Danas je na Malom Prologu misnim slavljen proslavljen blagdan zaštitnice mjesta Gospe od Ružarja u narodu poznatije kao Ružarica. Po katoličkom kalendaru blagdan je 7. listopada a na Malom Prologu se tradicionalno svetkuje prvu nedjelju u listopadu.
Lijepo i toplo vrijeme privuklo je brojne iseljene proložane na plato pored crkve Gospe od Ružarja gdje je župnik don Domagoj Jelača predvodio svetu misu. Ovom prigodom nakon gotovo 40 godina oko crkve je hodila procesija sa kipom Gospe od Ružarja.
Danas je u mjestu petnaestak stanovnika, dok se većina iseljenih skrasila u Metkoviću. Po prezimenima Mali su Prolog naseljavali Dominikovići (naš zlatni rukometaš Davor porijeklom je iz toga mjesta), Kežići, Nikolci i Krstičevići te jedna obitelj Kuran.

Mjesto administrativno pripada općini Pojezerje, okružen brdima Zla gora i Šubir i oslonjen na brdašce Rudnik. Mali Prolog udaljen je 25 km od Metkovića kojem gravitira, na prijevoju između dva vinorodna i plodna polja Jezero i Jezerac. Susjedni Veliki Prolog gravitira Vrgorcu. U mjestu se osim Ružarice posebno svetkuju blagdani svetog Ivana (27.prosinca) i Svetih Ćirila i Metodija, koji su 5. srpnja.

Danas je na Malom Prologu misnim slavljen proslavljen blagdan zaštitnice mjesta Gospe od Ružarja u narodu poznatije kao Ružarica. Po katoličkom kalendaru blagdan je 7. listopada a na Malom Prologu se tradicionalno svetkuje prvu nedjelju u listopadu.
Lijepo i toplo vrijeme privuklo je brojne iseljene proložane na plato pored crkve Gospe od Ružarja gdje je župnik don Domagoj Jelača predvodio svetu misu. Ovom prigodom nakon gotovo 40 godina oko crkve je hodila procesija sa kipom Gospe od Ružarja.
Danas je u mjestu petnaestak stanovnika, dok se većina iseljenih skrasila u Metkoviću. Po prezimenima Mali su Prolog naseljavali Dominikovići (naš zlatni rukometaš Davor porijeklom je iz toga mjesta), Kežići, Nikolci i Krstičevići te jedna obitelj Kuran.

Mjesto administrativno pripada općini Pojezerje, okružen brdima Zla gora i Šubir i oslonjen na brdašce Rudnik. Mali Prolog udaljen je 25 km od Metkovića kojem gravitira, na prijevoju između dva vinorodna i plodna polja Jezero i Jezerac. Susjedni Veliki Prolog gravitira Vrgorcu. U mjestu se osim Ružarice posebno svetkuju blagdani svetog Ivana (27.prosinca) i Svetih Ćirila i Metodija, koji su 5. srpnja.
