Glavni istražitelj zrakoplovnih nesreća pri hrvatskoj Agenciji za istraživanje nesreća, Danko Petrin, rekao nam je u petak kako je njegov odjel izišao na očevid nedugo nakon što je pristigla dojava o padu letjelice u Zagrebu. No, piše jutarnji.hr, ubrzo su prekinuli očevid jer je bilo razvidno kako se radi o vojnoj letjelici, što nije u nadležnosti ove Agencije koja se bavi istragama nesreća u civilnom zrakoplovstvu.
Prepričao nam je što je zatekao na mjestu događaja.

- Radilo se o vrlo snažnom udaru letjelice u zemlju. Samo jedan dio virio je iz tla, ostatak je bio duboko ukopan. Krhotine su bile razasute u perimetru od najmanje stotinu metara. Također, na dvjestotinjak metara dalje pronađena su dva padobrana - kazao nam je Petrin.
Ističe kako se još uvijek ne zna o kojem se tipu letjelice radi, no ako su točne pretpostavke da se radi o izviđačkom dronu Tu-141, jasna je svrha pronađenih padobrana.
- Riječ je o dronu koji polijeće pomoću lansera. Nema stajni trap, ne slijeće na pistu, tako da može sletjeti samo uporabom padobrana - pojašnjava hrvatski stručnjak.
Ističe kako je osnovna funkcija ove letjelice izviđanje, zbog čega mu nije jasno što se dogodilo.
- Današnje bespilotne letjelice suvremene su i uvijek su u kontaktu s bazom. No, ovdje je riječ o zastarjelom modelu koji je kreiran još u Sovjetskom savezu 1970. Bilo je slučajeva da se taj tip letjelica znao oteti kontroli. Pretpostavljam da je i ovdje riječ o takvom slučaju, jer takve letjelice nisu projektili koje se uputi kao oružje, već im je cilj da se vrate u bazu kako bi dostavile prikupljene podatke. Uostalom, nejasno je što bi točno mogla snimiti u noćnim uvjetima. Očito je da se radilo o pogrešci u programiranju leta ili da se letjelica otela kontroli, no to tek treba utvrditi istragom - prenosi jutarnji.hr Petrinovo objašnjenje.

S obzirom na to da se radi o vojnoj letjelici, Agencija više nije nadležna te Petrin pretpostavlja da će daljnju sigurnosnu istragu preuzeti vojne službe.
Ističe kako se radi o letjelici koja teži više od šest tona, te da su veće materijalne štete i civilne žrtve samo srećom izbjegnute.
- Dron je padao okomito, punom svojom težinom. Da se zabio u neku stambenu zgradu, sigurno bi probio bar nekoliko katova, ako ne i do podruma. Može se reći da smo dobro prošli - kaže stručnjak.

Glavni istražitelj zrakoplovnih nesreća pri hrvatskoj Agenciji za istraživanje nesreća, Danko Petrin, rekao nam je u petak kako je njegov odjel izišao na očevid nedugo nakon što je pristigla dojava o padu letjelice u Zagrebu. No, piše jutarnji.hr, ubrzo su prekinuli očevid jer je bilo razvidno kako se radi o vojnoj letjelici, što nije u nadležnosti ove Agencije koja se bavi istragama nesreća u civilnom zrakoplovstvu.

- Radilo se o vrlo snažnom udaru letjelice u zemlju. Samo jedan dio virio je iz tla, ostatak je bio duboko ukopan. Krhotine su bile razasute u perimetru od najmanje stotinu metara. Također, na dvjestotinjak metara dalje pronađena su dva padobrana - kazao nam je Petrin.
Ističe kako se još uvijek ne zna o kojem se tipu letjelice radi, no ako su točne pretpostavke da se radi o izviđačkom dronu Tu-141, jasna je svrha pronađenih padobrana.
- Riječ je o dronu koji polijeće pomoću lansera. Nema stajni trap, ne slijeće na pistu, tako da može sletjeti samo uporabom padobrana - pojašnjava hrvatski stručnjak.
Ističe kako je osnovna funkcija ove letjelice izviđanje, zbog čega mu nije jasno što se dogodilo.
- Današnje bespilotne letjelice suvremene su i uvijek su u kontaktu s bazom. No, ovdje je riječ o zastarjelom modelu koji je kreiran još u Sovjetskom savezu 1970. Bilo je slučajeva da se taj tip letjelica znao oteti kontroli. Pretpostavljam da je i ovdje riječ o takvom slučaju, jer takve letjelice nisu projektili koje se uputi kao oružje, već im je cilj da se vrate u bazu kako bi dostavile prikupljene podatke. Uostalom, nejasno je što bi točno mogla snimiti u noćnim uvjetima. Očito je da se radilo o pogrešci u programiranju leta ili da se letjelica otela kontroli, no to tek treba utvrditi istragom - prenosi jutarnji.hr Petrinovo objašnjenje.

S obzirom na to da se radi o vojnoj letjelici, Agencija više nije nadležna te Petrin pretpostavlja da će daljnju sigurnosnu istragu preuzeti vojne službe.
Ističe kako se radi o letjelici koja teži više od šest tona, te da su veće materijalne štete i civilne žrtve samo srećom izbjegnute.
- Dron je padao okomito, punom svojom težinom. Da se zabio u neku stambenu zgradu, sigurno bi probio bar nekoliko katova, ako ne i do podruma. Može se reći da smo dobro prošli - kaže stručnjak.
