Gradonačelnik Dubrovnika Mato Franković je na svom FB profilu izvijestio da je Udrugu Ragusa Bus odbila Agencija za zaštitu tržišnog natjecanja jer je procijenila da ne postoje uvjeti za pokretanje postupka po službenoj dužnosti, čime je Grad Dubrovnik još jednom pokazao ispravnost svojih postupaka.

Podsjetimo, Udruga Ragusa Bus poduzela je pravne korake jer je smatrala da se gradskom autoprijevozniku Libertas daje monopol na prijevoz turista s kruzera i tako uzima posao privatnim autobuserima koji se bave povremenim prijevozom.

Gradonačelnik Dubrovnika Mato Franković je na svom FB profilu izvijestio da je Udrugu Ragusa Bus odbila Agencija za zaštitu tržišnog natjecanja jer je procijenila da ne postoje uvjeti za pokretanje postupka po službenoj dužnosti, čime je Grad Dubrovnik još jednom pokazao ispravnost svojih postupaka.

Podsjetimo, Udruga Ragusa Bus poduzela je pravne korake jer je smatrala da se gradskom autoprijevozniku Libertas daje monopol na prijevoz turista s kruzera i tako uzima posao privatnim autobuserima koji se bave povremenim prijevozom.

Gradonačelnik Dubrovnika Mato Franković je na svom FB profilu izvijestio da je Udrugu Ragusa Bus odbila Agencija za zaštitu tržišnog natjecanja jer je procijenila da ne postoje uvjeti za pokretanje postupka po službenoj dužnosti, čime je Grad Dubrovnik još jednom pokazao ispravnost svojih postupaka.

Podsjetimo, Udruga Ragusa Bus poduzela je pravne korake jer je smatrala da se gradskom autoprijevozniku Libertas daje monopol na prijevoz turista s kruzera i tako uzima posao privatnim autobuserima koji se bave povremenim prijevozom.
