Ministar obrane Ivan Anušić dobio je zadatak da uvede mjesec dana obvezne vojne obuke nakon srednje škole, u kojoj bi svi prošli obuku prve pomoći, rukovanja oružjem, nuklearne i kemijske zaštite, piše u srijedu Jutarnji list.
U okolnostima sigurnosnih ugroza koje postoje diljem svijeta nije loše da MORH od onoga što se već radi po konceptu s onima koji dragovoljno služe vojni rok napravi određeni iskorak i pripremi koncepciju kraćih tečajeva kako bi se širi broj ljudi mogao upoznati s osnovnim vještinama koje mlađe generacije nemaju. Već neko vrijeme na tu temu razgovaram s ministrima Anušićem, Božinovićem i Medvedom, a Anušiću smo dali mandat da osmisli određeni koncept - otkrio je u ponedjeljak premijer Andrej Plenković.
Zasad nije poznato kako bi izgledao taj koncept. No može se očekivati da bi se on temeljio na konceptu temeljnog vojnog osposobljavanja, što je 2017. godine želio uvesti tadašnji ministar obrane Damir Krstičević, danas premijerov savjetnik za obranu.
On se tada temeljio na dragovoljnosti, a danas bi se najvjerojatnije morao proglasiti obveznim. Naime, u situaciji kada je sve manje prijava za dragovoljno služenje vojnog roka teško je očekivati da bi se mladi u Hrvatskoj dragovoljno prijavljivali na pohađanje ljetnog ili zimskog jednomjesečnog vojnog kampa.
MORH i Glavni stožer tada su razvijali koncept koji se zasnivao na jednomjesečnom vojnom kampu, u sklopu kojeg bi mlade osobe na dobrovoljnoj bazi nakon završene srednje škole prošle osnove vojne obuke. Bilo je zamišljeno da polaznici prođu rukovanje osobnim i lakim naoružanjem, gađanje, orijentaciju, boravak na terenu, samozaštitu, prvu pomoć, mjere zaštite od nuklearnog, kemijskog i biološkog djelovanja.
Tada je to bio Krstičevićev plan B nakon što je ideja o ponovnom uvođenju obveznog vojnog roka naišla na veliki otpor javnosti. U javnost nikad nije izašla informacija koliko bi vojno osposobljavanje koštalo, koliko bi vojnih objekata trebalo urediti i koliko bi godišnje mladih bilo na osposobljavanju, piše novinar Jutarnjeg lista Krešimir Žabec.

Ministar obrane Ivan Anušić dobio je zadatak da uvede mjesec dana obvezne vojne obuke nakon srednje škole, u kojoj bi svi prošli obuku prve pomoći, rukovanja oružjem, nuklearne i kemijske zaštite, piše u srijedu Jutarnji list.
U okolnostima sigurnosnih ugroza koje postoje diljem svijeta nije loše da MORH od onoga što se već radi po konceptu s onima koji dragovoljno služe vojni rok napravi određeni iskorak i pripremi koncepciju kraćih tečajeva kako bi se širi broj ljudi mogao upoznati s osnovnim vještinama koje mlađe generacije nemaju. Već neko vrijeme na tu temu razgovaram s ministrima Anušićem, Božinovićem i Medvedom, a Anušiću smo dali mandat da osmisli određeni koncept - otkrio je u ponedjeljak premijer Andrej Plenković.
Zasad nije poznato kako bi izgledao taj koncept. No može se očekivati da bi se on temeljio na konceptu temeljnog vojnog osposobljavanja, što je 2017. godine želio uvesti tadašnji ministar obrane Damir Krstičević, danas premijerov savjetnik za obranu.
On se tada temeljio na dragovoljnosti, a danas bi se najvjerojatnije morao proglasiti obveznim. Naime, u situaciji kada je sve manje prijava za dragovoljno služenje vojnog roka teško je očekivati da bi se mladi u Hrvatskoj dragovoljno prijavljivali na pohađanje ljetnog ili zimskog jednomjesečnog vojnog kampa.
MORH i Glavni stožer tada su razvijali koncept koji se zasnivao na jednomjesečnom vojnom kampu, u sklopu kojeg bi mlade osobe na dobrovoljnoj bazi nakon završene srednje škole prošle osnove vojne obuke. Bilo je zamišljeno da polaznici prođu rukovanje osobnim i lakim naoružanjem, gađanje, orijentaciju, boravak na terenu, samozaštitu, prvu pomoć, mjere zaštite od nuklearnog, kemijskog i biološkog djelovanja.
Tada je to bio Krstičevićev plan B nakon što je ideja o ponovnom uvođenju obveznog vojnog roka naišla na veliki otpor javnosti. U javnost nikad nije izašla informacija koliko bi vojno osposobljavanje koštalo, koliko bi vojnih objekata trebalo urediti i koliko bi godišnje mladih bilo na osposobljavanju, piše novinar Jutarnjeg lista Krešimir Žabec.
