Autobusi stranih registracijskih oznaka parkirani na cesti prema Belvederu već su godinama trn u oku stanovnika Ploča. Osim što parkiraju na cesti, nepropisno, a i opasno, za to dakako ništa niti ne plaćaju. Još je gore, kažu stanovnici Ploča što parkiranjem na Belvederu u stvari čekaju goste koje na kraju razgledanja povijesne jezgre pokupe ispred gimnazije i tako stvaraju još veću gužvu na cijelim Pločama.

- Naši autobuseri u Kotoru plaćaju parkiranje 15 eura, a ovdje se crnogorskim autobusima ništa ne naplaćuje – piše nedavno jedna čitateljica na društvenim mrežama. Potvrdila nam je to i predsjednica Udruge autobusera Croatia bus Vesna Lukić koja kaže kako svi domaći vlasnici autobusa u Dubrovniku parkiraju autobuse na dozvoljenim mjestima koje i plaćaju, u Luci, na Medarevu, u Komolcu, a da je problem s parkiranjem „na crno“ stranih autobusa, svima već poznat.
– Dok se ne riješi i ne sagradi check-point parking za sve strane automobile i izletničke autobuse koji je planiran na Pobrežju, a odakle bi goste u Dubrovnik vozio Libertas, ili mi, takva će situacija potrajati. Godinama već govorimo o tome, tražimo da se to napravi, ali do sada se nije ništa dogodilo – govori Lukić. I Gradski kotar Ploče Iza Grada već godinama pokušava riješiti problem nepropisnog parkiranja autobusa na cesti prema Belvederu, no svi su napori dosad ostali uzaludni. Srđan Obad, predsjednik GK Ploče iza Grada kaže kako je broj autobusa na cesti narastao s povratkom kruzera:

- Godinama tražimo da se situacija gore uredi, da se postave rampe, da dolaze komunalni redari, pa je to i funkcionirao jedno vrlo kratko vrijeme, više zbog pandemije. Ipak, vjerujemo da će se i ova situacija riješiti izglasavanjem novih zakonskih odredbi po kojima gradovi s povijesnim jezgrama mogu imati posebnu regulaciju prometa uz njih. Smatramo da će i najavljena posebna regulacija prometa na Ilijinoj glavici od toga trenutka reducirati kompletan promet prema nama i da će prolaziti samo dostavna vozila, vozila hitnih službi i domicilnog stanovništva. Automatski će to limitirati i broj vozila stranih državljana i autobusa prema Belvederu, jer će im biti onemogućen pristup kontaktnim zonama gradske jezgre. To očekujemo, ali također i javnu raspravu prije donošenja konačnog rješenja te regulacije - govori Obad. On ističe i kako Gradski kotar od početka mandata traži da se izmjesti i autobusna stanica za turističke autobuse ispred zgrade gimnazije, čime bi se situacija s autobusima smanjila jer izletnički autobuseri iz Crne Gore iskrcavaju i ukrcavaju goste upravo na Pločama, a čekaju ih na Belvederu. Domaći autobuseri ukrcavaju goste na Pilama. A što se tiče prevelikog broja auta domaćeg stanovništva na cestama, što je također ogroman prometni problem, smatra Obad, može se rješavati samo gradnjom manjih garaža.

Autobusi stranih registracijskih oznaka parkirani na cesti prema Belvederu već su godinama trn u oku stanovnika Ploča. Osim što parkiraju na cesti, nepropisno, a i opasno, za to dakako ništa niti ne plaćaju. Još je gore, kažu stanovnici Ploča što parkiranjem na Belvederu u stvari čekaju goste koje na kraju razgledanja povijesne jezgre pokupe ispred gimnazije i tako stvaraju još veću gužvu na cijelim Pločama.

- Naši autobuseri u Kotoru plaćaju parkiranje 15 eura, a ovdje se crnogorskim autobusima ništa ne naplaćuje – piše nedavno jedna čitateljica na društvenim mrežama. Potvrdila nam je to i predsjednica Udruge autobusera Croatia bus Vesna Lukić koja kaže kako svi domaći vlasnici autobusa u Dubrovniku parkiraju autobuse na dozvoljenim mjestima koje i plaćaju, u Luci, na Medarevu, u Komolcu, a da je problem s parkiranjem „na crno“ stranih autobusa, svima već poznat.
– Dok se ne riješi i ne sagradi check-point parking za sve strane automobile i izletničke autobuse koji je planiran na Pobrežju, a odakle bi goste u Dubrovnik vozio Libertas, ili mi, takva će situacija potrajati. Godinama već govorimo o tome, tražimo da se to napravi, ali do sada se nije ništa dogodilo – govori Lukić. I Gradski kotar Ploče Iza Grada već godinama pokušava riješiti problem nepropisnog parkiranja autobusa na cesti prema Belvederu, no svi su napori dosad ostali uzaludni. Srđan Obad, predsjednik GK Ploče iza Grada kaže kako je broj autobusa na cesti narastao s povratkom kruzera:

- Godinama tražimo da se situacija gore uredi, da se postave rampe, da dolaze komunalni redari, pa je to i funkcionirao jedno vrlo kratko vrijeme, više zbog pandemije. Ipak, vjerujemo da će se i ova situacija riješiti izglasavanjem novih zakonskih odredbi po kojima gradovi s povijesnim jezgrama mogu imati posebnu regulaciju prometa uz njih. Smatramo da će i najavljena posebna regulacija prometa na Ilijinoj glavici od toga trenutka reducirati kompletan promet prema nama i da će prolaziti samo dostavna vozila, vozila hitnih službi i domicilnog stanovništva. Automatski će to limitirati i broj vozila stranih državljana i autobusa prema Belvederu, jer će im biti onemogućen pristup kontaktnim zonama gradske jezgre. To očekujemo, ali također i javnu raspravu prije donošenja konačnog rješenja te regulacije - govori Obad. On ističe i kako Gradski kotar od početka mandata traži da se izmjesti i autobusna stanica za turističke autobuse ispred zgrade gimnazije, čime bi se situacija s autobusima smanjila jer izletnički autobuseri iz Crne Gore iskrcavaju i ukrcavaju goste upravo na Pločama, a čekaju ih na Belvederu. Domaći autobuseri ukrcavaju goste na Pilama. A što se tiče prevelikog broja auta domaćeg stanovništva na cestama, što je također ogroman prometni problem, smatra Obad, može se rješavati samo gradnjom manjih garaža.
