Prilično nevjerojatnu situaciju zabilježili smo koncem kolovoza kada smo i objavili vijest da se na natječaj za ugradnju solara na kući uz potporu iz gradske blagajne javio jedan jedini Splićanin - gospodin Pavle Radočaj. Kad smo ga nazvali, nije mogao vjerovati da “za tako korisnu stvar” osim njega nitko drugi nije bio zainteresiran.

Svi koji, ipak, žele koristiti sunce kao alternativni izvor energije, odnosno pokušati smanjiti račune za potrošnju struje, sad imaju prilike za “popravni”. Naime, Grad u suradnji s Fondom za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost ponovno nudi subvencije, i to ne samo za solarne toplinske kolektore već i za povećanje energetske učinkovitosti obiteljskih kuća, što je predmet drugog natječaja.

Kad su u pitanju sunčani toplinski pretvarači (kolektori) za pripremu potrošnje tople vode i grijanje, zainteresiranim korisnicima subvencionira se 50 posto ukupne vrijednosti opravdanih troškova, odnosno maksimalno 15.000 kuna, od čega 40 posto (12.000 kuna) plaća Fond, a ostatak (3000 kuna) financira se iz Banovine. Spomenuta sredstva, napominje se u nadmetanju, osigurana su za maksimalno 25 korisnika.
Subvencije za povećanje energetske učinkovitosti obiteljskih kuća još su izdašnije - Grad i Fond daju (u omjeru istom kao i za solare, op.a.) novčanu potporu od maksimalnih 37.500 kuna što, prema njihovoj procjeni, iznosi 50 posto ukupne vrijednosti opravdanih troškova.

Zainteresirani korisnici mogu se, kad je u pitanju taj natječaj, prijaviti za nekoliko mjera povećanja energetske učinkovitosti - zamjenu postojeće ugradnjom nove vanjske stolarije, povećanje toplinske zaštite ovojnice kuće, ugradnju plinskih kondenzacijskih kotlova, ugradnju uređaja za povrat topline otpadnog zraka, kao i za izradu energetskog pregleda i energetskog certificiranja. Iz Fonda za energetsku učinkovitost i Grada Splita spremni su sufinancirati ukupno 21 korisnika za spomenute mjere.
Rok za dostavu prijava na oba natječaja je 28. veljače 2015. godine, a sve ostale informacije zainteresirani mogu pronaći na web-stranicama Grada.

L. PERIĆ

Sve preko dva stana - otpada

Nažalost, broj vlasnika obiteljskih, odnosno stambenih kuća prilično je ograničen uvjetima iz spomenuta dva natječaja. Na njih, dakle, mogu aplicirati oni čija kuća ima najmanje 50 posto bruto podne površine namijenjene za stanovanje, te najviše dvije stambene jedinice. Kuća, osim toga, mora biti sagrađena na zasebnoj čestici, a njezina građevinska bruto površina ne smije prelaziti 400 kvadrata.

Prilično nevjerojatnu situaciju zabilježili smo koncem kolovoza kada smo i objavili vijest da se na natječaj za ugradnju solara na kući uz potporu iz gradske blagajne javio jedan jedini Splićanin - gospodin Pavle Radočaj. Kad smo ga nazvali, nije mogao vjerovati da “za tako korisnu stvar” osim njega nitko drugi nije bio zainteresiran.

Svi koji, ipak, žele koristiti sunce kao alternativni izvor energije, odnosno pokušati smanjiti račune za potrošnju struje, sad imaju prilike za “popravni”. Naime, Grad u suradnji s Fondom za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost ponovno nudi subvencije, i to ne samo za solarne toplinske kolektore već i za povećanje energetske učinkovitosti obiteljskih kuća, što je predmet drugog natječaja.

Kad su u pitanju sunčani toplinski pretvarači (kolektori) za pripremu potrošnje tople vode i grijanje, zainteresiranim korisnicima subvencionira se 50 posto ukupne vrijednosti opravdanih troškova, odnosno maksimalno 15.000 kuna, od čega 40 posto (12.000 kuna) plaća Fond, a ostatak (3000 kuna) financira se iz Banovine. Spomenuta sredstva, napominje se u nadmetanju, osigurana su za maksimalno 25 korisnika.
Subvencije za povećanje energetske učinkovitosti obiteljskih kuća još su izdašnije - Grad i Fond daju (u omjeru istom kao i za solare, op.a.) novčanu potporu od maksimalnih 37.500 kuna što, prema njihovoj procjeni, iznosi 50 posto ukupne vrijednosti opravdanih troškova.

Zainteresirani korisnici mogu se, kad je u pitanju taj natječaj, prijaviti za nekoliko mjera povećanja energetske učinkovitosti - zamjenu postojeće ugradnjom nove vanjske stolarije, povećanje toplinske zaštite ovojnice kuće, ugradnju plinskih kondenzacijskih kotlova, ugradnju uređaja za povrat topline otpadnog zraka, kao i za izradu energetskog pregleda i energetskog certificiranja. Iz Fonda za energetsku učinkovitost i Grada Splita spremni su sufinancirati ukupno 21 korisnika za spomenute mjere.
Rok za dostavu prijava na oba natječaja je 28. veljače 2015. godine, a sve ostale informacije zainteresirani mogu pronaći na web-stranicama Grada.

L. PERIĆ

Sve preko dva stana - otpada

Nažalost, broj vlasnika obiteljskih, odnosno stambenih kuća prilično je ograničen uvjetima iz spomenuta dva natječaja. Na njih, dakle, mogu aplicirati oni čija kuća ima najmanje 50 posto bruto podne površine namijenjene za stanovanje, te najviše dvije stambene jedinice. Kuća, osim toga, mora biti sagrađena na zasebnoj čestici, a njezina građevinska bruto površina ne smije prelaziti 400 kvadrata.
