Kina je u petak rekla da istražuje izvještaje da njezin špijunski balon leti po američkom zračnom prostoru te pozvala na smirenost, piše The Associated Press.

Glasnogovornica Ministarstva vanjskih poslova Kine Mao Ning rekla je da nema informacija o tome hoće li američki ministar vanjskih poslova Antony Blinken idućeg tjedna doći u Kinu.

- Kina je odgovorna zemlja i uvijek se držala međunarodnog prava. Kina nema namjeru narušavati teritorij i zračni prostor bilo koje druge suverene zemlje. Što se tiče balona, kao što sam rekla, istražujemo to i verificiramo informacije. Nadamo se da će obje strane ovo riješiti mirno i oprezno - rekla je Mao.

Glasnogovornica je dodala da političari i javnost ne bi trebali donositi sudove o situaciji dok se ne utvrde sve činjenice, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Blinken je idućeg tjedna u petak trebao doći u Kinu. Ako posjeti Kinu, postat će najviši američki dužnosnik koji je došao u Kinu od izbijanja pandemije koronavirusa.

Odnosi Kine i SAD-a trenutno nisu najbolji. Washington i Peking spore se oko trgovine, Tajvana, ljudskih prava i kineskih teritorijalnih pretenzija u Južnokineskom moru.

- Želim naglasiti da nagađanja i senzacionaliziranje neće pomoći da se riješi pitanje (balona). Što se tiče Blinkenova dolaska, nemam nikakvih informacija - rekla je Mao.

Špijunski balon, koji američki obrambeni dužnosnici drže kineskim, posljednjih nekoliko dana nadlijeće osjetljive lokacije u SAD-u, a kanadski su dužnosnici u petak rekli da istražuju "potencijalni drugi incident" sa jednim špijunskim balonom, ali nisu htjeli reći iz kojem zemlje potječe.

Navodni kineski špijunski balon do Amerike je došao preko Aleutskih otoka i Kanade, a u srijedu je viđen iznad grada Billingsa u saveznoj državi Montani koja se nalazi na sjeverozapadu zemlje te odmah do američko-kanadske granice.

Borbeni zrakoplovi F-22 Američkog ratnog zrakoplovstva bili su spremni srušiti balon, no odlučeno je da ga se neće rušiti jer bi njegovi ostaci mogli ugroziti sigurnost stanovnika područja koje je nadletao.

U zračnoj bazi Malmstrom u Montani nalazi jedno od tri polja silosa za nuklearne rakete američke vojske.

Jedan je američki obrambeni dužnosnik rekao da balon "ne predstavlja dodatnu prijetnju za obavještajnu zajednicu" jer znaju gdje se nalazi i koje područje nadlijeće. Rečeno je i da balon ne može ugroziti putničke zrakoplove jer leti na znatno većoj visini od one koju oni koriste. Dužnosnik je dodao da je malo vjerojatno da će Kina pomoću tog balona doznati nešto što ne može doznati pomoću svojih satelita.

Ministarstvo obrane SAD-a nije otkrilo nikakve detalje o špijunskom balonu.

Korisnici društvenih mreža koji su uočili balon pomislili su da se radi o neidentificiranom letećem objektu. Žitelj Billingsa Chase Doak rekao je The Associated Pressu da je na nebu najednom uočio "veliki bijeli krug" te da je odmah potrčao kući po svoj fotoaparat. "Pomislio sam da se možda radi o pravom NLO-u. Htio sam napraviti što je više moguće fotografija", rekao je Doak.

Kineski mediji nisu izvijestili o ovom incidentu, ali se zato o njemu naširoko raspravlja na kineskim društvenim mrežama. "Imamo toliko satelita, što će nam balon", rekao je jedan korisnik platforme Weibo.

Američki senator iz redova Republikanske stranke Marco Rubio napao je Kinu zbog špijunskog balona. "Peking nas unazad pet godina sve više i sve bezobraznije špijunira", rekao je Rubio. Guverner Montane Greg Gianforte, također član Republikanske stranke, rekao je da incident s balon "duboko uznemirujuć".

Ravnatelj CIA-e William Burns našao se na jednom vanjskopolitičkom događaju na Sveučilištu Georgetown kada je prvi puta objavljena vijest o špijunskom balonu. Burns balon nije komentirao, ali je Kinu nazvao "najvećim geopolitičkim izazovom" s kojim se trenutno suočava SAD. "Natjecanje s Kinom je jedinstveno u svom opsegu, i zaista se odvija u gotovo svim domenama, ne samo vojnim i ideološkim, već i ekonomskim, tehnološkim, sve od cyber prostora do samog svemira. To je globalno natjecanje na načine koji bi mogli biti još intenzivniji nego što je to bilo natjecanje sa Sovjetima", rekao je.

