Američke obavještajne agencije tvrde da ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin nije naredio likvidaciju svog političkog rivala, Alekseja Navaljnog, ekskluzivno prenosi WSJ.

Podsjetimo, zaštitno lice ruske opozicije koji od 2023. služi 19-godišnju zatvorsku kaznu u jednom od najzloglasnijih gulaga u zemlji, onom na Arktiku, ove se veljače misteriozno srušio u nesvijest tijekom šetnje. Prema službenim zapisima, zatvorski stražari su mu promptno priskočili u pomoć započevši reanimaciju, ali je bilo prekasno, zbog čega su jedino mogli službeno proglasiti smrt. Kasnijom se obdukcijom utvrdilo da je do smrti došlo zbog iznenadnog zatajenja organa.

Očekivano, Kremlj je bio zgrožen optužbama da stoji iza misteriozne smrti Putinovog najvećeg političkog oponenta. Vrijedi napomenuti kako su američke obavještajne agencije do zaključka došle temeljem povjerljivih podataka i analize javno dostupnih informacija, te da iza ove tvrdnje čvrsto stoje CIA, Agencija za nacionalnu sigurnost, ali i State Department.

U svom su bombastičnom izvješću, ipak, naglasili kako nemaju dovoljno dokaza za potkrepljivanje tvrdnje da je ruski predsjednik u datome trenutku naredio likvidaciju svog političkog rivala, no da to ne znači da Kremlj „logistički” stoji iza ubojstva, u širem kontekstu. Obavještajne agencije nisu ulazile u dodatne špekulacije oko okolnosti njegove smrti, niti su ponudile alternativno objašnjenje.

- Svi koji na sekundu uopće i mogu pomisliti da iza Aleksejeve smrti ne stoji Putinov režim, uopće ne razumiju način na koji moderna Rusija funkcionira. Sama ideja da netko Putina nije prethodno obavijestio o ubojstvu njegovog glavnog političkog suparnika je urnebesna – tvrdi Leonid Volkov, dugogodišnji suradnik Alekseja Navaljnog.

Procjene američkih obavještajaca u pitanje dovode i europske agencije.

- Navaljni je bio dobro čuvani zatvorenik od velike političke važnosti Kremlju, zbog čega je Putin bio osobno angažiran oko njegove sudbine. Šansa da je njegova smrt „splet nesretnih okolnosti”, a ne naredba Kremlja je toliko niska da je gotovo zanemariva - smatra WSJ-u Slawomir Debski, direktor poljskog Instituta za međunarodne odnose. On, naime, tvrdnje američkih obavještajaca uzima sa zrnom soli.

Konteksta radi, treba naglasiti da je Aleksej Navaljni bio osoba koja je u Rusiji imala dovoljno podrške da prilično ozbiljno, koliko je to moguće u trenutnim političkim okolnostima, ozbiljno zaprijeti stabilnosti Putinova režima, zbog čega je njegova smrt interpretirana kao svojevrsna kruna zakulisnog obračuna kojeg je Kremlj vodio s eventualnim alternativama Vladimiru Putinu. Naime, od početka „specijalne vojne operacije” u Ukrajini, nekoliko je prominentnih Rusa umrlo pod zasad nerazjašnjenim okolnostima, između ostalog i arhitekt neuspjelog državnog udara, Jevgenij Prigožin.

Zanimljiva informacija jest i činjenica da su samo nekoliko dana prije smrti Alekseja Navaljnog, američki predsjednik Joe Biden i njegov njemački kolega, kancelar Olaf Scholz, navodno planirali razmjenu zatvorenika u sklopu koje bi Navaljni (ali i američki novinar Evan Gershkovich te marinac Paul Whelan) bili pušteni na slobodu. Kremlj je zauzvrat, navodno, tražio oslobađanje Vadima Krasikova, ruskog obavještajca koji služi kaznu u Njemačkoj zbog ubojstva gruzijskog disidenta.

Američke obavještajne agencije tvrde da ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin nije naredio likvidaciju svog političkog rivala, Alekseja Navaljnog, ekskluzivno prenosi WSJ.

