Dubrovački odvjetnik Dario Obradović koji zastupa vlasnike lopudskih imanja u neposrednoj blizini odašiljača koji grade Odašiljači i veze na Lopudu obratio se Pučkoj pravobraniteljici zbog slučaja gradnje ove antene, pa o ovome neće raspravljati samo Gradsko vijeće. Pritužba je također poslana i na Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja,graditeljstva i državne imovine, ministru Darku Horvatu te Glavnom državnom inspektoru Andriji Mikuliću.

Naime, podnio je pritužbu na rad Državnog inspektorata, Područni ured Split, Ispostava Dubrovnik jer nakon dvaju prijava 17. siječnja 2022.g., i 1. siječnja 2022.g. te požurnice upućene 24. siječnja 2022.g. u svezi zahtjeva za nadzorom zakonitosti radova na izgradnji novog antenskog stupa na otoku Lopudu, nisu izvršili nadzor.

„U prijavama su detaljno navedeni razlozi koji dovode u sumnju zakonitost dozvole za izvođenje radova izgradnje antenskog stupa visine od 35,5 metara, a koji radovi su sada u završnoj fazi. Naime, isti projekt je suprotan odredbi članka104. stavak 3. Prostornog plana uređenja Grad Dubrovnika obzirom da će projektirani antenski stup svojom visinom i položajem trajno remetiti vizure krajobraza otoka Lopuda a posebno jer se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini spomenika kulture nulte kategorije, a š to je sve izričito zabranjeno navedenim člankom Prostornog plana.Također je navedeno u prijavi da je predviđeni antenski stup u suprotnosti s člankom 89. st. 6. Prostornog plana uređenja Grada koji propisuje da građevine u sustavu infrastrukture ne smiju imati visinu veću od 6 metara. Državniinspektorat, Područni ured Split,Ispostava Dubrovnik, unatoč hitnosti ovog postupka kao i jakom protivljenju lokalnog stanovništva izgradnji novog antenskog stupa suprotno odredbama prostornog plana, odbija izaći na lice mjesta i utvrditi stvarno činjenično stanje.Ovo posebno iz razloga što su isti radovi u završnoj fazi, piše u svojoj prijavi odvjetnik Dario Obradović.

Dubrovački odvjetnik Dario Obradović koji zastupa vlasnike lopudskih imanja u neposrednoj blizini odašiljača koji grade Odašiljači i veze na Lopudu obratio se Pučkoj pravobraniteljici zbog slučaja gradnje ove antene, pa o ovome neće raspravljati samo Gradsko vijeće. Pritužba je također poslana i na Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja,graditeljstva i državne imovine, ministru Darku Horvatu te Glavnom državnom inspektoru Andriji Mikuliću.

Naime, podnio je pritužbu na rad Državnog inspektorata, Područni ured Split, Ispostava Dubrovnik jer nakon dvaju prijava 17. siječnja 2022.g., i 1. siječnja 2022.g. te požurnice upućene 24. siječnja 2022.g. u svezi zahtjeva za nadzorom zakonitosti radova na izgradnji novog antenskog stupa na otoku Lopudu, nisu izvršili nadzor.

„U prijavama su detaljno navedeni razlozi koji dovode u sumnju zakonitost dozvole za izvođenje radova izgradnje antenskog stupa visine od 35,5 metara, a koji radovi su sada u završnoj fazi. Naime, isti projekt je suprotan odredbi članka104. stavak 3. Prostornog plana uređenja Grad Dubrovnika obzirom da će projektirani antenski stup svojom visinom i položajem trajno remetiti vizure krajobraza otoka Lopuda a posebno jer se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini spomenika kulture nulte kategorije, a š to je sve izričito zabranjeno navedenim člankom Prostornog plana.Također je navedeno u prijavi da je predviđeni antenski stup u suprotnosti s člankom 89. st. 6. Prostornog plana uređenja Grada koji propisuje da građevine u sustavu infrastrukture ne smiju imati visinu veću od 6 metara. Državniinspektorat, Područni ured Split,Ispostava Dubrovnik, unatoč hitnosti ovog postupka kao i jakom protivljenju lokalnog stanovništva izgradnji novog antenskog stupa suprotno odredbama prostornog plana, odbija izaći na lice mjesta i utvrditi stvarno činjenično stanje.Ovo posebno iz razloga što su isti radovi u završnoj fazi, piše u svojoj prijavi odvjetnik Dario Obradović.

Inspekcija ne izlazi na teren, susjedi lopudskog odašiljača angažirali odvjetnika te zatražili zaštitu Pučke pravobraniteljice

Dubrovački odvjetnik Dario Obradović koji zastupa vlasnike lopudskih imanja u neposrednoj blizini odašiljača koji grade Odašiljači i veze na Lopudu obratio se Pučkoj pravobraniteljici zbog slučaja gradnje ove antene, pa o ovome neće raspravljati samo Gradsko vijeće. Pritužba je također poslana i na Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja,graditeljstva i državne imovine, ministru Darku Horvatu te Glavnom državnom inspektoru Andriji Mikuliću.

Naime, podnio je pritužbu na rad Državnog inspektorata, Područni ured Split, Ispostava Dubrovnik jer nakon dvaju prijava 17. siječnja 2022.g., i 1. siječnja 2022.g. te požurnice upućene 24. siječnja 2022.g. u svezi zahtjeva za nadzorom zakonitosti radova na izgradnji novog antenskog stupa na otoku Lopudu, nisu izvršili nadzor.

„U prijavama su detaljno navedeni razlozi koji dovode u sumnju zakonitost dozvole za izvođenje radova izgradnje antenskog stupa visine od 35,5 metara, a koji radovi su sada u završnoj fazi. Naime, isti projekt je suprotan odredbi članka104. stavak 3. Prostornog plana uređenja Grad Dubrovnika obzirom da će projektirani antenski stup svojom visinom i položajem trajno remetiti vizure krajobraza otoka Lopuda a posebno jer se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini spomenika kulture nulte kategorije, a š to je sve izričito zabranjeno navedenim člankom Prostornog plana.Također je navedeno u prijavi da je predviđeni antenski stup u suprotnosti s člankom 89. st. 6. Prostornog plana uređenja Grada koji propisuje da građevine u sustavu infrastrukture ne smiju imati visinu veću od 6 metara. Državniinspektorat, Područni ured Split,Ispostava Dubrovnik, unatoč hitnosti ovog postupka kao i jakom protivljenju lokalnog stanovništva izgradnji novog antenskog stupa suprotno odredbama prostornog plana, odbija izaći na lice mjesta i utvrditi stvarno činjenično stanje.Ovo posebno iz razloga što su isti radovi u završnoj fazi, piše u svojoj prijavi odvjetnik Dario Obradović.
