Grad Dubrovnik i Dubrovačka biskupija (Svetišta Blažene Gospe od Milosrđa) sklopili su danas ugovor kojim se prostor Biskupskog dvora i okolnog dvorišta u Gospinom polju namjenjuje za prostore dječjeg vrtića i jaslica, na razdoblje od 12 godina. Raspoloživi kapaciteti dostatni su za smještaj šest vrtićkih i jedne jasličke grupe, ukupno 122 djece. Nakon potrebne prilagodbe i prenamjene prostora, za koju je potrebno ishoditi građevinsku dozvolu, ovaj objekt bi mogao početi s radom za godinu i pol.

 

U ime Grada Dubrovnika ugovor je potpisao gradonačelnik Mato Franković, a u ime Svetišta Blažene Gospe od Milosrđa upravitelja fra. Miljenko Vrabec. Gradonačelnik Franković zahvalio je dubrovačkom biskupu Roku Glasnoviću, koji je također prisustvovao potpisivanju ugovora, na suradnji u ovom projektu, koji će riješiti značajan dio smještaja djece u gradske vrtiće.

 

Troškovi rekonstrukcije namjeravaju se sufinancirati kroz bespovratna sredstva Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja, prijavom na Poziv  ‘Izgradnja, dogradnja, rekonstrukcija i opremanje predškolskih ustanova‘. Potrebno je obaviti radove temeljite rekonstrukcije objekta površine cca 1000 m2 i prilagodbe novoj namjeni, a koji obuhvaćaju statičku sanaciju, obnovu krova, izradu fasade, ugradnju lifta, novu organizaciju unutarnjeg prostora, priključak objekta na javnu kanalizaciju, nove instalacije, novi sustav grijanja i hlađenja, ugradnju sustava protupožarne zaštite. Troškovi se procjenjuju na oko dva milijuna eura.

 

U međuvremenu, Grad Dubrovnik kontinuirano radi na osiguranju dodatnih prostornih kapaciteta u dječjim vrtićima te bi za nadolazeću pedagošku godinu trebala biti spremna dva nova vrtićka prostora na području Grada, koja će moći primiti 88 djece. U prostoru Studentskog centra u DOC-u uredit će se površina od oko 200 metara četvornih gdje će se osigurati uvjeti za smještaj tri manje vrtićke grupe, ukupnog kapaciteta 40 djece. Postupak javne nabave za izvođenje radova adaptacije i uređenja je u tijeku. Dio prizemlja Gospodarskog centra u Solitudu površine 690 metara četvornih prenamijenit će se za potrebe dječjih jaslica i to za četiri jasličke skupine ukupnog kapaciteta do 48 djece. Potrebne preinake u prostoru, sukladno ugovoru o zakupu, izvest će zakupodavac, a radovi su već započeli.

Grad Dubrovnik i Dubrovačka biskupija (Svetišta Blažene Gospe od Milosrđa) sklopili su danas ugovor kojim se prostor Biskupskog dvora i okolnog dvorišta u Gospinom polju namjenjuje za prostore dječjeg vrtića i jaslica, na razdoblje od 12 godina. Raspoloživi kapaciteti dostatni su za smještaj šest vrtićkih i jedne jasličke grupe, ukupno 122 djece. Nakon potrebne prilagodbe i prenamjene prostora, za koju je potrebno ishoditi građevinsku dozvolu, ovaj objekt bi mogao početi s radom za godinu i pol.

 

U ime Grada Dubrovnika ugovor je potpisao gradonačelnik Mato Franković, a u ime Svetišta Blažene Gospe od Milosrđa upravitelja fra. Miljenko Vrabec. Gradonačelnik Franković zahvalio je dubrovačkom biskupu Roku Glasnoviću, koji je također prisustvovao potpisivanju ugovora, na suradnji u ovom projektu, koji će riješiti značajan dio smještaja djece u gradske vrtiće.

