Hrvatski pomorac, star 56 godina, koji je plovio na britanskom brodu "Scot Carrier" bit će, vrlo vjerojatno vrlo brzo pušten iz pritvora u Švedskoj, gdje je dospjeo zbog pomorske nesreće na Baltiku, koja se dogodila prije dva dana, a u kojoj je poginuo jedan član posade danske barže "Karin Hoj", dok je drugi nestao, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kako smo već pisali, do sudara "Scot Carriera" i barže "Karin Hoj", došlo je po maglovitom vremenu na Baltiku, a uzroci nesreće se još istražuju.

Svakako, u cijeloj ovoj tužnoj priči najinteresantnije je to što su u pritvoru zatvora u Švedskoj završili 30-ogodišnji britanski pomorac, koji je u trenutku pomorske nesreće bio na komandom mostu "Scot Carriera" i 56-ogodišnji hrvatski pomorac koji nije bio na komandom mostu.

Razlog zbog čega su oni završili u pritvoru je "kapljica više", odnosno i kod jednog i kod drugog je pronađena alkotestom nedozvoljena količina alkohola ili opijata u krvi.

Razlika je u svemu što je Hrvat, koji je prema izvještajima iz Švedske popio "koju viška", prvi časnik palube i koji u trenutku nesreće, oko tri sata u noći nije mogao biti na komandnom mostu, budući tada nije ni "gvardija", "pomorska straža" za prvog časnika palube.

"Chef" palube u gvardiju, na komandni most dolazi dva puta unutar 24 sata, odnosno u 4 sata ujutro i na njemu stoji do 8 sati, odnosno od 16 do 20 sati.

Ukoliko Hrvat nije bio na komandnom mostu, a prema svemu sudeći nije, to znači da nije odgovoran za nesreću.

U pritvoru švedskog zatvora tako će biti zadržan samo britanski član posade, koji je u trenutku nesreće bio na komandnom mostu.

Hrvat jedino može imati problema sa kompanijom na kojoj plovi, odnosno na kojoj je bio ukrcan, budući da kompanija, kako su njeni predstavnici već izjavili, ne tolerira ni "kapljicu" alkohola u krvi.

Hrvatski pomorac, star 56 godina, koji je plovio na britanskom brodu "Scot Carrier" bit će, vrlo vjerojatno vrlo brzo pušten iz pritvora u Švedskoj, gdje je dospjeo zbog pomorske nesreće na Baltiku, koja se dogodila prije dva dana, a u kojoj je poginuo jedan član posade danske barže "Karin Hoj", dok je drugi nestao, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kako smo već pisali, do sudara "Scot Carriera" i barže "Karin Hoj", došlo je po maglovitom vremenu na Baltiku, a uzroci nesreće se još istražuju.

Svakako, u cijeloj ovoj tužnoj priči najinteresantnije je to što su u pritvoru zatvora u Švedskoj završili 30-ogodišnji britanski pomorac, koji je u trenutku pomorske nesreće bio na komandom mostu "Scot Carriera" i 56-ogodišnji hrvatski pomorac koji nije bio na komandom mostu.

Razlog zbog čega su oni završili u pritvoru je "kapljica više", odnosno i kod jednog i kod drugog je pronađena alkotestom nedozvoljena količina alkohola ili opijata u krvi.

Razlika je u svemu što je Hrvat, koji je prema izvještajima iz Švedske popio "koju viška", prvi časnik palube i koji u trenutku nesreće, oko tri sata u noći nije mogao biti na komandnom mostu, budući tada nije ni "gvardija", "pomorska straža" za prvog časnika palube.

"Chef" palube u gvardiju, na komandni most dolazi dva puta unutar 24 sata, odnosno u 4 sata ujutro i na njemu stoji do 8 sati, odnosno od 16 do 20 sati.

Ukoliko Hrvat nije bio na komandnom mostu, a prema svemu sudeći nije, to znači da nije odgovoran za nesreću.

U pritvoru švedskog zatvora tako će biti zadržan samo britanski član posade, koji je u trenutku nesreće bio na komandnom mostu.

Hrvat jedino može imati problema sa kompanijom na kojoj plovi, odnosno na kojoj je bio ukrcan, budući da kompanija, kako su njeni predstavnici već izjavili, ne tolerira ni "kapljicu" alkohola u krvi.
