Predsjednik Srbije Aleksandar Vučić izjavio je da ne misli da je Deklaracija Skupštine Srbije o osudi zločina u Srebrenici dobra.

Deklaracija je usvojena 2010. godine, iako u njoj nije spomenut termin genocid.

"Ne mislim da je ta Deklaracija bila dobra, mislim da ju je sastavljao vanjski faktor. Ne mislim, nego znam, ali svatko ima pravo na svoje mišljenje", izjavio je Vučić, prenosi Klix.ba.

Skupština Srbije usvojila je 2010. godine Deklaraciju, koja se poziva na presudu Međunarodnog suda pravde kojom je utvrđeno da je u Srebrenici u srpnju 1995. godine izvršen genocid, i u tekstu se osuđuje zločin na način utvrđen presudom spomenutog suda, bez spominjanja termina genocid.

Vučić je u New York otputovao 21. travnja kako bi prisustvovao sjednici Opće skupštine Ujedinjenih naroda (UN) na kojoj je razmatran izvještaj UNMIK-a.

Posjetu je iskoristio kako bi razgovarao s predstavnicima više država uoči glasanja o Rezoluciji UN-a o genocidu u Srebrenici u pokušaju da spriječi usvajanje tog dokumenta.

Prijedlog rezolucije kojom se 11. srpnja proglašava Međunarodnim danom sjećanja na genocid bi na dnevnom redu Opće skupštine UN-a trebao bi se naći početkom svibnja.

Opća skupština Ujedinjenih naroda 2. svibnja će razmatrati i Nacrt rezolucije o Srebrenici, a podržale su je Sjedinjene Američke Države, Italija, Francuska, a pored njih na toj listi su i Njemačka, Albanija, Čile, Finska, Irska, Jordan, Lihtenštajn, Malezija, Nizozemska, Novi Zeland, Ruanda, Slovenija i Turska te Sjeverna Makedonija.

Kod Rezolucijie najvažniji dio su zaključci u kojima se naglašava:

- Opća skupština odlučuje da 11. srpnja proglasi Međunarodnim danom sjećanja na genocid u Srebrenici koji će se obilježavati svake godine;

- Bez rezerve osuđuje svako poricanje genocida u Srebrenici i poziva države članice da sačuvaju utvrđene činjenice, uključujući i one kroz obrazovni sistem u cilju sprječavanja revizionizma i pojave genocida u budućnosti;

- Bez rezerve osuđuje radnje koje veličaju osuđene za ratne zločine, zločine protiv čovječnosti i genocid, uključujući i one odgovorne za genocid u Srebrenici;

- Ističe važnost završetka procesa pronalaženja i identifikacije preostalih žrtava genocida u Srebrenici;

- Poziva sve države da se u potpunosti pridržavaju svojih obaveza prema Konvenciji o sprječavanju i kažnjavanju zločina genocida, kako je primjenjivo i u međunarodnom običajnom pravu o sprječavanju i kažnjavanju genocida;

- Traži od glavnog tajnika da uspostavi program informiranja pod nazivom "Genocid u Srebrenici i UN" počevši s aktivnostima za 30. godišnjicu 2025. godine;

- Poziva sve države članice, organizacije sistema UN-a, druge međunarodne i regionalne organizacije i civilno društvo, uključujući velvladine organizacije da obilježavaju Međunarodni dan, uključujući i posebne aktivnosti u znak sjećanja na žrtve genocida 1995. godine u Srebrenici.

- Usprkos presudama međunarodnih sudova, službeni Beograd negira da je u Bosni i Hercegovini u srpnju 1995. godine počinjen genocid, a ubojstvo više od 8.300 bošnjačkih civila naziva "strašnim zločinom" ili "masakrom", prenosi Klix.ba.

Predsjednik Srbije Aleksandar Vučić izjavio je da ne misli da je Deklaracija Skupštine Srbije o osudi zločina u Srebrenici dobra.

Deklaracija je usvojena 2010. godine, iako u njoj nije spomenut termin genocid.

"Ne mislim da je ta Deklaracija bila dobra, mislim da ju je sastavljao vanjski faktor. Ne mislim, nego znam, ali svatko ima pravo na svoje mišljenje", izjavio je Vučić, prenosi Klix.ba.

Skupština Srbije usvojila je 2010. godine Deklaraciju, koja se poziva na presudu Međunarodnog suda pravde kojom je utvrđeno da je u Srebrenici u srpnju 1995. godine izvršen genocid, i u tekstu se osuđuje zločin na način utvrđen presudom spomenutog suda, bez spominjanja termina genocid.

Vučić je u New York otputovao 21. travnja kako bi prisustvovao sjednici Opće skupštine Ujedinjenih naroda (UN) na kojoj je razmatran izvještaj UNMIK-a.

Posjetu je iskoristio kako bi razgovarao s predstavnicima više država uoči glasanja o Rezoluciji UN-a o genocidu u Srebrenici u pokušaju da spriječi usvajanje tog dokumenta.

Prijedlog rezolucije kojom se 11. srpnja proglašava Međunarodnim danom sjećanja na genocid bi na dnevnom redu Opće skupštine UN-a trebao bi se naći početkom svibnja.

Opća skupština Ujedinjenih naroda 2. svibnja će razmatrati i Nacrt rezolucije o Srebrenici, a podržale su je Sjedinjene Američke Države, Italija, Francuska, a pored njih na toj listi su i Njemačka, Albanija, Čile, Finska, Irska, Jordan, Lihtenštajn, Malezija, Nizozemska, Novi Zeland, Ruanda, Slovenija i Turska te Sjeverna Makedonija.

važni zaključci rezolucije

Kod Rezolucijie najvažniji dio su zaključci u kojima se naglašava:

- Opća skupština odlučuje da 11. srpnja proglasi Međunarodnim danom sjećanja na genocid u Srebrenici koji će se obilježavati svake godine;

- Bez rezerve osuđuje svako poricanje genocida u Srebrenici i poziva države članice da sačuvaju utvrđene činjenice, uključujući i one kroz obrazovni sistem u cilju sprječavanja revizionizma i pojave genocida u budućnosti;

- Bez rezerve osuđuje radnje koje veličaju osuđene za ratne zločine, zločine protiv čovječnosti i genocid, uključujući i one odgovorne za genocid u Srebrenici;

- Ističe važnost završetka procesa pronalaženja i identifikacije preostalih žrtava genocida u Srebrenici;

- Poziva sve države da se u potpunosti pridržavaju svojih obaveza prema Konvenciji o sprječavanju i kažnjavanju zločina genocida, kako je primjenjivo i u međunarodnom običajnom pravu o sprječavanju i kažnjavanju genocida;

- Traži od glavnog tajnika da uspostavi program informiranja pod nazivom "Genocid u Srebrenici i UN" počevši s aktivnostima za 30. godišnjicu 2025. godine;

- Poziva sve države članice, organizacije sistema UN-a, druge međunarodne i regionalne organizacije i civilno društvo, uključujući velvladine organizacije da obilježavaju Međunarodni dan, uključujući i posebne aktivnosti u znak sjećanja na žrtve genocida 1995. godine u Srebrenici.

- Usprkos presudama međunarodnih sudova, službeni Beograd negira da je u Bosni i Hercegovini u srpnju 1995. godine počinjen genocid, a ubojstvo više od 8.300 bošnjačkih civila naziva "strašnim zločinom" ili "masakrom", prenosi Klix.ba.
