Japanski i talijanski znanstvenici predložili su metodu uspavljivanja uplakane bebe za samo 13 minuta!

Dijete treba priljubiti uz tijelo i nositi ga pet minuta ujednačenim tempom, bez naglih pokreta, napisali su u časopisu Current Biology, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kad dijete zaspi, roditelj ga i dalje treba držati u naručju, te ostati sjediti još pet do osam minuta prije nego što ga položi u kolijevku.

”Mnogi roditelji pate zato što im dojenčad noću plače”, rekla je jedna od autorica studije Kumi Kuroda sa znanstvenog instituta Riken u Japanu.

”To je velik problem, posebno za neiskusne roditelje, koji može znatno podići razinu roditeljskog stresa i u rijetkim slučajevima čak dovesti do zlostavljanja djeteta”, rekla je.

Kuroda i njezini kolege su pratili kako djeca reagiraju u četirima situacijama: dok ih majke drže u naručju istodobno se krećući, dok ih drže u naručju u sjedećem položaju, dok leže u dječjem krevetiću i u situaciji kad se zipka nježno ljulja.

Njihovo ponašanje snimale su kamere, a uređaji za EKG mjerili su im otkucaje srca.

Uplakana djeca smirila su se već nakon 30 sekundi nošenja, a otkucaji srca su im se usporili. Sva su djeca prestala plakati, a pola ih je zaspalo.

Bez naglih pokreta

No kad su ih majke odmah položile u krevetić, gotovo ih se trećina probudila već za 20 sekundi.

Vjerojatnost da će se probuditi bila je mnogo manja kad su ih majke nakon uspavljivanja držale u naručju još nekoliko minuta.

Sličan smirujući učinak imalo je stavljanje djeteta u krevetić za ljuljanje. Suprotno je bilo ako su majke pokušale smiriti dijete sjedeći s njime u naručju ili ako su ga položile u krevetić.

Otkucaji srca u tim situacijama odmah su im porasli, a isto se dogodilo ako je majka naglo prestala hodati. Iako je svaka beba drukčija, ova je tehnika pokazala najviše uspjeha među rasplakanim bebama.

Premda su u studiji sudjelovale samo majke, Kuroda smatra da bi reakcija beba bila jednaka i s očevima ili nekom trećom osobom koja ih čuva.

Odgovor na prenošenje

Znanstvenici smatraju da su se djeca smirila zahvaljujući takozvanom odgovoru na prenošenje, svojstvenom sisavcima koji se rađaju bespomoćni.

Takvi sisavci, a ljudi su među njima, zahtijevaju roditeljsku brigu i hranjenje dugo vremena.

Kad, na primjer, majka mačka ili pas podignu svoje mlade držeći ih za vrat i prenose ih na drugu lokaciju, mladunčad nagonski postane pasivna, zbije se, uvuče stražnje noge i rep, a rad srca i disanje im se uspore. To majci olakšava prenošenje i pospješuje preživljavanje.

Budući da je u ovom istraživanju sudjelovalo samo 21 dijete, znanstvenici napominju da njihove rezultate treba potvrditi opsežnijim istraživanjima.

Japanski i talijanski znanstvenici predložili su metodu uspavljivanja uplakane bebe za samo 13 minuta!

Dijete treba priljubiti uz tijelo i nositi ga pet minuta ujednačenim tempom, bez naglih pokreta, napisali su u časopisu Current Biology, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kad dijete zaspi, roditelj ga i dalje treba držati u naručju, te ostati sjediti još pet do osam minuta prije nego što ga položi u kolijevku.

”Mnogi roditelji pate zato što im dojenčad noću plače”, rekla je jedna od autorica studije Kumi Kuroda sa znanstvenog instituta Riken u Japanu.

”To je velik problem, posebno za neiskusne roditelje, koji može znatno podići razinu roditeljskog stresa i u rijetkim slučajevima čak dovesti do zlostavljanja djeteta”, rekla je.

Kuroda i njezini kolege su pratili kako djeca reagiraju u četirima situacijama: dok ih majke drže u naručju istodobno se krećući, dok ih drže u naručju u sjedećem položaju, dok leže u dječjem krevetiću i u situaciji kad se zipka nježno ljulja.

