Stambenoj zgradi na adresi Vinogradarska ulica 38, 40, 42 i 44 dodijeljeno je 298.043,14 eura  bespovratnih sredstava u sklopu Poziva na dodjelu bespovratnih sredstava "Energetska obnova višestambenih zgrada".

Realizacijom ove investicije povećat će se toplinska zaštita vanjskog zida i kosog krova, što će u konačnici osigurati uštedu energije u potrebnoj energiji za grijanje/hlađenje za 75,81 posto te smanjenje godišnje primarne energije za 55 posto, dok bi smanjenje emisije CO2 nakon obnove iznosilo bi 33 tona godišnje. Zgrada bi se nakon obnove svrstala u iznimno povoljan B energetski razred po godišnjoj potrebnoj toplinskoj energiji za grijanje.

Procjena cjelokupne investicije iznosi 491.321,33 eura, a bespovratna sredstava dodijeljena su u sklopu Poziva na dodjelu bespovratnih sredstava "Energetska obnova višestambenih zgrada" koji je prethodno objavilo Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.

Grad Dubrovnik sufinancirao je izradu projektne dokumentacije u iznosu od 85 posto opravdanih troškova, odnosno 5.640,72 eura čija je izrada bila preduvjet za prijavu na Poziv.

Radove će izvesti ugovorni izvođač tvtka Capitalis d.o.o. pod nadzorom tvrtke Graf d.o.o., a početak radova planiran je u travnju 2024. godine.

Podsjetimo, Upravni odjel za europske fondove Grada Dubrovnika je u travnju objavio Javni poziv za sufinanciranje izrade projektne dokumentacije za energetsku obnovu postojećih višestambenih zgrada na području Grada Dubrovnika za 2023. godinu koji je dostupan na sljedećoj poveznici LINK te se pozivaju zaineresirani da se putem ovlaštenih upravitelja zgrade i prijave.

Stambenoj zgradi na adresi Vinogradarska ulica 38, 40, 42 i 44 dodijeljeno je 298.043,14 eura  bespovratnih sredstava u sklopu Poziva na dodjelu bespovratnih sredstava "Energetska obnova višestambenih zgrada".

Realizacijom ove investicije povećat će se toplinska zaštita vanjskog zida i kosog krova, što će u konačnici osigurati uštedu energije u potrebnoj energiji za grijanje/hlađenje za 75,81 posto te smanjenje godišnje primarne energije za 55 posto, dok bi smanjenje emisije CO2 nakon obnove iznosilo bi 33 tona godišnje. Zgrada bi se nakon obnove svrstala u iznimno povoljan B energetski razred po godišnjoj potrebnoj toplinskoj energiji za grijanje.

Procjena cjelokupne investicije iznosi 491.321,33 eura, a bespovratna sredstava dodijeljena su u sklopu Poziva na dodjelu bespovratnih sredstava "Energetska obnova višestambenih zgrada" koji je prethodno objavilo Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.

Grad Dubrovnik sufinancirao je izradu projektne dokumentacije u iznosu od 85 posto opravdanih troškova, odnosno 5.640,72 eura čija je izrada bila preduvjet za prijavu na Poziv.

Radove će izvesti ugovorni izvođač tvtka Capitalis d.o.o. pod nadzorom tvrtke Graf d.o.o., a početak radova planiran je u travnju 2024. godine.
