Miro je oko ponoći zatečen kako upravlja automobilom s više od tri promila alkohola!

Prema ovotjednoj presudi, sve se dogodilo još lani u kolovozu u 23.58 sati u Bjelovaru, Vladimira Nazora 10. Uz toleranciju zbog pogreške mjerenja alkometra od deset posto, to je i dalje bilo nevjerojatnih 2,88 promila.

“Upravljao je osobnim automobilom marke opel vectra bez registarske oznake, za vrijeme kad mu je vozačka dozvola oduzeta jer se nije podvrgnuo izvanrednom nadzornom zdravstvenom pregledu.

Osim toga, Miroslav (44) upravljao je vozilom pod utjecajem alkohola, a što je utvrđeno upotrebom alkometra “Drager” gdje je  utvrđena koncentracija od 2,88 g/kg u litri izdahnutog zraka”, naveo je prekršajni sudac, piše Danica.hr.

Odmah alkotestiran

Policajac kaže kako je te noći vozio presretač te uočio u prometu opel vectru bez registracije. Vozilo je zaustavljeno i utvrđeno je da njime upravlja okrivljeni Miroslav koji je odmah alkotestiran.

“Sačinjen je zapisnik o ispitivanju prisutnosti alkohola u organizmu koji je okrivljeni i potpisao“, svjedočio je policajac na sudu, a Miroslav se nije odazvao sudskim pozivima pa mu je suđeno u odsutnosti.

Bjelovarski prekršajni sudac kaznio ga je s gotovo 3000 eura: mora platiti 2640 kazne te oko 211 eura troškova sudskog postupka. Dobio je i šestomjesečnu zabranu upravljanja. Presuda je nepravomoćna.

Miro je oko ponoći zatečen kako upravlja automobilom s više od tri promila alkohola!

Prema ovotjednoj presudi, sve se dogodilo još lani u kolovozu u 23.58 sati u Bjelovaru, Vladimira Nazora 10. Uz toleranciju zbog pogreške mjerenja alkometra od deset posto, to je i dalje bilo nevjerojatnih 2,88 promila.

“Upravljao je osobnim automobilom marke opel vectra bez registarske oznake, za vrijeme kad mu je vozačka dozvola oduzeta jer se nije podvrgnuo izvanrednom nadzornom zdravstvenom pregledu.

Osim toga, Miroslav (44) upravljao je vozilom pod utjecajem alkohola, a što je utvrđeno upotrebom alkometra “Drager” gdje je  utvrđena koncentracija od 2,88 g/kg u litri izdahnutog zraka”, naveo je prekršajni sudac, piše Danica.hr.

Odmah alkotestiran

Policajac kaže kako je te noći vozio presretač te uočio u prometu opel vectru bez registracije. Vozilo je zaustavljeno i utvrđeno je da njime upravlja okrivljeni Miroslav koji je odmah alkotestiran.

“Sačinjen je zapisnik o ispitivanju prisutnosti alkohola u organizmu koji je okrivljeni i potpisao“, svjedočio je policajac na sudu, a Miroslav se nije odazvao sudskim pozivima pa mu je suđeno u odsutnosti.

Bjelovarski prekršajni sudac kaznio ga je s gotovo 3000 eura: mora platiti 2640 kazne te oko 211 eura troškova sudskog postupka. Dobio je i šestomjesečnu zabranu upravljanja. Presuda je nepravomoćna.

Mrtav pijan za volanom, napuhao više od tri promila, opalilo mu luđačku kaznu

Miro je oko ponoći zatečen kako upravlja automobilom s više od tri promila alkohola!

Prema ovotjednoj presudi, sve se dogodilo još lani u kolovozu u 23.58 sati u Bjelovaru, Vladimira Nazora 10. Uz toleranciju zbog pogreške mjerenja alkometra od deset posto, to je i dalje bilo nevjerojatnih 2,88 promila.

“Upravljao je osobnim automobilom marke opel vectra bez registarske oznake, za vrijeme kad mu je vozačka dozvola oduzeta jer se nije podvrgnuo izvanrednom nadzornom zdravstvenom pregledu.

Osim toga, Miroslav (44) upravljao je vozilom pod utjecajem alkohola, a što je utvrđeno upotrebom alkometra “Drager” gdje je  utvrđena koncentracija od 2,88 g/kg u litri izdahnutog zraka”, naveo je prekršajni sudac, piše Danica.hr.

Odmah alkotestiran

Policajac kaže kako je te noći vozio presretač te uočio u prometu opel vectru bez registracije. Vozilo je zaustavljeno i utvrđeno je da njime upravlja okrivljeni Miroslav koji je odmah alkotestiran.

“Sačinjen je zapisnik o ispitivanju prisutnosti alkohola u organizmu koji je okrivljeni i potpisao“, svjedočio je policajac na sudu, a Miroslav se nije odazvao sudskim pozivima pa mu je suđeno u odsutnosti.

Bjelovarski prekršajni sudac kaznio ga je s gotovo 3000 eura: mora platiti 2640 kazne te oko 211 eura troškova sudskog postupka. Dobio je i šestomjesečnu zabranu upravljanja. Presuda je nepravomoćna.
