkurentnosti proizvoda od vinove loze, posebno razvojem inovativnih proizvoda, procesa i tehnologija, kao i dodavanjem vrijednosti u bilo kojem dijelu lanca opskrbe, uključujući element prijenosa znanja a u njoj mogu sudjelovati stručne organizacije (instituti, fakulteti, škole i dr.), organizacije proizvođača, udruženja organizacija proizvođača, sektorske organizacije ili javna tijela utemeljena zakonom koja predstavljaju proizvođače vina, osim korisnika Državnog proračuna, te udruge proizvođača vina, zadružni savezi (čije su članice najmanje tri zadruge koje se bave proizvodnjom vina). Međutim, javno tijelo ne smije biti jedini korisnik promotivne mjere. Minimalni iznos potpore po projektu je EUR 3.000. Maksimalni iznos potpore po projektu je EUR 50.000.

Za mjeru promidžbe vina osiguran je minimalni iznos EU potpore po projektu od 3.000 EUR-a, dok je maksimalni iznos EU potpore po projektu je 100.000 EUR-a uz državnu potpore po projektu od 60.000 EUR-a.

Budući da će se zahtjevi za potpore za intervencije u sektoru vina zaprimati putem AGRONET-a, Agencija za plaćanje u poljoprivredi ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju poziva sve vinare koji nemaju pristup ovoj aplikaciji da ga žurno zatraže slanjem obrasca "Zahtjeva za upis u evidenciju korisnika zajedničke organizacije tržišta" na e-mail adresu: restrukturiranje@apprrr.hr. Vinari i vinogradari natječu se za tri mjere ruralnog razvoja: restrukturiranje i konverzija vinograda, promidžba vina te informiranje.

Restrukturiranje i konverzija vinograda ima za cilj poboljšanje gospodarske održivosti i konkurentnosti proizvođača vina. Njome se doprinosi ublažavanju klimatskih promjena i prilagodbi tim promjenama te doprinos poboljšanju održivosti sustava proizvodnje i smanjenju utjecaja sektora vina u Uniji na okoliš, među ostalim podržavanjem vinogradara u uvođenju okolišno održivijih metoda i uzgojnih praksi.

Prihvatljivi korisnici su vinogradari (fizičke ili pravne osobe) upisane u Vinogradarski registar kojima će se finacirati troškovi vezani uz zamjenu sorata i/ili premještanje vinograda, troškovi u okviru poboljšanja vinogradarskih tehnika upravljanja vinogradom te troškovi vezani za uvođenje ili poboljšanje sustava navodnjavanja kao i modernizacije te digitalizacije vinogradarske opreme. Operacije se mogu provoditi samostalno ili kombinirano logičkim kronološkim redoslijedom, uz uvjet da je rezultat provedbe operacije strukturna promjena u vinogradu.

Maksimalni iznos potpore po projektu je EUR 750.000, uz sljedeći intenzitet potpore: do 50% prihvatljivih troškova za doprinose u naravi, do 75% prihvatljivih troškova za aktivnosti dokumentirane računima. Sadnja vinograda na nagnutim terenima i na strminama smanjuje rizik od oštećenja od mraza i potiče rast visoko kvalitetnog grožđa kako rezultat intenzivne sunčeve svjetlosti. Iz tog razloga, na nagnutim terenima (nagib 16%-26%) i strminama (nagib >26%) daje se veći iznos potpore. Kod premještanja vinograda dozvoljava se istovremeno postojanje starih i novih nasada na najdulje razdoblje koje ne prelazi tri godine.

Cilj mjere informiranje je povećanje utrživosti i konkurentnosti proizvoda od vinove loze, posebno razvojem inovativnih proizvoda, procesa i tehnologija, kao i dodavanjem vrijednosti u bilo kojem dijelu lanca opskrbe, uključujući element prijenosa znanja a u njoj mogu sudjelovati stručne organizacije (instituti, fakulteti, škole i dr.), organizacije proizvođača, udruženja organizacija proizvođača, sektorske organizacije ili javna tijela utemeljena zakonom koja predstavljaju proizvođače vina, osim korisnika Državnog proračuna, te udruge proizvođača vina, zadružni savezi (čije su članice najmanje tri zadruge koje se bave proizvodnjom vina). Međutim, javno tijelo ne smije biti jedini korisnik promotivne mjere. Minimalni iznos potpore po projektu je EUR 3.000. Maksimalni iznos potpore po projektu je EUR 50.000.

Za mjeru promidžbe vina osiguran je minimalni iznos EU potpore po projektu od 3.000 EUR-a, dok je maksimalni iznos EU potpore po projektu je 100.000 EUR-a uz državnu potpore po projektu od 60.000 EUR-a.
