Gradonačelnik Mato Franković na svom facebook profilu spomenuo je radove na sanaciji pločnika pored Onofrijeve fontane.
- Započeli smo sanaciju kamenog pločnika na poljani oko velike Onofrijeve fontane - najupečatljivije znamenitosti Dubrovnika. Iako je bila u planu još 2020., odgođena je zbog nedostatka sredstava u Covid godinama. Tijekom sanacije, naišli smo na uzbudljive arheološke nalaze koji upućuju na ostatke velike gradske gustijerne. Ovi nalazi daju značajan uvid u povijest Dubrovnika, a posebno u razvoj njegove infrastrukture - otkrio je Franković.

Kako smo već pisali, dio pločnika na Poljani Paska Miličevića u povijesnoj jezgri zbog sanacije i zamjene oštećenih kamenih ploča novima, ograđen je početkom prosinca. Od tada se do prije desetak dana kako su se radovi intenzivirali, nije pretjerano radilo. Kako su u Zavodu za obnovu Dubrovnika tada pojasnili, radnici izvođača radova su uzeli kolektivni godišnji odmor za blagdane, a radovi se nisu mogli izvoditi ni radi svih posjetitelja za blagdane. Potom se čekalo povoljne vremenske prilike. Kad su se radovi zahuktali, bilo je za očekivati da će se nakon skidanja prvog sloja popločenja, a potom dizanja nasipa doći do arheoloških nalaza. Kako nam je svojevremeno rečeno u ZOD-u, nalazi će se odmah dokumentirati uz nadzor konzervatora, tako da sami nalazi ne bi trebali produljiti radove koji bi trebali završiti kroz četiri mjeseca.

Podsjetimo, radovi na Poljani Paska Miličevića izvode se uz stalni arheološki nadzor, a obuhvaćaju demontažu kamenog pločnika, iskop nasipa ispod kamenih ploča, postavljanje geotekstila u slučaju pronalaska arheoloških elemenata, ugradnju podložnih slojeva te ponovno polaganje kamenog pločnika uz zamjenu oštećenih kamenih ploča novima. Svi radovi provode se sukladno odobrenoj projektnoj dokumentaciji Konzervatorskog odjela u Dubrovniku.

Gradonačelnik Mato Franković na svom facebook profilu spomenuo je radove na sanaciji pločnika pored Onofrijeve fontane.
- Započeli smo sanaciju kamenog pločnika na poljani oko velike Onofrijeve fontane - najupečatljivije znamenitosti Dubrovnika. Iako je bila u planu još 2020., odgođena je zbog nedostatka sredstava u Covid godinama. Tijekom sanacije, naišli smo na uzbudljive arheološke nalaze koji upućuju na ostatke velike gradske gustijerne. Ovi nalazi daju značajan uvid u povijest Dubrovnika, a posebno u razvoj njegove infrastrukture - otkrio je Franković.

Kako smo već pisali, dio pločnika na Poljani Paska Miličevića u povijesnoj jezgri zbog sanacije i zamjene oštećenih kamenih ploča novima, ograđen je početkom prosinca. Od tada se do prije desetak dana kako su se radovi intenzivirali, nije pretjerano radilo. Kako su u Zavodu za obnovu Dubrovnika tada pojasnili, radnici izvođača radova su uzeli kolektivni godišnji odmor za blagdane, a radovi se nisu mogli izvoditi ni radi svih posjetitelja za blagdane. Potom se čekalo povoljne vremenske prilike. Kad su se radovi zahuktali, bilo je za očekivati da će se nakon skidanja prvog sloja popločenja, a potom dizanja nasipa doći do arheoloških nalaza. Kako nam je svojevremeno rečeno u ZOD-u, nalazi će se odmah dokumentirati uz nadzor konzervatora, tako da sami nalazi ne bi trebali produljiti radove koji bi trebali završiti kroz četiri mjeseca.

Podsjetimo, radovi na Poljani Paska Miličevića izvode se uz stalni arheološki nadzor, a obuhvaćaju demontažu kamenog pločnika, iskop nasipa ispod kamenih ploča, postavljanje geotekstila u slučaju pronalaska arheoloških elemenata, ugradnju podložnih slojeva te ponovno polaganje kamenog pločnika uz zamjenu oštećenih kamenih ploča novima. Svi radovi provode se sukladno odobrenoj projektnoj dokumentaciji Konzervatorskog odjela u Dubrovniku.
