Sladoledarnica Dubrovnik na adresi Stradun 17 ima dugu tradiciju vezanu za proizvodnju ove omiljene slastice, dužu od pola stoljeća. Recepture, priprema i prodaja sladoleda kod njih u obitelji Hajdari traje generacijama; tradicija je započela s djedovima, koji su u Dubrovnik došli prije 55 godina.

- Priča naše sladoledarnice kreće davne 1968. godine, kad su naši djedovi došli u Dubrovnik i otvorili prvu slastičarnicu u Getaldićevoj ulici koja se zvala Slastičarna Jug - prisjeća se Senad, predstavnik treće generacije sladoledara u njihovoj obitelji.

Nakon toga nastavili su s otvaranjem i drugih slastičarnica po gradu i okolici, pa su tako otvorili Slastičarnu Jagoda u Širokoj ulici, koja je radila od 1972. do 2004. godine i Slastičarnu Uvala na Šetalištu kralja Zvonimira u Lapadu - možda je bolje reći u Uvali Lapad - koja je radila od 1973. do 1996. godine.

Njihova Slastičarna Tropicana na Putu dr. Ante Starčevića u Cavtatu uveseljavala je staro i mlado od 1997. do 2005., a Slastičarna Lori na Obali Stjepana Radića u Slanom od 1988. do 1992. godine.

- Mi smo treća generacija koja se bavi proizvodnjom i prodajom sladoleda - ističe Senad, koji danas s braćom Canijem i Kujtimom vodi posao.

- Preuzeli smo posao od našeg oca Besima koji je prije nas vodio poslovanje, a pošao je u mirovinu. Nadamo se da će i naša djeca nastaviti obiteljsku tradiciju - njegova je želja.

Trenutno ih u sladoledarnici na samom Stradunu radi desetero. Njihov rođak Durmo glavni je meštar od sladoleda, pomaže mu sin Nedim, a s njima radi i pet studentica koje su kod njih sezonski zaposlene.

Atraktivna lokacija njihove sladoledarnice privlači turiste koji iz cijelog svijeta posjećuju Dubrovnik, a treba napomenuti kako obitelj Hajdari domaće ljude voli počastiti svojim sladoledima, osobito djecu koja sretna i zamazana od njihovih delicija izađu iz Sladoledarnice Dubrovnik.

- Želimo da se naši gosti osjećaju zadovoljni s proizvodom koji dobivaju i uslugom koju nudi naša sladoledarna - ističe Senad s osmijehom.

- Veseli nas činjenica da možemo upoznati ljude iz cijeloga svijeta i da im možemo ponuditi jedno nezaboravno iskustvo koje će im ostati u sjećanju dugo godina, a ponosni smo što već niz godina postižemo uspješne rezultate - nastavlja.

- Okusi sladoleda koji proizvodimo većinom su isti kao i kod većine sladoledarnica koje same proizvode sladoled jer svi pratimo trendove u svijetu i osluškujemo koji se sladoled najviše prodaje i što ljudi vole. Nudimo par vrsta sladoleda koje druge slastičarne nemaju, a to su Cimet, Queen Anny, Toblerone i Bijela čokolada s Lotus Biscoff keksom, te puno drugih sladoleda koji se rade po najboljoj recepturi i s puno pažnje - naglasio je Senad.

- Ponosni smo na sve što smo dosad postigli s našim timom. Ljudi su to prepoznali i zato pljušte pohvale sa svih strana, bilo od domaćih, bilo od stranih posjetitelja - zaključio je naš sugovornik.

Sladoledarnica Dubrovnik na adresi Stradun 17 ima dugu tradiciju vezanu za proizvodnju ove omiljene slastice, dužu od pola stoljeća. Recepture, priprema i prodaja sladoleda kod njih u obitelji Hajdari traje generacijama; tradicija je započela s djedovima, koji su u Dubrovnik došli prije 55 godina.

- Priča naše sladoledarnice kreće davne 1968. godine, kad su naši djedovi došli u Dubrovnik i otvorili prvu slastičarnicu u Getaldićevoj ulici koja se zvala Slastičarna Jug - prisjeća se Senad, predstavnik treće generacije sladoledara u njihovoj obitelji.

Nakon toga nastavili su s otvaranjem i drugih slastičarnica po gradu i okolici, pa su tako otvorili Slastičarnu Jagoda u Širokoj ulici, koja je radila od 1972. do 2004. godine i Slastičarnu Uvala na Šetalištu kralja Zvonimira u Lapadu - možda je bolje reći u Uvali Lapad - koja je radila od 1973. do 1996. godine.

Njihova Slastičarna Tropicana na Putu dr. Ante Starčevića u Cavtatu uveseljavala je staro i mlado od 1997. do 2005., a Slastičarna Lori na Obali Stjepana Radića u Slanom od 1988. do 1992. godine.

- Mi smo treća generacija koja se bavi proizvodnjom i prodajom sladoleda - ističe Senad, koji danas s braćom Canijem i Kujtimom vodi posao.

- Preuzeli smo posao od našeg oca Besima koji je prije nas vodio poslovanje, a pošao je u mirovinu. Nadamo se da će i naša djeca nastaviti obiteljsku tradiciju - njegova je želja.

Trenutno ih u sladoledarnici na samom Stradunu radi desetero. Njihov rođak Durmo glavni je meštar od sladoleda, pomaže mu sin Nedim, a s njima radi i pet studentica koje su kod njih sezonski zaposlene.

Atraktivna lokacija njihove sladoledarnice privlači turiste koji iz cijelog svijeta posjećuju Dubrovnik, a treba napomenuti kako obitelj Hajdari domaće ljude voli počastiti svojim sladoledima, osobito djecu koja sretna i zamazana od njihovih delicija izađu iz Sladoledarnice Dubrovnik.

- Želimo da se naši gosti osjećaju zadovoljni s proizvodom koji dobivaju i uslugom koju nudi naša sladoledarna - ističe Senad s osmijehom.

- Veseli nas činjenica da možemo upoznati ljude iz cijeloga svijeta i da im možemo ponuditi jedno nezaboravno iskustvo koje će im ostati u sjećanju dugo godina, a ponosni smo što već niz godina postižemo uspješne rezultate - nastavlja.

- Okusi sladoleda koji proizvodimo većinom su isti kao i kod većine sladoledarnica koje same proizvode sladoled jer svi pratimo trendove u svijetu i osluškujemo koji se sladoled najviše prodaje i što ljudi vole. Nudimo par vrsta sladoleda koje druge slastičarne nemaju, a to su Cimet, Queen Anny, Toblerone i Bijela čokolada s Lotus Biscoff keksom, te puno drugih sladoleda koji se rade po najboljoj recepturi i s puno pažnje - naglasio je Senad.

- Ponosni smo na sve što smo dosad postigli s našim timom. Ljudi su to prepoznali i zato pljušte pohvale sa svih strana, bilo od domaćih, bilo od stranih posjetitelja - zaključio je naš sugovornik.

Nudimo par vrsta sladoleda koje druge slastičarne nemaju, a to su Cimet, Queen Anny, Toblerone i Bijela čokolada s Lotus Biscoff keksom, te puno drugih sladoleda koji se rade po najboljoj recepturi i s puno pažnje - naglasio je Senad.

- Ponosni smo na sve što smo dosad postigli s našim timom. Ljudi su to prepoznali i zato pljušte pohvale sa svih strana, bilo od domaćih, bilo od stranih posjetitelja - zaključio je naš sugovornik.
