Nadan Vidošević uspio je u "borbi" protiv Porezne uprave dok je u zatvoru na odsluženju kazne od osam godina po nepravomoćnoj presudi u aferi Remorker te više nije na listi poreznih dužnika s dugom većim od 12 milijuna kuna.

Njegova odvjetnica Jadranka Sloković potvrdila nam je da su na Upravnom sudu uspjeli ukinuti to pravomoćno porezno rješenje.

- Ukinuli smo pravomoćno porezno rješenje na Upravnom sudu - potvrdila nam je jučer odvjetnica Sloković te dodala da je jedan dio povukla sama Porezna uprava, a da je u "ostatku rješenje ukinuto".

Porezna uprava je do tog iznosa, naime, došla povodom isprva utvrđenog nesrazmjera imovine i primanja koji je iznosio 33,4 milijuna kuna, ali je Vidošević sa svojim odvjetničkim timom u postupku uspio dokazati da je od toga zakonski stekao 24,2 milijuna kuna, javlja Jutarnji list. 

Imanje u Delnicama

Država je, podsjetimo, radi tog potraživanja upisala zabilježbu od 12,4 milijuna kuna na nekretninu koja glasi na Vidoševića u Delnicama, ali postupak naplate nije pokrenut.

- Uknjižba založnog prava i zabilježba ovršivosti provedena je na navedenim nekretninama 2. ožujka 2020. godine u zemljišno-knjižnom odjelu Delnice. Predmetne nekretnine na današnji dan i dalje su upisane kao vlasništvo protivnika osiguranja Nadana Vidoševića, s navedenom zabilježbom založnog prava na istima. Predlagatelj Republika Hrvatska dalje nije u ovom predmetu poduzimala radnje radi namirivanja tražbine iz vrijednosti nekretnina koje su predmetom založnog prava - stoji u odgovoru glasnogovornice riječkog Općinskog suda Katarine Bajčić Ivančević.

Šteta 35,4 mil. kn

Odvjetnik Fran Olujić, koji je u sudskom postupku zastupao Hrvatsku gospodarsku komoru, s druge strane, kaže da oni čekaju da presuda postane pravomoćna, no sumnja da će to biti ove godine. Komori je, naime, nepravomoćnom presudom dosuđena isplata cjelokupnog zatraženog iznosa od 35,4 milijuna kuna.

Osim nekretnina, Vidoševićevu imovinu čine i vrijedna umjetnička djela koja su i dalje pohranjena u depou Muzeja suvremene umjetnosti, gdje zajedno s djelima Ive Sanadera skupljaju prašinu do okončanja dugogodišnjih sudskih postupaka.

Vidošević, nekadašnji predsjednik Hrvatske gospodarske komore, podsjetimo, lani je proglašen krivim po prvoj točki optužnice u aferi Remorker, baš kao i Zdenka Peternel, njegova nekadašnja najbliža suradnica. Vidošević, koji je proglašen krivim po pet točaka optužnice, nepravomoćno je osuđen na osam godina zatvora, a odmah po izricanju presude odveden je u zatvor.

Nadan Vidošević uspio je u "borbi" protiv Porezne uprave dok je u zatvoru na odsluženju kazne od osam godina po nepravomoćnoj presudi u aferi Remorker te više nije na listi poreznih dužnika s dugom većim od 12 milijuna kuna.

Njegova odvjetnica Jadranka Sloković potvrdila nam je da su na Upravnom sudu uspjeli ukinuti to pravomoćno porezno rješenje.

- Ukinuli smo pravomoćno porezno rješenje na Upravnom sudu - potvrdila nam je jučer odvjetnica Sloković te dodala da je jedan dio povukla sama Porezna uprava, a da je u "ostatku rješenje ukinuto".

Porezna uprava je do tog iznosa, naime, došla povodom isprva utvrđenog nesrazmjera imovine i primanja koji je iznosio 33,4 milijuna kuna, ali je Vidošević sa svojim odvjetničkim timom u postupku uspio dokazati da je od toga zakonski stekao 24,2 milijuna kuna, javlja Jutarnji list. 

Imanje u Delnicama

Država je, podsjetimo, radi tog potraživanja upisala zabilježbu od 12,4 milijuna kuna na nekretninu koja glasi na Vidoševića u Delnicama, ali postupak naplate nije pokrenut.

