Stambenoj zgradi na adresi Trnovička 2 dodijeljeno je 219.658,85 eura u sklopu poziva na dodjelu bespovratnih sredstava "Energetska obnova višestambenih zgrada". Početak energetske obnove ove višestambene zgrade planira se za travanj 2024., a sve u cilju povećanja energetske učinkovitosti: toplinska izolacija ravnog krova iznad grijanog prostora, toplinska izolacija vanjskih zidova grijanog dijela i zamjena dijela postojeće stolarije novom.

Planirani rezultati energetske obnove koju će izvesti tvrtka Capitalis d.o.o. pod nadzorom tvrtke Graf d.o.o., osigurat će uštedu potrebne toplinske energije za grijanje od 66,69 posto te primarne energije od 43,20 posto.

Smanjenje emisije CO2 nakon obnove iznosilo bi 8,83 tona/godišnje. Zgrada bi se nakon obnove svrstala u iznimno povoljan B energetski razred po godišnjoj potrebnoj toplinskoj energiji za grijanje.

Procjena cjelokupne investicije iznosi 361.548,52 eura, a bespovratna sredstava dodijeljena su u sklopu poziva na dodjelu bespovratnih sredstava "Energetska obnova višestambenih zgrada" koji je prethodno objavilo Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.

Grad Dubrovnik sufinancirao je izradu projektne dokumentacije u iznosu od 85 posto opravdanih troškova, odnosno 2.792,16 eura.

Upravni odjel za europske fondove Grada Dubrovnika u travnju je objavio Javni poziv za sufinanciranje izrade projektne dokumentacije za energetsku obnovu postojećih višestambenih zgrada na području Grada Dubrovnika za 2023. godinu te se pozivaju zaineresirani da se putem ovlaštenih upravitelja zgrade i prijave.

Stambenoj zgradi na adresi Trnovička 2 dodijeljeno je 219.658,85 eura u sklopu poziva na dodjelu bespovratnih sredstava "Energetska obnova višestambenih zgrada". Početak energetske obnove ove višestambene zgrade planira se za travanj 2024., a sve u cilju povećanja energetske učinkovitosti: toplinska izolacija ravnog krova iznad grijanog prostora, toplinska izolacija vanjskih zidova grijanog dijela i zamjena dijela postojeće stolarije novom.

Planirani rezultati energetske obnove koju će izvesti tvrtka Capitalis d.o.o. pod nadzorom tvrtke Graf d.o.o., osigurat će uštedu potrebne toplinske energije za grijanje od 66,69 posto te primarne energije od 43,20 posto.

Smanjenje emisije CO2 nakon obnove iznosilo bi 8,83 tona/godišnje. Zgrada bi se nakon obnove svrstala u iznimno povoljan B energetski razred po godišnjoj potrebnoj toplinskoj energiji za grijanje.

Procjena cjelokupne investicije iznosi 361.548,52 eura, a bespovratna sredstava dodijeljena su u sklopu poziva na dodjelu bespovratnih sredstava "Energetska obnova višestambenih zgrada" koji je prethodno objavilo Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.

Grad Dubrovnik sufinancirao je izradu projektne dokumentacije u iznosu od 85 posto opravdanih troškova, odnosno 2.792,16 eura.

Za energetsku obnovu zgrade u Trnovičkoj 360 tisuća eura, evo kad kreću radovi

Stambenoj zgradi na adresi Trnovička 2 dodijeljeno je 219.658,85 eura u sklopu poziva na dodjelu bespovratnih sredstava "Energetska obnova višestambenih zgrada". Početak energetske obnove ove višestambene zgrade planira se za travanj 2024., a sve u cilju povećanja energetske učinkovitosti: toplinska izolacija ravnog krova iznad grijanog prostora, toplinska izolacija vanjskih zidova grijanog dijela i zamjena dijela postojeće stolarije novom.

Planirani rezultati energetske obnove koju će izvesti tvrtka Capitalis d.o.o. pod nadzorom tvrtke Graf d.o.o., osigurat će uštedu potrebne toplinske energije za grijanje od 66,69 posto te primarne energije od 43,20 posto.

Smanjenje emisije CO2 nakon obnove iznosilo bi 8,83 tona/godišnje. Zgrada bi se nakon obnove svrstala u iznimno povoljan B energetski razred po godišnjoj potrebnoj toplinskoj energiji za grijanje.

Procjena cjelokupne investicije iznosi 361.548,52 eura, a bespovratna sredstava dodijeljena su u sklopu poziva na dodjelu bespovratnih sredstava "Energetska obnova višestambenih zgrada" koji je prethodno objavilo Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.

Grad Dubrovnik sufinancirao je izradu projektne dokumentacije u iznosu od 85 posto opravdanih troškova, odnosno 2.792,16 eura.
