U ovo doba prilično niskih kamatnih stopa na štednju neke su banke počele nuditi povoljnije postotke, obično na kraće razdoblje oročenja u trajanju od šest mjeseci.

Između ostaloga, tako Zagrebačka banka nudi klijentima mogućnost korištenja Favorit paketa u sklopu kojeg kamata na štednju oročenu na šest mjeseci iznosi 2,10 posto, a PBZ nudi opciju Premium štednje plus gdje kamatna stopa na šest mjeseci iznosi 1,80 posto za iznose do 25 tisuća eura te 1,92 za sve one veće od toga piše Jutarnji list. 

Ipak, jedan je čitatelj upozorio kako kod ugovaranja tih vrsta štednje postoje i neke "cake" na koje valja pripaziti i za koje je čak posumnjao da su malo mimo zakona, pa smo se obratili bankama, ali i regulatoru HNB-u.

Konkretno, čitatelj je primijetio kako Zagrebačka banka kod Favorit štednje, u slučaju isteka oročenja, uvjetuje automatsku obnovu ugovora pod jednakim ugovorenim uvjetima, ali ne i uz istu kamatnu stopu.

Naime, nakon što se ugovor automatski obnovi, umjesto stope od 2,10 posto primjenjuje se stopa za Klasični model, odnosno 0,02 posto, što znači da potrošač, želi li da mu se nastavi primjenjivati veća stopa, mora banku kontaktirati prije isteka ugovora te nanovo dogovoriti povoljnije uvjete.

Obavijest klijentima

Slično je i kod PBZ-a, iako se kod njih automatska obnova ugovora prethodno mora ugovoriti.

No, kad se ugovori, ugovor se obnavlja pod istim uvjetima, ali također s drugom, nižom kamatnom stopom pa je i ovdje potrebno dobro paziti kada ugovor istječe kako bi ga potrošač opet mogao obnoviti s povoljnijom kamatom.

Banke smo stoga pitali koliko su potrošači upoznati s tim uvjetima prilikom automatske obnove ugovora, jesu li informirani da se u takvim slučajevima primjenjuje niža kamatna stopa i zašto uopće prilikom automatske obnove mijenjaju stopu.

"Ako je klijent ugovorio automatsko obnavljanje depozita, banka dodatno, 15 dana prije isteka inicijalno ugovorenog roka ili zadnje obnovljenog roka oročenja, obavještava klijenta o visini kamatne stope koja će se primjenjivati nakon isteka oročenja Premium štednja plus paketa, s tim da klijent može, neovisno o ugovorenom automatskom obnavljanju oročenja, raspolagati ovim sredstvima te ih ponovno oročiti", poručili su iz PBZ-a.

Iz Zabe su rekli kako su klijenti prilikom ugovaranja informirani o svim pravima i pravilima te kako nakon isteka oročenja uvijek u poslovnici mogu opet oročiti Favorit štednju po uvjetima koji tada vrijede piše Jutarnji list.

Zvuči super, ali...

Iz HNB-a su nam također rekli kako nema ništa sporno u ovom postupanju banaka.

"Oročeni depozit uvijek se ugovara na određeni rok dospijeća, što znači da ugovoreni uvjeti vrijede tijekom ugovorenog roka. Kod ugovaranja oročavanja depozita s automatskim obnavljanjem banke ne mogu jamčiti da će u vrijeme obnavljanja imati u ponudi iste uvjete kao kada se ugovor sklapa prvi put", naveli su iz HNB-a.

Dodatno, treba reći i da je kod ugovaranja štednje na razdoblje od šest mjeseci potrebno dobro provjeriti na koji je način iskazana kamatna stopa koju vam garantira banka.

Naime, ovih 2,10 posto koje nudi Zaba zvuče super, ali je u njihovim općim informacijama specificirano da je stopa iskazana na godišnjoj razini, što znači da potrošač tijekom šest mjeseci štednje dobije stopu od 1,05 posto te da za dobivanje kamate od 2,10 posto obvezno ugovor treba obnoviti na još pola godine.

Nije zanemariva ni činjenica da banka na kamatu kod oročene štednje automatski obračunava porez od 12 posto pa će ukupna kamata koju potrošač na kraju dobije biti umanjena za taj iznos.

 

Sve to potrebno je znati prije stavljanja potpisa na ugovor kako se potrošač, nakon isteka oročenja, ne bi neugodno iznenadio.

Na što mnogi bankari vjerojatno i računaju...

