Jedna riječ kojom bih opisao smjenu Lukše Jakobušića, dvotjedni vakuum i sada imenovanje novog predsjednika Hajduka Ivana Bilića bila bi - lutanje.

Ne sumnjam ni najmanje da svi koji vode Hajduk žele klubu najbolje, počevši od predsjednika Nadzornog odbora Aljoše Pavelina, ostalih ‘nadzornika‘ pa naniže, no kada se sve zbroji i stavi u jednu jednadžbu, ono što je Pavelin govorio prilikom smjene Jakobušića i sada ‘instaliranja‘ Bilića, doista djeluje kao utopija.

Ono što nikako ne uspijevam pohvatati jest, je li Lukša Jakobušić bio dobar ili loš predsjednik. U svim izjavama, i Pavelina, a i sada Ivana Bilića, čujemo da je Jakobušić bio odličan predsjednik. Kako Bilić kaže, najbolji u zadnjih dvadesetak godina.

Pa zašto je onda smijenjen? Smiješno zvuči Pavelinovo objašnjenje da žele nekog drugačijeg? A istovremeno, taj novi, sada konkretno Bilić, isto ima cilj osvojiti titulu, ali nije dobio rok za to. Možemo li zaključiti da se Hajdukov Nadzorni odbor zaželio predsjednika koji će sada izgubiti titulu na drugačiji način? Jer način na koji Jakobušić nije osvajao titule nije bio baš dobar?

Čekao se rezultat

Možda vas ovo zbunjuje, ali sa smjenom Jakobušića čekali su do trenutka kada je i zadnjem optimistu postalo jasno da nema ništa od titule. Znači da je rezultat bio bitan. Zbog rezultata je smijenjen, ali je inače bio jako dobar predsjednik, ili kako Bilić kaže, najbolji u dvadesetak i kusur godina.

Sada je Pavelin rekao da sama činjenica da se ne osvoji titula i nije razlog za smjenu, ako je sve ostalo na razini. Jer, može vam presuditi jedna stativa u 95. minuti, kazao je Pavelin, i sve dobro što ste napravili padne u vodu.

Ako je Jakobušić bio najbolji predsjednik u dva desetljeća, zar se to opravdanje nije moglo ‘zalijepiti‘ i za njega?

Zašto je trebao doći netko, ne bolji, nego drukčiji?

Pavelin je ovako govorio o Jakobušiću prilikom objave smjene:

- On je pošteno odradio svoju dionicu posla, unio je cijelog sebe, emociju, vrijeme, energiju, znanje, to je dao Hajduku i napravio puno dobrih stvari. Ostat će zapamćen kao dobar predsjednik.

Govorio je tada i što očekuje od novog predsjednika:

- Ciljevi su jasni - borba za titulu i prvenstvo, od toga ne odustajemo. To će biti cilj novog predsjednika. Što se tiče strategije, mislim da je zastarjela i da se treba mijenjati sukladno promjenama. Strategije se ažuriraju svake godine.

Sada je prilikom predstavljanja Bilića dobio pitanje.

Dobar, loš, zao

Smjena Jakobušića je rezultatske prirode, koliki rok dajete novom predsjedniku s te rezultatske strane, koliko dugo može biti miran?

- Sportski neuspjeh u ovoj sezoni je jedan od razloga smjene. Istaknuo sam da NO nije tražio boljeg nego drukčijeg predsjednika. Po našoj procjeni, Jakobušić je svoju dionicu odradio dobro, potreban je drugi profil da Hajduk povede u idućoj etapi. Niz je razloga, ne samo sportski neuspjeh. Novom predsjedniku ciljevi su isti. Hajduk se uvijek mora boriti za trofeje i igranje skupina Europe. Taj cilj se ne mijenja, tko god da dođe. Potreban je balans, razvoj mladih i konkurentnost za titulu. To je ključni izazov za ljude koji vode Hajduk. Ostvarivanje ciljeva se promatra kroz cijeli niz parametara, isto sam rekao na prošloj pressici - objasnio je Pavelin.

Znači, Jakobušić je bio dobar predsjednik, samo što nije bio rezultatski dobar, ali ne samo to, nego je i niz drugih razloga za njegovu smjenu, ne samo sportski neuspjeh. Pa u čemu je onda dobar? I ne tražimo sada boljeg, nego drugačijeg.

Dojam je da se na Poljudu sada cilja prema razvoju mladih, njihovoj kvalitetnijoj integraciji u prvu momčad, a od toga je Jakobušić počeo ozbiljno odstupati? Bi li on ostao u sedlu da je treći s više mladih u momčadi? I koliko činjenica da igra više mladih opravdava gubitak titule? Je li s tom činjenicom lakše progutati ‘stativu u 95. minuti‘ u utakmici u kojoj se lomi prvenstvo?

Čisto sumnjam.