- Uknjižba založnog prava i zabilježba ovršivosti provedena je na navedenim nekretninama 2. ožujka 2020. godine u zemljišno-knjižnom odjelu Delnice. Predmetne nekretnine na današnji dan i dalje su upisane kao vlasništvo protivnika osiguranja Nadana Vidoševića, s navedenom zabilježbom založnog prava na istima. Predlagatelj Republika Hrvatska dalje nije u ovom predmetu poduzimala radnje radi namirivanja tražbine iz vrijednosti nekretnina koje su predmetom založnog prava - stoji u odgovoru glasnogovornice riječkog Općinskog suda Katarine Bajčić Ivančević.

Šteta 35,4 mil. kn

Odvjetnik Fran Olujić, koji je u sudskom postupku zastupao Hrvatsku gospodarsku komoru, s druge strane, kaže da oni čekaju da presuda postane pravomoćna, no sumnja da će to biti ove godine. Komori je, naime, nepravomoćnom presudom dosuđena isplata cjelokupnog zatraženog iznosa od 35,4 milijuna kuna.

Osim nekretnina, Vidoševićevu imovinu čine i vrijedna umjetnička djela koja su i dalje pohranjena u depou Muzeja suvremene umjetnosti, gdje zajedno s djelima Ive Sanadera skupljaju prašinu do okončanja dugogodišnjih sudskih postupaka.

Nadan Vidošević pobijedio Poreznu na Upravnom sudu! Bivši šef HGK više nije na listi dužnika

Nadan Vidošević uspio je u "borbi" protiv Porezne uprave dok je u zatvoru na odsluženju kazne od osam godina po nepravomoćnoj presudi u aferi Remorker te više nije na listi poreznih dužnika s dugom većim od 12 milijuna kuna.

Njegova odvjetnica Jadranka Sloković potvrdila nam je da su na Upravnom sudu uspjeli ukinuti to pravomoćno porezno rješenje.

- Ukinuli smo pravomoćno porezno rješenje na Upravnom sudu - potvrdila nam je jučer odvjetnica Sloković te dodala da je jedan dio povukla sama Porezna uprava, a da je u "ostatku rješenje ukinuto".

Porezna uprava je do tog iznosa, naime, došla povodom isprva utvrđenog nesrazmjera imovine i primanja koji je iznosio 33,4 milijuna kuna, ali je Vidošević sa svojim odvjetničkim timom u postupku uspio dokazati da je od toga zakonski stekao 24,2 milijuna kuna, javlja Jutarnji list. 

Imanje u Delnicama

Država je, podsjetimo, radi tog potraživanja upisala zabilježbu od 12,4 milijuna kuna na nekretninu koja glasi na Vidoševića u Delnicama, ali postupak naplate nije pokrenut.

- Uknjižba založnog prava i zabilježba ovršivosti provedena je na navedenim nekretninama 2. ožujka 2020. godine u zemljišno-knjižnom odjelu Delnice. Predmetne nekretnine na današnji dan i dalje su upisane kao vlasništvo protivnika osiguranja Nadana Vidoševića, s navedenom zabilježbom založnog prava na istima. Predlagatelj Republika Hrvatska dalje nije u ovom predmetu poduzimala radnje radi namirivanja tražbine iz vrijednosti nekretnina koje su predmetom založnog prava - stoji u odgovoru glasnogovornice riječkog Općinskog suda Katarine Bajčić Ivančević.

Šteta 35,4 mil. kn

Odvjetnik Fran Olujić, koji je u sudskom postupku zastupao Hrvatsku gospodarsku komoru, s druge strane, kaže da oni čekaju da presuda postane pravomoćna, no sumnja da će to biti ove godine. Komori je, naime, nepravomoćnom presudom dosuđena isplata cjelokupnog zatraženog iznosa od 35,4 milijuna kuna.

Osim nekretnina, Vidoševićevu imovinu čine i vrijedna umjetnička djela koja su i dalje pohranjena u depou Muzeja suvremene umjetnosti, gdje zajedno s djelima Ive Sanadera skupljaju prašinu do okončanja dugogodišnjih sudskih postupaka.