U ovo doba prilično niskih kamatnih stopa na štednju neke su banke počele nuditi povoljnije postotke, obično na kraće razdoblje oročenja u trajanju od šest mjeseci.

Između ostaloga, tako Zagrebačka banka nudi klijentima mogućnost korištenja Favorit paketa u sklopu kojeg kamata na štednju oročenu na šest mjeseci iznosi 2,10 posto, a PBZ nudi opciju Premium štednje plus gdje kamatna stopa na šest mjeseci iznosi 1,80 posto za iznose do 25 tisuća eura te 1,92 za sve one veće od toga piše Jutarnji list. 

Ipak, jedan je čitatelj upozorio kako kod ugovaranja tih vrsta štednje postoje i neke "cake" na koje valja pripaziti i za koje je čak posumnjao da su malo mimo zakona, pa smo se obratili bankama, ali i regulatoru HNB-u.

Konkretno, čitatelj je primijetio kako Zagrebačka banka kod Favorit štednje, u slučaju isteka oročenja, uvjetuje automatsku obnovu ugovora pod jednakim ugovorenim uvjetima, ali ne i uz istu kamatnu stopu.

Naime, nakon što se ugovor automatski obnovi, umjesto stope od 2,10 posto primjenjuje se stopa za Klasični model, odnosno 0,02 posto, što znači da potrošač, želi li da mu se nastavi primjenjivati veća stopa, mora banku kontaktirati prije isteka ugovora te nanovo dogovoriti povoljnije uvjete.

Obavijest klijentima

Slično je i kod PBZ-a, iako se kod njih automatska obnova ugovora prethodno mora ugovoriti.

No, kad se ugovori, ugovor se obnavlja pod istim uvjetima, ali također s drugom, nižom kamatnom stopom pa je i ovdje potrebno dobro paziti kada ugovor istječe kako bi ga potrošač opet mogao obnoviti s povoljnijom kamatom.

Banke smo stoga pitali koliko su potrošači upoznati s tim uvjetima prilikom automatske obnove ugovora, jesu li informirani da se u takvim slučajevima primjenjuje niža kamatna stopa i zašto uopće prilikom automatske obnove mijenjaju stopu.

"Ako je klijent ugovorio automatsko obnavljanje depozita, banka dodatno, 15 dana prije isteka inicijalno ugovorenog roka ili zadnje obnovljenog roka oročenja, obavještava klijenta o visini kamatne stope koja će se primjenjivati nakon isteka oročenja Premium štednja plus paketa, s tim da klijent može, neovisno o ugovorenom automatskom obnavljanju oročenja, raspolagati ovim sredstvima te ih ponovno oročiti", poručili su iz PBZ-a.

Iz Zabe su rekli kako su klijenti prilikom ugovaranja informirani o svim pravima i pravilima te kako nakon isteka oročenja uvijek u poslovnici mogu opet oročiti Favorit štednju po uvjetima koji tada vrijede piše Jutarnji list.

Zvuči super, ali...

Iz HNB-a su nam također rekli kako nema ništa sporno u ovom postupanju banaka.

"Oročeni depozit uvijek se ugovara na određeni rok dospijeća, što znači da ugovoreni uvjeti vrijede tijekom ugovorenog roka. Kod ugovaranja oročavanja depozita s automatskim obnavljanjem banke ne mogu jamčiti da će u vrijeme obnavljanja imati u ponudi iste uvjete kao kada se ugovor sklapa prvi put", naveli su iz HNB-a.

Dodatno, treba reći i da je kod ugovaranja štednje na razdoblje od šest mjeseci potrebno dobro provjeriti na koji je način iskazana kamatna stopa koju vam garantira banka.

Naime, ovih 2,10 posto koje nudi Zaba zvuče super, ali je u njihovim općim informacijama specificirano da je stopa iskazana na godišnjoj razini, što znači da potrošač tijekom šest mjeseci štednje dobije stopu od 1,05 posto te da za dobivanje kamate od 2,10 posto obvezno ugovor treba obnoviti na još pola godine.

Nije zanemariva ni činjenica da banka na kamatu kod oročene štednje automatski obračunava porez od 12 posto pa će ukupna kamata koju potrošač na kraju dobije biti umanjena za taj iznos.

 

Sve to potrebno je znati prije stavljanja potpisa na ugovor kako se potrošač, nakon isteka oročenja, ne bi neugodno iznenadio.

Na što mnogi bankari vjerojatno i računaju...
