Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja, u suradnji s Ministarstvom vanjskih i europskih poslova, i ove je godine objavilo natječaj za stipendije za mlade iz zemalja u razvoju, vrijedan 200.000 eura. Prema tekstu poziva, stipendija se dodjeljuje građanima koji imaju između 18 i 23 godine, piše Telegram.

Njima Hrvatska osigurava mjesečni novčani iznos za osobne potrebe, troškove smještaja u studentskom domu, zdravstveno osiguranje, školarinu, javni prijevoza te ostale troškove, poput upisnina, knjiga i slično. Uz to, stipendistima se plaća i zrakoplovna karta za dolazak u Hrvatsku te putno osiguranje, a jednom u dvije godine plaća im se i povratna zrakoplovna karta, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Iako u natječaju piše kako se stipendija dodjeljuje u sklopu nacionalnog okvira za razvojnu suradnju, koji posebnu pažnju pridaje jednakosti neovisno o religiji i nacionalnosti, najvažniji uvjet je ipak da su prijavitelji “mladi kršćani koji dolaze s područja Bliskog istoka, Azije i Afrike”.

Uz to što je sadržaj natječaja na trenutke kontradiktoran vidljivo je i kako je, u odnosu na 2021. godinu kada su stipendije prvi puta dodijeljene, sada došlo do promjene u selekcijskom procesu.

Naime, mladi kršćani iz spomenutih regija koji su se prije dvije godine javili za stipendiju, tada su morali na mail adresu Ministarstva znanosti poslati motivacijsko pismo, životopis, svjedodžbu ili diplomu, podatke o zdravstvenom stanju te pismo preporuke lokalne župe ili crkvene zajednice.

Prema tekstu ovogodišnjeg poziva ispada kako je sve to nepotrebno jer je odabir kandidata ostavljen lokalnim crkvenim zajednicama i biskupijama.

Iako Hrvatska nema program pomoći progonjenim budistima, šintoistima, hinduistima, ili muslimanima iz zemalja u razvoju, već samo kršćanima, iz Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja tvrde kako on “ne upućuje na možebitne diskriminatorne elemente s osnove vjere”. Štoviše, naglašavaju da promiče i štiti ljudsko pravo na slobodu vjeroispovijedi, “omogućujući ugroženim ciljnim skupinama ostvarivanje prava na obrazovanje”.

Podsjećaju kako su u nacrtu izvješća Odbora za vanjske poslove Europskog parlamenta o progonu manjina, temeljenom na vjeri ili uvjerenju (iz svibnja 2021.), upravo kršćani navedeni kao najprogonjeniji. Posebno zabrinjavajućom navodi se situacija na Bliskom istoku gdje je, tvrde, sustavni progon rezultirao egzodusom kršćana iz regije te je njihov postotak danas sveden na četiri posto populacije, u usporedbi s 20 posto prije stotinu godina.

“Vlada Republike Hrvatske je prepoznala taj negativni trend na globalnoj razini te je posvećena poštovanju i zaštiti prava vjerskih grupa”, opravdavaju natječaj iz ministarstva Radovana Fuchsa.

Iako to u pozivu nigdje ne piše, iz istog Ministarstva za Telegram tvrde kako će im mjesne vjerske zajednice samo dostaviti popis kandidata za stipendiju, ali da one ipak ne vrše konačni izbor već to radi povjerenstvo u kojemu se nalaze predstavnici Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja te Ministarstva vanjskih i europskih poslova.

Navode kako je do sada deset studenata dobilo stipendiju iz tog programa (dvoje je iz Pakistana, troje iz Nigerije, te po jedan iz Indije, Sirije, Benina, Južnog Sudana i Etiopije), a godišnje se za nju iz proračuna izdvaja 200.000 eura. Nakon što završe prijediplomski ili diplomski studij stipendisti imaju obavezu vratiti se u svoje matične zemlje, otkriva Telegram.

Program je službeno započet 2020., kada je Saboru prihvaćen amandman nezavisne zastupnice Marijane Petir da se iz državnog proračuna izdvoje sredstva za pomoć progonjenim kršćanima i drugim osobama u potrebi. Očito je da su naknadno “druge osobe u potrebi” ispale iz tog programa. Podsjećamo da se tada odmah po prihvaćanju njenog amandmana oglasila Platforma za međunarodnu građansku solidarnost Hrvatske koja je ustvrdila da ovaj program “predstavlja diskriminaciju svih ugroženih skupina koje njime nisu obuhvaćene”.

Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja, u suradnji s Ministarstvom vanjskih i europskih poslova, i ove je godine objavilo natječaj za stipendije za mlade iz zemalja u razvoju, vrijedan 200.000 eura. Prema tekstu poziva, stipendija se dodjeljuje građanima koji imaju između 18 i 23 godine, piše Telegram.

Njima Hrvatska osigurava mjesečni novčani iznos za osobne potrebe, troškove smještaja u studentskom domu, zdravstveno osiguranje, školarinu, javni prijevoza te ostale troškove, poput upisnina, knjiga i slično. Uz to, stipendistima se plaća i zrakoplovna karta za dolazak u Hrvatsku te putno osiguranje, a jednom u dvije godine plaća im se i povratna zrakoplovna karta, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Iako u natječaju piše kako se stipendija dodjeljuje u sklopu nacionalnog okvira za razvojnu suradnju, koji posebnu pažnju pridaje jednakosti neovisno o religiji i nacionalnosti, najvažniji uvjet je ipak da su prijavitelji “mladi kršćani koji dolaze s područja Bliskog istoka, Azije i Afrike”.

Uz to što je sadržaj natječaja na trenutke kontradiktoran vidljivo je i kako je, u odnosu na 2021. godinu kada su stipendije prvi puta dodijeljene, sada došlo do promjene u selekcijskom procesu.

Naime, mladi kršćani iz spomenutih regija koji su se prije dvije godine javili za stipendiju, tada su morali na mail adresu Ministarstva znanosti poslati motivacijsko pismo, životopis, svjedodžbu ili diplomu, podatke o zdravstvenom stanju te pismo preporuke lokalne župe ili crkvene zajednice.

Prema tekstu ovogodišnjeg poziva ispada kako je sve to nepotrebno jer je odabir kandidata ostavljen lokalnim crkvenim zajednicama i biskupijama.

Iako Hrvatska nema program pomoći progonjenim budistima, šintoistima, hinduistima, ili muslimanima iz zemalja u razvoju, već samo kršćanima, iz Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja tvrde kako on “ne upućuje na možebitne diskriminatorne elemente s osnove vjere”. Štoviše, naglašavaju da promiče i štiti ljudsko pravo na slobodu vjeroispovijedi, “omogućujući ugroženim ciljnim skupinama ostvarivanje prava na obrazovanje”.

Podsjećaju kako su u nacrtu izvješća Odbora za vanjske poslove Europskog parlamenta o progonu manjina, temeljenom na vjeri ili uvjerenju (iz svibnja 2021.), upravo kršćani navedeni kao najprogonjeniji. Posebno zabrinjavajućom navodi se situacija na Bliskom istoku gdje je, tvrde, sustavni progon rezultirao egzodusom kršćana iz regije te je njihov postotak danas sveden na četiri posto populacije, u usporedbi s 20 posto prije stotinu godina.

“Vlada Republike Hrvatske je prepoznala taj negativni trend na globalnoj razini te je posvećena poštovanju i zaštiti prava vjerskih grupa”, opravdavaju natječaj iz ministarstva Radovana Fuchsa.

Iako to u pozivu nigdje ne piše, iz istog Ministarstva za Telegram tvrde kako će im mjesne vjerske zajednice samo dostaviti popis kandidata za stipendiju, ali da one ipak ne vrše konačni izbor već to radi povjerenstvo u kojemu se nalaze predstavnici Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja te Ministarstva vanjskih i europskih poslova.

Navode kako je do sada deset studenata dobilo stipendiju iz tog programa (dvoje je iz Pakistana, troje iz Nigerije, te po jedan iz Indije, Sirije, Benina, Južnog Sudana i Etiopije), a godišnje se za nju iz proračuna izdvaja 200.000 eura. Nakon što završe prijediplomski ili diplomski studij stipendisti imaju obavezu vratiti se u svoje matične zemlje, otkriva Telegram.

Program je službeno započet 2020., kada je Saboru prihvaćen amandman nezavisne zastupnice Marijane Petir da se iz državnog proračuna izdvoje sredstva za pomoć progonjenim kršćanima i drugim osobama u potrebi. Očito je da su naknadno “druge osobe u potrebi” ispale iz tog programa. Podsjećamo da se tada odmah po prihvaćanju njenog amandmana oglasila Platforma za međunarodnu građansku solidarnost Hrvatske koja je ustvrdila da ovaj program “predstavlja diskriminaciju svih ugroženih skupina koje njime nisu obuhvaćene”.

Vlada će sa 200 tisuća eura stipendirati studente kršćane: Evo i gdje je situacija najkritičnija

Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja, u suradnji s Ministarstvom vanjskih i europskih poslova, i ove je godine objavilo natječaj za stipendije za mlade iz zemalja u razvoju, vrijedan 200.000 eura.
