Mlađi brat osumnjičenog za ubojstvo djevojčice Danke Ilić (2), Dalibor Dragijević, preminuo je u pritvoru nasilnom smrću, a ne prirodnom, kako je MUP Srbije ranije rekao. Tjednik ‘Radar‘ je nedavno otkrio da je obdukcija pokazala da je Dragijević imao brojne ozljede koje su rezultirale njegovom smrću, a do njih je došlo jer su ga nasmrt pretukli u policijskoj postaji.

Policija je u priopćenju tvrdila da je Dragijeviću pozlilo, da su mu pokušali pružiti prvu pomoć, no on je ipak umro. Sada se ispostavilo da su ga brutalno pretukli, nakon čega je umro, prenosi Nova.rs.

MUP Srbije nije komentirao ove navode, a Više javno tužiteljstvo u Zajčaru je priopćilo tek da će se oglasiti nakon što razmotre nalaz obdukcije.

- Ako oni imaju informaciju iz medija, a imamo je svi, oni su dužni po toj informaciji postupiti po službenoj dužnosti. Informacija je da je izvršeno teško ubojstvo zlostavljanjem i mučenjem, dakle to je kazna od 40 godina, pa i doživotna. Sve i da nije tako, postavlja se pitanje iz kojeg razloga VJT Zaječar nije prethodno dobilo informaciju od mrtvozornika, koji je konstatirao prirodnu smrt, ako je ta osoba, tada leš, imala ozljede, također, od policijskih službenika iz PU u Boru, i Sektora unutarnje kontrole. Oni su svi morali biti obaviješteni i sigurno da jesu o smrti za vrijeme policijskog zadržavanja, rekla je Sanja Radivojević, viša pravna savjetnica iz Beogradskog centra za ljudska prava.

Nova.rs piše i da, prema neslužbenim informacijama, Daliboru Dragijeviću nije bilo određeno ni zadržavanje u trenutku kada je nastupila smrt.

Radivojević dodaje i da je tužitelj imao obvezu postupiti onog trenutka kada je u medijima ta informacija postala javno dostupna ili kada je za nju saznao neformalno, prenosi Nova.rs.

- Obaveza je tužiteljstva da provede samostalno, neovisnu, djelotvornu i hitnu istragu jesu li službene osobe prekoračile svoje ovlasti, tukli tog čovjeka i prouzročili njegovu nasilnu smrt. Nema opravdanja, ne može tužitelj reći da čeka nalaz obdukcije jer ga profesionalno obavezuje da postupa bez obzira je li njemu službeno poslano na adresu tužiteljstva ako je u medijima ta informacija javno dostupna, dodaje Radivojević.

Podsjetimo, Dalibor Dragijević je bio osumnjičen da je bratu Dejanu pomogao u premještanju tijela malene Danke.

Mlađi brat osumnjičenog za ubojstvo djevojčice Danke Ilić (2), Dalibor Dragijević, preminuo je u pritvoru nasilnom smrću, a ne prirodnom, kako je MUP Srbije ranije rekao. Tjednik ‘Radar‘ je nedavno otkrio da je obdukcija pokazala da je Dragijević imao brojne ozljede koje su rezultirale njegovom smrću, a do njih je došlo jer su ga nasmrt pretukli u policijskoj postaji.

Policija je u priopćenju tvrdila da je Dragijeviću pozlilo, da su mu pokušali pružiti prvu pomoć, no on je ipak umro. Sada se ispostavilo da su ga brutalno pretukli, nakon čega je umro, prenosi Nova.rs.

MUP Srbije nije komentirao ove navode, a Više javno tužiteljstvo u Zajčaru je priopćilo tek da će se oglasiti nakon što razmotre nalaz obdukcije.

- Ako oni imaju informaciju iz medija, a imamo je svi, oni su dužni po toj informaciji postupiti po službenoj dužnosti. Informacija je da je izvršeno teško ubojstvo zlostavljanjem i mučenjem, dakle to je kazna od 40 godina, pa i doživotna. Sve i da nije tako, postavlja se pitanje iz kojeg razloga VJT Zaječar nije prethodno dobilo informaciju od mrtvozornika, koji je konstatirao prirodnu smrt, ako je ta osoba, tada leš, imala ozljede, također, od policijskih službenika iz PU u Boru, i Sektora unutarnje kontrole. Oni su svi morali biti obaviješteni i sigurno da jesu o smrti za vrijeme policijskog zadržavanja, rekla je Sanja Radivojević, viša pravna savjetnica iz Beogradskog centra za ljudska prava.

Nova.rs piše i da, prema neslužbenim informacijama, Daliboru Dragijeviću nije bilo određeno ni zadržavanje u trenutku kada je nastupila smrt.

Radivojević dodaje i da je tužitelj imao obvezu postupiti onog trenutka kada je u medijima ta informacija postala javno dostupna ili kada je za nju saznao neformalno, prenosi Nova.rs.

- Obaveza je tužiteljstva da provede samostalno, neovisnu, djelotvornu i hitnu istragu jesu li službene osobe prekoračile svoje ovlasti, tukli tog čovjeka i prouzročili njegovu nasilnu smrt. Nema opravdanja, ne može tužitelj reći da čeka nalaz obdukcije jer ga profesionalno obavezuje da postupa bez obzira je li njemu službeno poslano na adresu tužiteljstva ako je u medijima ta informacija javno dostupna, dodaje Radivojević.

Podsjetimo, Dalibor Dragijević je bio osumnjičen da je bratu Dejanu pomogao u premještanju tijela malene Danke.
