Tripadviser je jedna od najpoznatijih platformi fokusiranih na pružanje recenzija, preporuka i informacija o putovanjima.
Među top tri preporukama po izboru putnika za posjetu dok boravite u Dubrovniku je i Sklonište za životinje na Žarkovici; zadnja recenzija datira iz kolovoza 2023. Kad otvorite ponuđeni profil, istaknuto je da je Sklonište trajno zatvoreno.

- To stoji odavno tamo. Javili smo im da je Žarkovica zatvorena i napravili smo novi profil - rekla nam je Ana Ivelja, ravnateljica Javne ustanove Skloništa za nezbrinute životinje Dubrovnik, čija je adresa od zatvaranja Žarkovice na Grabovici.
Na Žarkovici se prilikom akcije zatvaranja skloništa broj pasa postepeno smanjivao, a stranci su, kaže Ivelja, i tada očekivali jednu ženu s 300 pasa pa bi bili razočarani viđenim.
- Pisali smo Tripadviseru da ažuriraju podatke. Oni su napisali da je sklonište na Žarkovici zatvoreno, ali na njihovoj stranici i dalje stoji profil koji jedino oni mogu ukloniti. Nemaju customer service pa je teško doći do njih. Možda bi se Turistička zajednica trebala pozabaviti s tim jer je to ponuda Dubrovnika koja više ne postoji - ističe Ivelja.

- Stavili smo novi profil Dog shelter Dubrovnik, ali nisu ažurirali ništa. Za naš profil će trebati vremena da se nakupe recenzije. Stranci nas pronađu, krenulo je to ima već mjesec dana. Jave nam se na društvenim mrežama, zovu na mobitel. Ne dolaze prečesto, ali od 1. svibnja sve češće. Od tada do danas stranci su udomili tri psa - zadovoljna je ravnateljica Ivelja početkom sezone i kod njih.
Pod broj 1 kao atrakcijom su bez konkurencije dubrovačke zidine s gotovo 25.000 recenzija, redom sjajnih. Slijedi ‘Old Town‘ s nešto više od 19.000 recenzija. Četvrto mjesto zauzeo je otok Lokrum s nešto više od 8.000 recenzija. Među rijetko kritičnim recenzijama onih razočaranih većina je osupnuta skupoćom - što ulaznice na zidine i za Lokrum, što cijenama ića i pića u Gradu.

Tripadviser je jedna od najpoznatijih platformi fokusiranih na pružanje recenzija, preporuka i informacija o putovanjima.
Među top tri preporukama po izboru putnika za posjetu dok boravite u Dubrovniku je i Sklonište za životinje na Žarkovici; zadnja recenzija datira iz kolovoza 2023. Kad otvorite ponuđeni profil, istaknuto je da je Sklonište trajno zatvoreno.

- To stoji odavno tamo. Javili smo im da je Žarkovica zatvorena i napravili smo novi profil - rekla nam je Ana Ivelja, ravnateljica Javne ustanove Skloništa za nezbrinute životinje Dubrovnik, čija je adresa od zatvaranja Žarkovice na Grabovici.
Na Žarkovici se prilikom akcije zatvaranja skloništa broj pasa postepeno smanjivao, a stranci su, kaže Ivelja, i tada očekivali jednu ženu s 300 pasa pa bi bili razočarani viđenim.
- Pisali smo Tripadviseru da ažuriraju podatke. Oni su napisali da je sklonište na Žarkovici zatvoreno, ali na njihovoj stranici i dalje stoji profil koji jedino oni mogu ukloniti. Nemaju customer service pa je teško doći do njih. Možda bi se Turistička zajednica trebala pozabaviti s tim jer je to ponuda Dubrovnika koja više ne postoji - ističe Ivelja.

- Stavili smo novi profil Dog shelter Dubrovnik, ali nisu ažurirali ništa. Za naš profil će trebati vremena da se nakupe recenzije. Stranci nas pronađu, krenulo je to ima već mjesec dana. Jave nam se na društvenim mrežama, zovu na mobitel. Ne dolaze prečesto, ali od 1. svibnja sve češće. Od tada do danas stranci su udomili tri psa - zadovoljna je ravnateljica Ivelja početkom sezone i kod njih.
Pod broj 1 kao atrakcijom su bez konkurencije dubrovačke zidine s gotovo 25.000 recenzija, redom sjajnih. Slijedi ‘Old Town‘ s nešto više od 19.000 recenzija. Četvrto mjesto zauzeo je otok Lokrum s nešto više od 8.000 recenzija. Među rijetko kritičnim recenzijama onih razočaranih većina je osupnuta skupoćom - što ulaznice na zidine i za Lokrum, što cijenama ića i pića u Gradu.
