Američka glumica i dobitnica Oscara Angelina Jolie izjavila je da napušta ulogu veleposlanice UN-ove agencije za pomoć izbjeglicama, UNHCR, nakon više od 20 godina, navodi jutarnji.hr.

"Vjerujem u mnoge stvari koje UN radi, posebno u sve te živote koje je spasio", rekla je 47-godišnja glumica i dodala da će sada raditi ‘s organizacijama koje vode ljudi koji su najizravnije pogođeni sukobom, koji im daju najveći glas.‘

UNHCR je izjavio da je ona jedna od najutjecajnijih zagovornica prava izbjeglica, prenosi BBC.

"Nakon više od 20 godina, povlačim se iz UN-ove agencije za izbjeglice. Izbjeglice su ljudi kojima se najviše divim na svijetu i ostat ću posvećena radu s njima do kraja života", poručila je Jolie putem svog profila na Instagramu.

Nije podijelila nikakve pojedinosti o organizacijama s kojima planira surađivati u budućnosti. U međuvremenu, UNHCR je u priopćenju rekao da će se Angelina Jolie "angažirati u vezi raznih humanitarnih pitanja i pitanja ljudskih prava". Također su dodali da je "Jolie neumorno radila, obavljajući više od 60 terenskih misija kako bi svjedočila pričama o patnji, kao i nadi i otpornosti".

Jolie je surađivala s UNHCR-om od 2001., a 2012. postala je njihova posebna izaslanica.

Američka glumica i dobitnica Oscara Angelina Jolie izjavila je da napušta ulogu veleposlanice UN-ove agencije za pomoć izbjeglicama, UNHCR, nakon više od 20 godina, navodi jutarnji.hr.

"Vjerujem u mnoge stvari koje UN radi, posebno u sve te živote koje je spasio", rekla je 47-godišnja glumica i dodala da će sada raditi ‘s organizacijama koje vode ljudi koji su najizravnije pogođeni sukobom, koji im daju najveći glas.‘

"Nakon više od 20 godina, povlačim se iz UN-ove agencije za izbjeglice. Izbjeglice su ljudi kojima se najviše divim na svijetu i ostat ću posvećena radu s njima do kraja života", poručila je Jolie putem svog profila na Instagramu.

Nije podijelila nikakve pojedinosti o organizacijama s kojima planira surađivati u budućnosti. U međuvremenu, UNHCR je u priopćenju rekao da će se Angelina Jolie "angažirati u vezi raznih humanitarnih pitanja i pitanja ljudskih prava". Također su dodali da je "Jolie neumorno radila, obavljajući više od 60 terenskih misija kako bi svjedočila pričama o patnji, kao i nadi i otpornosti".

Američka glumica i dobitnica Oscara Angelina Jolie izjavila je da napušta ulogu veleposlanice UN-ove agencije za pomoć izbjeglicama, UNHCR, nakon više od 20 godina, navodi jutarnji.hr.

"Vjerujem u mnoge stvari koje UN radi, posebno u sve te živote koje je spasio", rekla je 47-godišnja glumica i dodala da će sada raditi ‘s organizacijama koje vode ljudi koji su najizravnije pogođeni sukobom, koji im daju najveći glas.‘

UNHCR je izjavio da je ona jedna od najutjecajnijih zagovornica prava izbjeglica, prenosi BBC.

"Nakon više od 20 godina, povlačim se iz UN-ove agencije za izbjeglice. Izbjeglice su ljudi kojima se najviše divim na svijetu i ostat ću posvećena radu s njima do kraja života", poručila je Jolie putem svog profila na Instagramu.

Nije podijelila nikakve pojedinosti o organizacijama s kojima planira surađivati u budućnosti. U međuvremenu, UNHCR je u priopćenju rekao da će se Angelina Jolie "angažirati u vezi raznih humanitarnih pitanja i pitanja ljudskih prava". Također su dodali da je "Jolie neumorno radila, obavljajući više od 60 terenskih misija kako bi svjedočila pričama o patnji, kao i nadi i otpornosti".

Jolie je surađivala s UNHCR-om od 2001., a 2012. postala je njihova posebna izaslanica.
