Jesenske ljepotice tikve dolaze u raznim vrstama, bojama, oblicima i okusima, a toliko su zahvalne za nebrojeno puno jela da ih jednostavno ni ove jeseni, taman prije nego će postati najbolje, ne možemo preskočiti. Ovaj put držimo se dalje od juha, pita, pečenih, prženih i kuhanih varijanti i bacamo se na tijesto. Osim što je zabavno i u izradi vam mogu pomagati i najmlađi, jako je ukusno, mirisno i vrlo lako.

Ovisno o vrsti tikve, jer neke su vodenaste, neke jako škrobaste poput krumpira, a neke imaju idealan omjer škroba i vlage, odlučite se za vrstu peciva i dobro pripazite na količinu brašna kao i na gornji, vlaknasti dio tikve koji se mora odstraniti kako ne bi 'zapinjao' i prilikom izrade, a i kasnije tijekom kušanja.
Napravite mekana, slatka peciva u obliku buče s pireom od kabocha tikve!

Peciva od tikve

Potrebno vam je:

1 vrećica suhog kvasa

120 ml mlakog mlijeka

1 žlica šećera

70 g smeđeg šećera

100 g otopljenog maslaca

300 g pirea od buče

400 g brašna

Za punjenje:

250 g skute

Za premazivanje:

2 žumanjka


Priprema:

Kvas, mlijeko i žlicu šećera pomiješajte i pustite da se zapjeni. U veću posudu za miksanje stavite brašno te dodajte zapjenjeni kvasac. Miksajte. Zatim dodajte redom smeđi šećer, pire od buče i otopljeni maslac. Miješajte nastavcima za tijesto dok ne dobijte fino glatko tijesto, oko 15 minuta. Posudu prekrijte čistom krpom, ostavite da se diže dok se tijesto ne udvostruči, otprilike sat vremena. Tijesto samo izvadite iz posude, kako je okruglog oblika izrežite na 16 komada (sistemom kako režete kriške pizze). Od svakog dijela oblikujte kuglicu kao kod pripreme knedli. Napravite udubljenje u sredini te utisnite kockicu skute, kružno ju prekrijte tijestom, oblikujte kuglicu. Kuhinjskim koncem omotajte tijesto stvorivši oblik bundeve. Ne zatežite jako jer će tijesto prilikom pečenja još rasti. Peciva stavite u pleh koji ste obložili papirom za pečenje, premažite žumanjkom i stavite peći oko 25 minuta na 180 stupnjeva. Pustite da se peciva ohlade te lagano maknite kuhinjski konac. Na vrh peciva utisnite polovicu pekan oraha.

Jesenske ljepotice tikve dolaze u raznim vrstama, bojama, oblicima i okusima, a toliko su zahvalne za nebrojeno puno jela da ih jednostavno ni ove jeseni, taman prije nego će postati najbolje, ne možemo preskočiti. Ovisno o vrsti tikve, jer neke su vodenaste, neke jako škrobaste poput krumpira, a neke imaju idealan omjer škroba i vlage, odlučite se za vrstu peciva i dobro pripazite na količinu brašna kao i na gornji, vlaknasti dio tikve koji se mora odstraniti kako ne bi 'zapinjao' i prilikom izrade, a i kasnije tijekom kušanja.
Napravite mekana, slatka peciva u obliku buče s pireom od kabocha tikve!

Peciva od tikve

Potrebno vam je:

1 vrećica suhog kvasa

120 ml mlakog mlijeka

1 žlica šećera

70 g smeđeg šećera

100 g otopljenog maslaca

300 g pirea od buče

400 g brašna

Za punjenje:

250 g skute

Za premazivanje:

2 žumanjka


Priprema:

Kvas, mlijeko i žlicu šećera pomiješajte i pustite da se zapjeni. U veću posudu za miksanje stavite brašno te dodajte zapjenjeni kvasac. Miksajte. Zatim dodajte redom smeđi šećer, pire od buče i otopljeni maslac. Miješajte nastavcima za tijesto dok ne dobijte fino glatko tijesto, oko 15 minuta. Posudu prekrijte čistom krpom, ostavite da se diže dok se tijesto ne udvostruči, otprilike sat vremena. Tijesto samo izvadite iz posude, kako je okruglog oblika izrežite na 16 komada (sistemom kako režete kriške pizze). Od svakog dijela oblikujte kuglicu kao kod pripreme knedli. Napravite udubljenje u sredini te utisnite kockicu skute, kružno ju prekrijte tijestom, oblikujte kuglicu. Kuhinjskim koncem omotajte tijesto stvorivši oblik bundeve. Ne zatežite jako jer će tijesto prilikom pečenja još rasti. Peciva stavite u pleh koji ste obložili papirom za pečenje, premažite žumanjkom i stavite peći oko 25 minuta na 180 stupnjeva. Pustite da se peciva ohlade te lagano maknite kuhinjski konac. Na vrh peciva utisnite polovicu pekan oraha.

Jesenske ljepotice tikve dolaze u raznim vrstama, bojama, oblicima i okusima, a toliko su zahvalne za nebrojeno puno jela da ih jednostavno ni ove jeseni, taman prije nego će postati najbolje, ne možemo preskočiti. Ovaj put držimo se dalje od juha, pita, pečenih, prženih i kuhanih varijanti i bacamo se na tijesto. Osim što je zabavno i u izradi vam mogu pomagati i najmlađi, jako je ukusno, mirisno i vrlo lako.

Ovisno o vrsti tikve, jer neke su vodenaste, neke jako škrobaste poput krumpira, a neke imaju idealan omjer škroba i vlage, odlučite se za vrstu peciva i dobro pripazite na količinu brašna kao i na gornji, vlaknasti dio tikve koji se mora odstraniti kako ne bi 'zapinjao' i prilikom izrade, a i kasnije tijekom kušanja.

Peciva od tikve