Podsjetimo, zaštitno lice ruske opozicije koji od 2023. služi 19-godišnju zatvorsku kaznu u jednom od najzloglasnijih gulaga u zemlji, onom na Arktiku, ove se veljače misteriozno srušio u nesvijest tijekom šetnje. Prema službenim zapisima, zatvorski stražari su mu promptno priskočili u pomoć započevši reanimaciju, ali je bilo prekasno, zbog čega su jedino mogli službeno proglasiti smrt. Kasnijom se obdukcijom utvrdilo da je do smrti došlo zbog iznenadnog zatajenja organa.

Očekivano, Kremlj je bio zgrožen optužbama da stoji iza misteriozne smrti Putinovog najvećeg političkog oponenta. Vrijedi napomenuti kako su američke obavještajne agencije do zaključka došle temeljem povjerljivih podataka i analize javno dostupnih informacija, te da iza ove tvrdnje čvrsto stoje CIA, Agencija za nacionalnu sigurnost, ali i State Department.

U svom su bombastičnom izvješću, ipak, naglasili kako nemaju dovoljno dokaza za potkrepljivanje tvrdnje da je ruski predsjednik u datome trenutku naredio likvidaciju svog političkog rivala, no da to ne znači da Kremlj „logistički” stoji iza ubojstva, u širem kontekstu. Obavještajne agencije nisu ulazile u dodatne špekulacije oko okolnosti njegove smrti, niti su ponudile alternativno objašnjenje.

- Svi koji na sekundu uopće i mogu pomisliti da iza Aleksejeve smrti ne stoji Putinov režim, uopće ne razumiju način na koji moderna Rusija funkcionira. Sama ideja da netko Putina nije prethodno obavijestio o ubojstvu njegovog glavnog političkog suparnika je urnebesna – tvrdi Leonid Volkov, dugogodišnji suradnik Alekseja Navaljnog.

Procjene američkih obavještajaca u pitanje dovode i europske agencije.

- Navaljni je bio dobro čuvani zatvorenik od velike političke važnosti Kremlju, zbog čega je Putin bio osobno angažiran oko njegove sudbine. Šansa da je njegova smrt „splet nesretnih okolnosti”, a ne naredba Kremlja je toliko niska da je gotovo zanemariva - smatra WSJ-u Slawomir Debski, direktor poljskog Instituta za međunarodne odnose. On, naime, tvrdnje američkih obavještajaca uzima sa zrnom soli.

Konteksta radi, treba naglasiti da je Aleksej Navaljni bio osoba koja je u Rusiji imala dovoljno podrške da prilično ozbiljno, koliko je to moguće u trenutnim političkim okolnostima, ozbiljno zaprijeti stabilnosti Putinova režima, zbog čega je njegova smrt interpretirana kao svojevrsna kruna zakulisnog obračuna kojeg je Kremlj vodio s eventualnim alternativama Vladimiru Putinu. Naime, od početka „specijalne vojne operacije” u Ukrajini, nekoliko je prominentnih Rusa umrlo pod zasad nerazjašnjenim okolnostima, između ostalog i arhitekt neuspjelog državnog udara, Jevgenij Prigožin.

Zanimljiva informacija jest i činjenica da su samo nekoliko dana prije smrti Alekseja Navaljnog, američki predsjednik Joe Biden i njegov njemački kolega, kancelar Olaf Scholz, navodno planirali razmjenu zatvorenika u sklopu koje bi Navaljni (ali i američki novinar Evan Gershkovich te marinac Paul Whelan) bili pušteni na slobodu. Kremlj je zauzvrat, navodno, tražio oslobađanje Vadima Krasikova, ruskog obavještajca koji služi kaznu u Njemačkoj zbog ubojstva gruzijskog disidenta.

Američke obavještajne agencije tvrde da ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin nije naredio likvidaciju svog političkog rivala, Alekseja Navaljnog, ekskluzivno prenosi WSJ.

Podsjetimo, zaštitno lice ruske opozicije koji od 2023. služi 19-godišnju zatvorsku kaznu u jednom od najzloglasnijih gulaga u zemlji, onom na Arktiku, ove se veljače misteriozno srušio u nesvijest tijekom šetnje. Prema službenim zapisima, zatvorski stražari su mu promptno priskočili u pomoć započevši reanimaciju, ali je bilo prekasno, zbog čega su jedino mogli službeno proglasiti smrt. Kasnijom se obdukcijom utvrdilo da je do smrti došlo zbog iznenadnog zatajenja organa.