Njihovo ponašanje snimale su kamere, a uređaji za EKG mjerili su im otkucaje srca.

Uplakana djeca smirila su se već nakon 30 sekundi nošenja, a otkucaji srca su im se usporili. Sva su djeca prestala plakati, a pola ih je zaspalo.

Bez naglih pokreta

No kad su ih majke odmah položile u krevetić, gotovo ih se trećina probudila već za 20 sekundi.

Vjerojatnost da će se probuditi bila je mnogo manja kad su ih majke nakon uspavljivanja držale u naručju još nekoliko minuta.

Sličan smirujući učinak imalo je stavljanje djeteta u krevetić za ljuljanje. Suprotno je bilo ako su majke pokušale smiriti dijete sjedeći s njime u naručju ili ako su ga položile u krevetić.

Otkucaji srca u tim situacijama odmah su im porasli, a isto se dogodilo ako je majka naglo prestala hodati. Iako je svaka beba drukčija, ova je tehnika pokazala najviše uspjeha među rasplakanim bebama.

Premda su u studiji sudjelovale samo majke, Kuroda smatra da bi reakcija beba bila jednaka i s očevima ili nekom trećom osobom koja ih čuva.

Znanstvenici smatraju da su se djeca smirila zahvaljujući takozvanom odgovoru na prenošenje, svojstvenom sisavcima koji se rađaju bespomoćni.

Takvi sisavci, a ljudi su među njima, zahtijevaju roditeljsku brigu i hranjenje dugo vremena.

Kad, na primjer, majka mačka ili pas podignu svoje mlade držeći ih za vrat i prenose ih na drugu lokaciju, mladunčad nagonski postane pasivna, zbije se, uvuče stražnje noge i rep, a rad srca i disanje im se uspore. To majci olakšava prenošenje i pospješuje preživljavanje.

Budući da je u ovom istraživanju sudjelovalo samo 21 dijete, znanstvenici napominju da njihove rezultate treba potvrditi opsežnijim istraživanjima.

Japanski i talijanski znanstvenici predložili su metodu uspavljivanja uplakane bebe za samo 13 minuta!

Dijete treba priljubiti uz tijelo i nositi ga pet minuta ujednačenim tempom, bez naglih pokreta, napisali su u časopisu Current Biology, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kad dijete zaspi, roditelj ga i dalje treba držati u naručju, te ostati sjediti još pet do osam minuta prije nego što ga položi u kolijevku.

”Mnogi roditelji pate zato što im dojenčad noću plače”, rekla je jedna od autorica studije Kumi Kuroda sa znanstvenog instituta Riken u Japanu.

”To je velik problem, posebno za neiskusne roditelje, koji može znatno podići razinu roditeljskog stresa i u rijetkim slučajevima čak dovesti do zlostavljanja djeteta”, rekla je.

Kuroda i njezini kolege su pratili kako djeca reagiraju u četirima situacijama: dok ih majke drže u naručju istodobno se krećući, dok ih drže u naručju u sjedećem položaju, dok leže u dječjem krevetiću i u situaciji kad se zipka nježno ljulja.

Njihovo ponašanje snimale su kamere, a uređaji za EKG mjerili su im otkucaje srca.

Uplakana djeca smirila su se već nakon 30 sekundi nošenja, a otkucaji srca su im se usporili. Sva su djeca prestala plakati, a pola ih je zaspalo.

Bez naglih pokreta

No kad su ih majke odmah položile u krevetić, gotovo ih se trećina probudila već za 20 sekundi.

Vjerojatnost da će se probuditi bila je mnogo manja kad su ih majke nakon uspavljivanja držale u naručju još nekoliko minuta.

Sličan smirujući učinak imalo je stavljanje djeteta u krevetić za ljuljanje. Suprotno je bilo ako su majke pokušale smiriti dijete sjedeći s njime u naručju ili ako su ga položile u krevetić.

Otkucaji srca u tim situacijama odmah su im porasli, a isto se dogodilo ako je majka naglo prestala hodati. Iako je svaka beba drukčija, ova je tehnika pokazala najviše uspjeha među rasplakanim bebama.

Premda su u studiji sudjelovale samo majke, Kuroda smatra da bi reakcija beba bila jednaka i s očevima ili nekom trećom osobom koja ih čuva.
