S obzirom na to da u Hrvatskoj osnovna škola traje osam godina, uvelike zaostajemo za gotovo svim europskim sustavima odgoja i obrazovanja.

Nespremnost i nevoljkost različitih vlasti u prethodna dva desetljeća da produlje osnovnu školu na devet godina, uz zadržavanje trajanja srednje škole, negativno se odražava na znanja i vještine mladih ljudi, ali i na društvo i gospodarstvo. U budućnosti odraz nedjelovanja može imati još teže posljedice, upozorava ravnatelj Instituta za društvena istraživanja u Zagrebu Boris Jokić.

Po njemu, iz više razloga produljenje obrazovanja u Hrvatskoj ima smisla, ali ako se tih devet godina organiziraju u školi, pri čemu tu dodatnu godinu nije moguće organizirati na način da je kao predškola dostupna svima u dječjim vrtićima. Jokić se poziva na analize dostupnosti dječjih vrtića iz 2018. (Ivana Dobrotić i suradnici), koje ukazuju na to da postoje izrazite regionalne razlike u obuhvaćenosti djece predškolskim programom, koji se u vrtićkim programima kreće od 24,4 do 82,8 posto.

Nedostupni vrtići

- U Hrvatskoj je više od 130 općina u kojima živi 7,2 posto populacije djece vrtićke dobi koja uopće ne pohađaju vrtićke programe. Kada je riječ o dostupnosti dječjih vrtića, u više od 180 jedinica lokalne samouprave područje koje pokriva jedan vrtić veće je od 50 km2. Postoje dijelovi Hrvatske u kojima jedan dječji vrtić pokriva radijus veći od 200 km2. Mreža osnovnih škola nemjerljivo je bolje raširena i prostorno ujednačenija i ona treba biti osnova za produljenje trajanja odgoja i obrazovanja u Hrvatskoj. Vezivanje dodatne godine uz osnovnu školu opravdano je iz perspektive obaju podsustava, predškolskog i osnovnoškolskog - smatra Boris Jokić, donosi Jutarnji list. 

Po njemu, dodavanje "škole" u vrtić nužno znači "školifikaciju" ranog i predškolskog sustava odgoja i obrazovanja, koji treba biti zasnovan na igri i istraživanju kao temeljima razvoja.

- Izbjegavanje dodavanja dodatne godine školi ujedno znači i propuštanje ogromne prilike da se promjeni ritam škole, osigura prostor za vježbu, uvedu novi predmeti i oblici rada, vrednovanja i ocjenjivanja. Poruka vlastima je da izgrade vrtiće, ali da ih ostave dječjim vrtićima. Isto tako, ključno je produljiti obrazovanje na način da godinu dodamo školi - zaključuje.

"Sve uprskamo"

Sindikalac Željko Stipić smatra:

- Iako izgradnja čak 200 vrtića u svega nekoliko godina izgleda kao nemoguća misija, sinergijom političke volje i tuđeg novca možda cijela priča i ne mora biti poput brojnih prijašnjih osuđena na propast.

Po Stipiću, samom projektu unaprjeđenja predškolskog odgoja teško je pronaći zamjerku. Ipak, iskustva nas uče da nema tako dobre priče koju mi ne bismo uspjeli uprskati, kaže Stipić.

S obzirom na to da u Hrvatskoj osnovna škola traje osam godina, uvelike zaostajemo za gotovo svim europskim sustavima odgoja i obrazovanja.

Nespremnost i nevoljkost različitih vlasti u prethodna dva desetljeća da produlje osnovnu školu na devet godina, uz zadržavanje trajanja srednje škole, negativno se odražava na znanja i vještine mladih ljudi, ali i na društvo i gospodarstvo. U budućnosti odraz nedjelovanja može imati još teže posljedice, upozorava ravnatelj Instituta za društvena istraživanja u Zagrebu Boris Jokić.

Po njemu, iz više razloga produljenje obrazovanja u Hrvatskoj ima smisla, ali ako se tih devet godina organiziraju u školi, pri čemu tu dodatnu godinu nije moguće organizirati na način da je kao predškola dostupna svima u dječjim vrtićima. Jokić se poziva na analize dostupnosti dječjih vrtića iz 2018. (Ivana Dobrotić i suradnici), koje ukazuju na to da postoje izrazite regionalne razlike u obuhvaćenosti djece predškolskim programom, koji se u vrtićkim programima kreće od 24,4 do 82,8 posto.