 

Troškovi rekonstrukcije namjeravaju se sufinancirati kroz bespovratna sredstva Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja, prijavom na Poziv  ‘Izgradnja, dogradnja, rekonstrukcija i opremanje predškolskih ustanova‘. Potrebno je obaviti radove temeljite rekonstrukcije objekta površine cca 1000 m2 i prilagodbe novoj namjeni, a koji obuhvaćaju statičku sanaciju, obnovu krova, izradu fasade, ugradnju lifta, novu organizaciju unutarnjeg prostora, priključak objekta na javnu kanalizaciju, nove instalacije, novi sustav grijanja i hlađenja, ugradnju sustava protupožarne zaštite. Troškovi se procjenjuju na oko dva milijuna eura.

 

U međuvremenu, Grad Dubrovnik kontinuirano radi na osiguranju dodatnih prostornih kapaciteta u dječjim vrtićima te bi za nadolazeću pedagošku godinu trebala biti spremna dva nova vrtićka prostora na području Grada, koja će moći primiti 88 djece. U prostoru Studentskog centra u DOC-u uredit će se površina od oko 200 metara četvornih gdje će se osigurati uvjeti za smještaj tri manje vrtićke grupe, ukupnog kapaciteta 40 djece. Postupak javne nabave za izvođenje radova adaptacije i uređenja je u tijeku. Dio prizemlja Gospodarskog centra u Solitudu površine 690 metara četvornih prenamijenit će se za potrebe dječjih jaslica i to za četiri jasličke skupine ukupnog kapaciteta do 48 djece. Potrebne preinake u prostoru, sukladno ugovoru o zakupu, izvest će zakupodavac, a radovi su već započeli.

Grad Dubrovnik i Dubrovačka biskupija (Svetišta Blažene Gospe od Milosrđa) sklopili su danas ugovor kojim se prostor Biskupskog dvora i okolnog dvorišta u Gospinom polju namjenjuje za prostore dječjeg vrtića i jaslica, na razdoblje od 12 godina. Raspoloživi kapaciteti dostatni su za smještaj šest vrtićkih i jedne jasličke grupe, ukupno 122 djece. Nakon potrebne prilagodbe i prenamjene prostora, za koju je potrebno ishoditi građevinsku dozvolu, ovaj objekt bi mogao početi s radom za godinu i pol.

 

U ime Grada Dubrovnika ugovor je potpisao gradonačelnik Mato Franković, a u ime Svetišta Blažene Gospe od Milosrđa upravitelja fra. Miljenko Vrabec. Gradonačelnik Franković zahvalio je dubrovačkom biskupu Roku Glasnoviću, koji je također prisustvovao potpisivanju ugovora, na suradnji u ovom projektu, koji će riješiti značajan dio smještaja djece u gradske vrtiće.

 

Troškovi rekonstrukcije namjeravaju se sufinancirati kroz bespovratna sredstva Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja, prijavom na Poziv  ‘Izgradnja, dogradnja, rekonstrukcija i opremanje predškolskih ustanova‘. Potrebno je obaviti radove temeljite rekonstrukcije objekta površine cca 1000 m2 i prilagodbe novoj namjeni, a koji obuhvaćaju statičku sanaciju, obnovu krova, izradu fasade, ugradnju lifta, novu organizaciju unutarnjeg prostora, priključak objekta na javnu kanalizaciju, nove instalacije, novi sustav grijanja i hlađenja, ugradnju sustava protupožarne zaštite. Troškovi se procjenjuju na oko dva milijuna eura.

 

U međuvremenu, Grad Dubrovnik kontinuirano radi na osiguranju dodatnih prostornih kapaciteta u dječjim vrtićima te bi za nadolazeću pedagošku godinu trebala biti spremna dva nova vrtićka prostora na području Grada, koja će moći primiti 88 djece. U prostoru Studentskog centra u DOC-u uredit će se površina od oko 200 metara četvornih gdje će se osigurati uvjeti za smještaj tri manje vrtićke grupe, ukupnog kapaciteta 40 djece.