Jedna riječ kojom bih opisao smjenu Lukše Jakobušića, dvotjedni vakuum i sada imenovanje novog predsjednika Hajduka Ivana Bilića bila bi - lutanje.

Ne sumnjam ni najmanje da svi koji vode Hajduk žele klubu najbolje, počevši od predsjednika Nadzornog odbora Aljoše Pavelina, ostalih ‘nadzornika‘ pa naniže, no kada se sve zbroji i stavi u jednu jednadžbu, ono što je Pavelin govorio prilikom smjene Jakobušića i sada ‘instaliranja‘ Bilića, doista djeluje kao utopija.

Ono što nikako ne uspijevam pohvatati jest, je li Lukša Jakobušić bio dobar ili loš predsjednik. U svim izjavama, i Pavelina, a i sada Ivana Bilića, čujemo da je Jakobušić bio odličan predsjednik. Kako Bilić kaže, najbolji u zadnjih dvadesetak godina.

Pa zašto je onda smijenjen? Smiješno zvuči Pavelinovo objašnjenje da žele nekog drugačijeg? A istovremeno, taj novi, sada konkretno Bilić, isto ima cilj osvojiti titulu, ali nije dobio rok za to. Možemo li zaključiti da se Hajdukov Nadzorni odbor zaželio predsjednika koji će sada izgubiti titulu na drugačiji način? Jer način na koji Jakobušić nije osvajao titule nije bio baš dobar?

Čekao se rezultat

Možda vas ovo zbunjuje, ali sa smjenom Jakobušića čekali su do trenutka kada je i zadnjem optimistu postalo jasno da nema ništa od titule. Znači da je rezultat bio bitan. Zbog rezultata je smijenjen, ali je inače bio jako dobar predsjednik, ili kako Bilić kaže, najbolji u dvadesetak i kusur godina.

Sada je Pavelin rekao da sama činjenica da se ne osvoji titula i nije razlog za smjenu, ako je sve ostalo na razini. Jer, može vam presuditi jedna stativa u 95. minuti, kazao je Pavelin, i sve dobro što ste napravili padne u vodu.

Ako je Jakobušić bio najbolji predsjednik u dva desetljeća, zar se to opravdanje nije moglo ‘zalijepiti‘ i za njega?

Zašto je trebao doći netko, ne bolji, nego drukčiji?

Pavelin je ovako govorio o Jakobušiću prilikom objave smjene:

- On je pošteno odradio svoju dionicu posla, unio je cijelog sebe, emociju, vrijeme, energiju, znanje, to je dao Hajduku i napravio puno dobrih stvari. Ostat će zapamćen kao dobar predsjednik.

Govorio je tada i što očekuje od novog predsjednika:

- Ciljevi su jasni - borba za titulu i prvenstvo, od toga ne odustajemo. To će biti cilj novog predsjednika. Što se tiče strategije, mislim da je zastarjela i da se treba mijenjati sukladno promjenama. Strategije se ažuriraju svake godine.

Sada je prilikom predstavljanja Bilića dobio pitanje.

Dobar, loš, zao

Smjena Jakobušića je rezultatske prirode, koliki rok dajete novom predsjedniku s te rezultatske strane, koliko dugo može biti miran?

- Sportski neuspjeh u ovoj sezoni je jedan od razloga smjene. Istaknuo sam da NO nije tražio boljeg nego drukčijeg predsjednika. Po našoj procjeni, Jakobušić je svoju dionicu odradio dobro, potreban je drugi profil da Hajduk povede u idućoj etapi. Niz je razloga, ne samo sportski neuspjeh. Novom predsjedniku ciljevi su isti. Hajduk se uvijek mora boriti za trofeje i igranje skupina Europe. Taj cilj se ne mijenja, tko god da dođe. Potreban je balans, razvoj mladih i konkurentnost za titulu. To je ključni izazov za ljude koji vode Hajduk. Ostvarivanje ciljeva se promatra kroz cijeli niz parametara, isto sam rekao na prošloj pressici - objasnio je Pavelin.

Znači, Jakobušić je bio dobar predsjednik, samo što nije bio rezultatski dobar, ali ne samo to, nego je i niz drugih razloga za njegovu smjenu, ne samo sportski neuspjeh. Pa u čemu je onda dobar? I ne tražimo sada boljeg, nego drugačijeg.

Dojam je da se na Poljudu sada cilja prema razvoju mladih, njihovoj kvalitetnijoj integraciji u prvu momčad, a od toga je Jakobušić počeo ozbiljno odstupati? Bi li on ostao u sedlu da je treći s više mladih u momčadi? I koliko činjenica da igra više mladih opravdava gubitak titule? Je li s tom činjenicom lakše progutati ‘stativu u 95. minuti‘ u utakmici u kojoj se lomi prvenstvo?

Čisto sumnjam.