Kina je u petak rekla da istražuje izvještaje da njezin špijunski balon leti po američkom zračnom prostoru te pozvala na smirenost, piše The Associated Press.

Glasnogovornica Ministarstva vanjskih poslova Kine Mao Ning rekla je da nema informacija o tome hoće li američki ministar vanjskih poslova Antony Blinken idućeg tjedna doći u Kinu.

- Kina je odgovorna zemlja i uvijek se držala međunarodnog prava. Kina nema namjeru narušavati teritorij i zračni prostor bilo koje druge suverene zemlje. Što se tiče balona, kao što sam rekla, istražujemo to i verificiramo informacije. Nadamo se da će obje strane ovo riješiti mirno i oprezno - rekla je Mao.

Glasnogovornica je dodala da političari i javnost ne bi trebali donositi sudove o situaciji dok se ne utvrde sve činjenice, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Blinken je idućeg tjedna u petak trebao doći u Kinu. Ako posjeti Kinu, postat će najviši američki dužnosnik koji je došao u Kinu od izbijanja pandemije koronavirusa.

Odnosi Kine i SAD-a trenutno nisu najbolji. Washington i Peking spore se oko trgovine, Tajvana, ljudskih prava i kineskih teritorijalnih pretenzija u Južnokineskom moru.

- Želim naglasiti da nagađanja i senzacionaliziranje neće pomoći da se riješi pitanje (balona). Što se tiče Blinkenova dolaska, nemam nikakvih informacija - rekla je Mao.

Špijunski balon, koji američki obrambeni dužnosnici drže kineskim, posljednjih nekoliko dana nadlijeće osjetljive lokacije u SAD-u, a kanadski su dužnosnici u petak rekli da istražuju "potencijalni drugi incident" sa jednim špijunskim balonom, ali nisu htjeli reći iz kojem zemlje potječe.

Navodni kineski špijunski balon do Amerike je došao preko Aleutskih otoka i Kanade, a u srijedu je viđen iznad grada Billingsa u saveznoj državi Montani koja se nalazi na sjeverozapadu zemlje te odmah do američko-kanadske granice.

Borbeni zrakoplovi F-22 Američkog ratnog zrakoplovstva bili su spremni srušiti balon, no odlučeno je da ga se neće rušiti jer bi njegovi ostaci mogli ugroziti sigurnost stanovnika područja koje je nadletao.

U zračnoj bazi Malmstrom u Montani nalazi jedno od tri polja silosa za nuklearne rakete američke vojske.

Jedan je američki obrambeni dužnosnik rekao da balon "ne predstavlja dodatnu prijetnju za obavještajnu zajednicu" jer znaju gdje se nalazi i koje područje nadlijeće. Rečeno je i da balon ne može ugroziti putničke zrakoplove jer leti na znatno većoj visini od one koju oni koriste. Dužnosnik je dodao da je malo vjerojatno da će Kina pomoću tog balona doznati nešto što ne može doznati pomoću svojih satelita.

Ministarstvo obrane SAD-a nije otkrilo nikakve detalje o špijunskom balonu.

Korisnici društvenih mreža koji su uočili balon pomislili su da se radi o neidentificiranom letećem objektu. Žitelj Billingsa Chase Doak rekao je The Associated Pressu da je na nebu najednom uočio "veliki bijeli krug" te da je odmah potrčao kući po svoj fotoaparat. "Pomislio sam da se možda radi o pravom NLO-u. Htio sam napraviti što je više moguće fotografija", rekao je Doak.

Kineski mediji nisu izvijestili o ovom incidentu, ali se zato o njemu naširoko raspravlja na kineskim društvenim mrežama. "Imamo toliko satelita, što će nam balon", rekao je jedan korisnik platforme Weibo.

Američki senator iz redova Republikanske stranke Marco Rubio napao je Kinu zbog špijunskog balona. "Peking nas unazad pet godina sve više i sve bezobraznije špijunira", rekao je Rubio. Guverner Montane Greg Gianforte, također član Republikanske stranke, rekao je da incident s balon "duboko uznemirujuć".

Ravnatelj CIA-e William Burns našao se na jednom vanjskopolitičkom događaju na Sveučilištu Georgetown kada je prvi puta objavljena vijest o špijunskom balonu. Burns balon nije komentirao, ali je Kinu nazvao "najvećim geopolitičkim izazovom" s kojim se trenutno suočava SAD. "Natjecanje s Kinom je jedinstveno u svom opsegu, i zaista se odvija u gotovo svim domenama, ne samo vojnim i ideološkim, već i ekonomskim, tehnološkim, sve od cyber prostora do samog svemira. To je globalno natjecanje na načine koji bi mogli biti još intenzivniji nego što je to bilo natjecanje sa Sovjetima", rekao je.
