Javnost je u susjedstvu ostala zatečena viješću o Beograđanki (27) koja je sasvim slučajno otkrila da ima sifilis, a poznati liječnik otkrio je da na tu dijagnozu nije ni pomišljao.

Liječnik objašnjava kako je moguće da netko tko vodi zdrav život i ima dugogodišnjeg partnera bude zaražen sifilisom. 

Razlog je bila blago povišena temperatura 37,2. Liječnik je ustanovio da djevojka vodi zdrav život, trenira, zdravo se hrani, a uz to ima i dugogodišnjeg partnera. Sasvim slučajno su otkrili da ima sifilis, spolno prenosivu bolest koja se vratila u Srbiju.

"Imala je blagu temperaturu 37,2. Čak sam mislio da se samo prenaprezala trčanjem ili vježbama joge. Djevojka vodi zdrav život, ima jednog partnera, sve smo pregledali. Sasvim slučajno smo napravili test jer imamo mikrobiologa koji je vrlo iskusan i on je predložio: ‘Zašto ne napravite test na sifilis?‘ Pokazalo se kao pozitivno“, rekao je za Mondo dr. Aleksandar Ćurković i otkrio kako je to moguće.

"Partner je imao neku nespecifičnu upalu pluća koja sa sobom nosi i prve simptome. Ne napada samo spolne organe, sada postaje sistemska bolest. Ne da je sifilis došao, već je došao na velika vrata, vidio sam jedan slučaj do 2015. godine, sa slovima i brojevima znam ime i prezime žene koja je to zaradila radeći na kruzeru. Od tada do sada, ako ih nisam vidio 30, nisam manje. Je li to mutirana genetska osnova te bolesti ili smo oslabili ili oboje, ne znam, ali jedno je sigurno, a to je da se zarazne bolesti vraćaju. Ne vrijedi ono što se nekada govorilo: ‘Lako ćemo to izliječiti‘, a sada imamo sve manje lijekova protiv toga.i sve su maligniji", upozorava. 

Rano u infekciji, sifilis može uzrokovati pojavu čireva ili rana na mjestu infekcije, obično na genitalijama, anusu ili usnama. Ti čirevi mogu biti bezbolni i mogu nestati sami, ali to ne znači da je infekcija nestala.

Ako se sifilis ne liječi, infekcija može napredovati u ozbiljnije faze. Ovo uključuje sekundarni stadij, tijekom kojeg se mogu pojaviti simptomi poput osipa na koži, groznice, bolova u mišićima, glavobolje i općeg osjećaja lošeg. Bez liječenja, sifilis može nastaviti u latentnu fazu, tijekom koje nema simptoma, ali bakterija i dalje ostaje u tijelu. Nakon toga, sifilis može prijeći u treću, najozbiljniju fazu, koja može dovesti do oštećenja organa poput srca, mozga, očiju i živaca. Ove komplikacije mogu biti vrlo ozbiljne i u nekim slučajevima mogu biti fatalne.

Međutim, sifilis se može učinkovito liječiti antibioticima, posebno u ranim fazama infekcije. Važno je pravodobno potražiti medicinsku pomoć ako sumnjate da imate sifilis ili ako imate spolni odnos s osobom koja je zaražena. Prevencija uključuje korištenje kondoma tijekom seksualnih aktivnosti i redovite medicinske preglede kako bi se rano otkrile i liječile eventualne infekcije.

Javnost je u susjedstvu ostala zatečena viješću o Beograđanki (27) koja je sasvim slučajno otkrila da ima sifilis, a poznati liječnik otkrio je da na tu dijagnozu nije ni pomišljao.

Liječnik objašnjava kako je moguće da netko tko vodi zdrav život i ima dugogodišnjeg partnera bude zaražen sifilisom. 

Razlog je bila blago povišena temperatura 37,2. Liječnik je ustanovio da djevojka vodi zdrav život, trenira, zdravo se hrani, a uz to ima i dugogodišnjeg partnera. Sasvim slučajno su otkrili da ima sifilis, spolno prenosivu bolest koja se vratila u Srbiju.

"Imala je blagu temperaturu 37,2. Čak sam mislio da se samo prenaprezala trčanjem ili vježbama joge. Djevojka vodi zdrav život, ima jednog partnera, sve smo pregledali. Sasvim slučajno smo napravili test jer imamo mikrobiologa koji je vrlo iskusan i on je predložio: ‘Zašto ne napravite test na sifilis?‘ Pokazalo se kao pozitivno“, rekao je za Mondo dr. Aleksandar Ćurković i otkrio kako je to moguće.

"Partner je imao neku nespecifičnu upalu pluća koja sa sobom nosi i prve simptome. Ne napada samo spolne organe, sada postaje sistemska bolest. Ne da je sifilis došao, već je došao na velika vrata, vidio sam jedan slučaj do 2015. godine, sa slovima i brojevima znam ime i prezime žene koja je to zaradila radeći na kruzeru. Od tada do sada, ako ih nisam vidio 30, nisam manje. Je li to mutirana genetska osnova te bolesti ili smo oslabili ili oboje, ne znam, ali jedno je sigurno, a to je da se zarazne bolesti vraćaju. Ne vrijedi ono što se nekada govorilo: ‘Lako ćemo to izliječiti‘, a sada imamo sve manje lijekova protiv toga.i sve su maligniji", upozorava. 

Rano u infekciji, sifilis može uzrokovati pojavu čireva ili rana na mjestu infekcije, obično na genitalijama, anusu ili usnama. Ti čirevi mogu biti bezbolni i mogu nestati sami, ali to ne znači da je infekcija nestala.

Ako se sifilis ne liječi, infekcija može napredovati u ozbiljnije faze. Ovo uključuje sekundarni stadij, tijekom kojeg se mogu pojaviti simptomi poput osipa na koži, groznice, bolova u mišićima, glavobolje i općeg osjećaja lošeg. Bez liječenja, sifilis može nastaviti u latentnu fazu, tijekom koje nema simptoma, ali bakterija i dalje ostaje u tijelu. Nakon toga, sifilis može prijeći u treću, najozbiljniju fazu, koja može dovesti do oštećenja organa poput srca, mozga, očiju i živaca. Ove komplikacije mogu biti vrlo ozbiljne i u nekim slučajevima mogu biti fatalne.

Međutim, sifilis se može učinkovito liječiti antibioticima, posebno u ranim fazama infekcije. Važno je pravodobno potražiti medicinsku pomoć ako sumnjate da imate sifilis ili ako imate spolni odnos s osobom koja je zaražena. Prevencija uključuje korištenje kondoma tijekom seksualnih aktivnosti i redovite medicinske preglede kako bi se rano otkrile i liječile eventualne infekcije.
