Na zagrebačkom Županijskome sudu završila je sjednica optužnoga vijeća u slučaju u kojemu Uskok tereti ukupno 36 ljudi predvođenih poduzetnikom Tomislavom Pavkovićem za porezne utaje, piše Jutarnji list.

Jedna od okrivljenica u slučaju je i Ana Karamarko, koja je već ranije priznala djelo za koje ju se tereti, a koja je danas na osnovi nagodbe s Uskokom i osuđena.

Ana Karamarko dobila je uvjetnu kaznu od 10 mjeseci zatvora s trogodišnjim rokom kušnje te dodatnu novčanu kaznu od 50.000 kuna. Također mora vratiti 160.000 kuna neplaćenoga poreza. Karamarko je dužna podmiriti i 30.000 kuna sudskih troškova od čega najveći dio otpada na informatičko vještačenje, piše Jutarnji.

“Ono za što me se tereti, u stvarnosti se i dogodilo", rekla je Ana Karamarko u veljači ove godine, iznoseći u USKOK-u dopunu svoje obrane, u kojoj je priznala da je tri godine prije toga njezina konzultantska tvrtka Drimia na njezin nalog platila dvije fakture u vrijednosti od ukupno 467.500 kuna tvrtkama La Noke usluge i Analytics Expert za fiktivne usluge nabave softvera.

Vlasnici tih tvrtki podigli su 374.000 kuna i vratili joj ih na ruke, pomogavši joj da izbjegne plaćanje oko 160.000 kuna poreza.

"Novac je trebao za određene troškove moje tvrtke Drimia, koja je imala određene investicije koje nismo mogli podmiriti preko računa", objasnila je Karamarko zbog čega joj je trebao crni fond.

Na zagrebačkom Županijskome sudu završila je sjednica optužnoga vijeća u slučaju u kojemu Uskok tereti ukupno 36 ljudi predvođenih poduzetnikom Tomislavom Pavkovićem za porezne utaje, piše Jutarnji list.

Jedna od okrivljenica u slučaju je i Ana Karamarko, koja je već ranije priznala djelo za koje ju se tereti, a koja je danas na osnovi nagodbe s Uskokom i osuđena.

Ana Karamarko dobila je uvjetnu kaznu od 10 mjeseci zatvora s trogodišnjim rokom kušnje te dodatnu novčanu kaznu od 50.000 kuna. Također mora vratiti 160.000 kuna neplaćenoga poreza. Karamarko je dužna podmiriti i 30.000 kuna sudskih troškova od čega najveći dio otpada na informatičko vještačenje, piše Jutarnji.

“Ono za što me se tereti, u stvarnosti se i dogodilo", rekla je Ana Karamarko u veljači ove godine, iznoseći u USKOK-u dopunu svoje obrane, u kojoj je priznala da je tri godine prije toga njezina konzultantska tvrtka Drimia na njezin nalog platila dvije fakture u vrijednosti od ukupno 467.500 kuna tvrtkama La Noke usluge i Analytics Expert za fiktivne usluge nabave softvera.

Vlasnici tih tvrtki podigli su 374.000 kuna i vratili joj ih na ruke, pomogavši joj da izbjegne plaćanje oko 160.000 kuna poreza.

"Novac je trebao za određene troškove moje tvrtke Drimia, koja je imala određene investicije koje nismo mogli podmiriti preko računa", objasnila je Karamarko zbog čega joj je trebao crni fond.

Ana Karamarko osuđena nakon nagodbe s USKOK-om: Dobila uvjetnu kaznu, a mora i uplatiti ukupno 240.000 kuna

Na zagrebačkom Županijskome sudu završila je sjednica optužnoga vijeća u slučaju u kojemu Uskok tereti ukupno 36 ljudi predvođenih poduzetnikom Tomislavom Pavkovićem za porezne utaje, piše Jutarnji list.

Jedna od okrivljenica u slučaju je i Ana Karamarko, koja je već ranije priznala djelo za koje ju se tereti, a koja je danas na osnovi nagodbe s Uskokom i osuđena.

Ana Karamarko dobila je uvjetnu kaznu od 10 mjeseci zatvora s trogodišnjim rokom kušnje te dodatnu novčanu kaznu od 50.000 kuna. Također mora vratiti 160.000 kuna neplaćenoga poreza. Karamarko je dužna podmiriti i 30.000 kuna sudskih troškova od čega najveći dio otpada na informatičko vještačenje, piše Jutarnji.

“Ono za što me se tereti, u stvarnosti se i dogodilo", rekla je Ana Karamarko u veljači ove godine, iznoseći u USKOK-u dopunu svoje obrane, u kojoj je priznala da je tri godine prije toga njezina konzultantska tvrtka Drimia na njezin nalog platila dvije fakture u vrijednosti od ukupno 467.500 kuna tvrtkama La Noke usluge i Analytics Expert za fiktivne usluge nabave softvera.

Vlasnici tih tvrtki podigli su 374.000 kuna i vratili joj ih na ruke, pomogavši joj da izbjegne plaćanje oko 160.000 kuna poreza.

"Novac je trebao za određene troškove moje tvrtke Drimia, koja je imala određene investicije koje nismo mogli podmiriti preko računa", objasnila je Karamarko zbog čega joj je trebao crni fond.
