Iza jednog skrbničkog računa s kojeg su kupovane dionice Atlantske plovidbe, stajala je zadarska Tankerska plovidba koja je je prešla prag od pet posto, točnije u ovom trenutku ima 7,9 posto udjela u Atlantskoj plovidbi te se bez sumnje uključila u proces dokapitalizacije Atlantske plovidbe Dubrovnik.

Ovolikim udjelom zadarski brodar je ušao u deset vodećih dioničara Atlantske plovidbe. Iz objave Atlantske plovidbe na Zagrebačkoj burzi, vidljivo je da je Tankerska plovidba prešla prag od pet posto 29. rujna.

Podsjetimo, Atlantska plovidba je prošlog tjedna objavila putem Zagrebačke burze objavila javni poziv dioničarima za povećanje temeljnog kapitala, upisom do najviše 697.760 novih dionica. Raspon cijene po dionici je od 53 i pol do 60 eura, a pravo upisa novih dionica imaju postojeći dioničari Atlantske. Javna ponuda traje do 11. listopada, javlja jutarnji.hr.

Flotu Atlantske plovidbe sačinjava 11 bulk carriera. Očekuju uskoro isporuku dva nova broda koji se grade u kineskim brodogradilištima. Kapital kompanija prikuplja kakao bi smanjila prosječnu starost flote odnosno kako bi pomladila flotu. Prosječna starost brodova AP je 12 i pol godina.

Nakon što preuzmu prvi brod koji je nedavno porinut bit će i 12 godina, a kada preuzmu ta dva broda, starost flote Atlantske plovidbe iznosit će u prosjeku 10 godina. Ako Tankerska plovidba uspije preuzeti Atlantsku plovidbu te Jadroplov za koji su i do sada pokazivali interes nastat će jedna od najvećih brodarskih kompanija u povijesti na ovim prostorima. U tom slučaju bi se Mario Pavić satavio u bok legendarnog direktora zadarskog brodara Ivana Paše.

Iza jednog skrbničkog računa s kojeg su kupovane dionice Atlantske plovidbe, stajala je zadarska Tankerska plovidba koja je je prešla prag od pet posto, točnije u ovom trenutku ima 7,9 posto udjela u Atlantskoj plovidbi te se bez sumnje uključila u proces dokapitalizacije Atlantske plovidbe Dubrovnik.

Ovolikim udjelom zadarski brodar je ušao u deset vodećih dioničara Atlantske plovidbe. Iz objave Atlantske plovidbe na Zagrebačkoj burzi, vidljivo je da je Tankerska plovidba prešla prag od pet posto 29. rujna.

Podsjetimo, Atlantska plovidba je prošlog tjedna objavila putem Zagrebačke burze objavila javni poziv dioničarima za povećanje temeljnog kapitala, upisom do najviše 697.760 novih dionica. Raspon cijene po dionici je od 53 i pol do 60 eura, a pravo upisa novih dionica imaju postojeći dioničari Atlantske. Javna ponuda traje do 11. listopada, javlja jutarnji.hr.

Flotu Atlantske plovidbe sačinjava 11 bulk carriera. Očekuju uskoro isporuku dva nova broda koji se grade u kineskim brodogradilištima. Kapital kompanija prikuplja kakao bi smanjila prosječnu starost flote odnosno kako bi pomladila flotu. Prosječna starost brodova AP je 12 i pol godina.

Nakon što preuzmu prvi brod koji je nedavno porinut bit će i 12 godina, a kada preuzmu ta dva broda, starost flote Atlantske plovidbe iznosit će u prosjeku 10 godina. Ako Tankerska plovidba uspije preuzeti Atlantsku plovidbu te Jadroplov za koji su i do sada pokazivali interes nastat će jedna od najvećih brodarskih kompanija u povijesti na ovim prostorima. U tom slučaju bi se Mario Pavić satavio u bok legendarnog direktora zadarskog brodara Ivana Paše.

Tankerska plovidba nastavlja sa shoppingom - kupila dionice Atlantske plovidbe

Iza jednog skrbničkog računa s kojeg su kupovane dionice Atlantske plovidbe, stajala je zadarska Tankerska plovidba koja je je prešla prag od pet posto, točnije u ovom trenutku ima 7,9 posto udjela u Atlantskoj plovidbi te se bez sumnje uključila u proces dokapitalizacije Atlantske plovidbe Dubrovnik.

Ovolikim udjelom zadarski brodar je ušao u deset vodećih dioničara Atlantske plovidbe. Iz objave Atlantske plovidbe na Zagrebačkoj burzi, vidljivo je da je Tankerska plovidba prešla prag od pet posto 29. rujna.

Podsjetimo, Atlantska plovidba je prošlog tjedna objavila putem Zagrebačke burze objavila javni poziv dioničarima za povećanje temeljnog kapitala, upisom do najviše 697.760 novih dionica. Raspon cijene po dionici je od 53 i pol do 60 eura, a pravo upisa novih dionica imaju postojeći dioničari Atlantske. Javna ponuda traje do 11. listopada, javlja jutarnji.hr.

Flotu Atlantske plovidbe sačinjava 11 bulk carriera. Očekuju uskoro isporuku dva nova broda koji se grade u kineskim brodogradilištima. Kapital kompanija prikuplja kakao bi smanjila prosječnu starost flote odnosno kako bi pomladila flotu. Prosječna starost brodova AP je 12 i pol godina.