Nedostupni vrtići

- U Hrvatskoj je više od 130 općina u kojima živi 7,2 posto populacije djece vrtićke dobi koja uopće ne pohađaju vrtićke programe. Kada je riječ o dostupnosti dječjih vrtića, u više od 180 jedinica lokalne samouprave područje koje pokriva jedan vrtić veće je od 50 km2. Postoje dijelovi Hrvatske u kojima jedan dječji vrtić pokriva radijus veći od 200 km2. Mreža osnovnih škola nemjerljivo je bolje raširena i prostorno ujednačenija i ona treba biti osnova za produljenje trajanja odgoja i obrazovanja u Hrvatskoj. Vezivanje dodatne godine uz osnovnu školu opravdano je iz perspektive obaju podsustava, predškolskog i osnovnoškolskog - smatra Boris Jokić, donosi Jutarnji list. 

Po njemu, dodavanje "škole" u vrtić nužno znači "školifikaciju" ranog i predškolskog sustava odgoja i obrazovanja, koji treba biti zasnovan na igri i istraživanju kao temeljima razvoja.

- Izbjegavanje dodavanja dodatne godine školi ujedno znači i propuštanje ogromne prilike da se promjeni ritam škole, osigura prostor za vježbu, uvedu novi predmeti i oblici rada, vrednovanja i ocjenjivanja. Poruka vlastima je da izgrade vrtiće, ali da ih ostave dječjim vrtićima. Isto tako, ključno je produljiti obrazovanje na način da godinu dodamo školi - zaključuje.

Jokić nije oduševljen planom Ministarstva: ‘Dječje vrtiće ostavite za igru, a školama dodajte jednu godinu‘

S obzirom na to da u Hrvatskoj osnovna škola traje osam godina, uvelike zaostajemo za gotovo svim europskim sustavima odgoja i obrazovanja.

Nespremnost i nevoljkost različitih vlasti u prethodna dva desetljeća da produlje osnovnu školu na devet godina, uz zadržavanje trajanja srednje škole, negativno se odražava na znanja i vještine mladih ljudi, ali i na društvo i gospodarstvo. U budućnosti odraz nedjelovanja može imati još teže posljedice, upozorava ravnatelj Instituta za društvena istraživanja u Zagrebu Boris Jokić.

Po njemu, iz više razloga produljenje obrazovanja u Hrvatskoj ima smisla, ali ako se tih devet godina organiziraju u školi, pri čemu tu dodatnu godinu nije moguće organizirati na način da je kao predškola dostupna svima u dječjim vrtićima. Jokić se poziva na analize dostupnosti dječjih vrtića iz 2018. (Ivana Dobrotić i suradnici), koje ukazuju na to da postoje izrazite regionalne razlike u obuhvaćenosti djece predškolskim programom, koji se u vrtićkim programima kreće od 24,4 do 82,8 posto.

Nedostupni vrtići

- U Hrvatskoj je više od 130 općina u kojima živi 7,2 posto populacije djece vrtićke dobi koja uopće ne pohađaju vrtićke programe. Kada je riječ o dostupnosti dječjih vrtića, u više od 180 jedinica lokalne samouprave područje koje pokriva jedan vrtić veće je od 50 km2. Postoje dijelovi Hrvatske u kojima jedan dječji vrtić pokriva radijus veći od 200 km2. Mreža osnovnih škola nemjerljivo je bolje raširena i prostorno ujednačenija i ona treba biti osnova za produljenje trajanja odgoja i obrazovanja u Hrvatskoj. Vezivanje dodatne godine uz osnovnu školu opravdano je iz perspektive obaju podsustava, predškolskog i osnovnoškolskog - smatra Boris Jokić, donosi Jutarnji list. 

Po njemu, dodavanje "škole" u vrtić nužno znači "školifikaciju" ranog i predškolskog sustava odgoja i obrazovanja, koji treba biti zasnovan na igri i istraživanju kao temeljima razvoja.

- Izbjegavanje dodavanja dodatne godine školi ujedno znači i propuštanje ogromne prilike da se promjeni ritam škole, osigura prostor za vježbu, uvedu novi predmeti i oblici rada, vrednovanja i ocjenjivanja. Poruka vlastima je da izgrade vrtiće, ali da ih ostave dječjim vrtićima. Isto tako, ključno je produljiti obrazovanje na način da godinu dodamo školi - zaključuje.
