U vrijeme kad banke (gotove sve) ne stimuliraju štednju, oni koji imaju viška novca traže druge načine ulaganja, bilo ulaganje u nekretnine ili u vrijednosne papire. Uz to, mnoge kompanije čije su dionice uvrštene na Zagrebačku burzu nastavile su s dobrim poslovnim rezultatima, čime su zadovoljni i ulagači, a sve se to odražava i na kretanje cijena dionica.
Uostalom, evo podataka. U prvom kvartalu ove godine promet unutar knjige ponuda bio je gotovo 35 posto bolji nego kvartal prije, a ukupni promet 4,5 posto.
Takvi su podaci Zagrebačke burze u prvom tromjesečju 2024. godine. Dodaju kako usporedba s istim razdobljem lani, odnosno prvim kvartalom 2023. godine, svjedoči o još boljim rezultatima – dionicama je trženo 46,5 posto više.
Što odabrati, u koje dionice uložiti novac? Prijedlozi su u rukama stručnjaka, a mi iznosimo podatke o tome koje su dionice imale najveći promet u eurima u prva tri mjeseca ove godine.
Evo ih – "top 10" dionica s najvećim prometom – Zagrebačka banka (8.555.272 eura), Podravka (7.935.104), HT (7.862.458), Ericsson Nikola Tesla (7.605.850), Končar (6.270.864), Adris Grupa (6.245.927), Končar –D&ST (5.826.950), Valamar Riviera (5.442.633), HPB (4.725.992) i Span (3.310.213 eura).
Od prometa još je zanimljivije pogledati kako su se kretale cijene dionica, naravno govorimo o tvrtkama kojima je vrijednost bitno porasla. Opet smo na "top 10", i to u prvom tromjesečju ove godine.

Čak su četiri tvrtke imale rast veći od 50 posto. Rekorder je Podravska banka (skok od velikih 58,71 posto na vrijednost dionice 49,20 eura), slijedi Končar – D&ST. Redovna je dionica porasla tek nešto manje od one Podravske banke, za 57,65 posto, na 1340 eura, dok je povlaštena dionica išla gore 55,81 posto, na 1340 eura. Zagrebačke pekarne Klara rasle su 54,87 posto, na 35 eura, a onda opet jedna banka, što nije čudno s obzirom da bankama ide sjajno.
U pitanju je Slatinska banka s rastom od 42,53 posto, pa je vrijednost dionice došla na 12,40 eura, Varteks je skočio za 42,31 posto, ali je u pitanju vrijednost dionica od samo 0,37 eura. Znatno je skočila i vrijednost Končara, 39,04 posto, na 260, Croatia osiguranje je s rastom od 31,18 posto dostiglo vrijednost od 1220 eura, Lošinjska plovidba – Holding rastom od 30,25 dohvatila je vrijednost od 31 eura, i na kraju Zvečevo 27,71 posto, na 10,60 eura.
Naravno, nisu sve dionice u plusu. Evo i dionica s najvećim padom cijene u prva tri mjeseca: Modra špilja je pala za 28,10 posto, na 1,10 eura, Atlantska plovidba je skliznula 16,98 posto, na 44 eura, Alpha Adriatic pala je za 11,62 posto, na 17,50 eura, osječka Saponia imala je sličan pad od 11,05 posto, na 84,50 eura. Slijedi nekoliko turističkih kompanija, HTP Orebić s minusom od 10,92 posto, pa je vrijednost dionice 10,60 eura, HTP Korčula je manje pala, 9,33 posto, na 6,80 eura, slijedi i Zagrebačka burza d.d. (-8,70 na 2,52 eura), pa opet turizam – Hoteli Haludovo Malinska, koji su smanjili vrijednost dionica za 69 posto (vrijedi svaka samo 0,36 eura), zagrebačka Ingra je "tanja" za 6,40 posto (pad dionice na 2,34 eura) i Jadran s padom od 5,66 posto, na 1,50.
Ukupno je na Zagrebačku burzu uvršteno 85 dionica, od kojih se s njih šest trguje na Vodećem tržištu, 19 na Službenom i 60 na Redovitom tržištu.

Porast cijene zabilježen je za 46 dionica, pad cijene za 22, a njih pet bilo je bez promjene cijene u prvom tromjesečju.
Oni koji trguju dionicama zasigurno dobro znaju financijske mogućnosti, koristi i rizike trgovanja, a oni koji o tome razmišljaju mogu na stranicama Akademije Zagrebačke burze dobiti potrebne informacije (https://www.akademijazse.hr/cesta-pitanja/).
Na pitanje zašto bi netko ulagao u dionice, odgovaraju kako su dionice "odličan instrument za dugoročno ulaganje, a i vrlo su likvidne (to znači da je relativno lagano pretvoriti ih u gotovinu bez podnošenja značajnijeg cjenovnog udara). One obično osiguravaju godišnji prihod u obliku dividendi, a imaju i potencijal za dugoročan rast".
Međutim, nastavljaju, dionicama se vrijednost može i smanjiti pa stoga ulagatelj koji ih kupuje mora dobro procijeniti rizike svog ulaganja prije nego što se na to odluči. Ulagatelj mora biti svjestan sljedećih rizika:
1. Profitabilnost poduzeća čije dionice kupujete nije unaprijed poznata niti se može sa sigurnošću predvidjeti.
2. Kretanje dionice u prošlosti nije jamstvo njezine buduće uspješnosti.
3. Razvoj cijene dionice ne ovisi isključivo o samom poduzeću, nego i o drugim čimbenicima, kao što su gospodarstvo, tržišna kretanja, kretanja kamatnih stopa itd.
Nadalje, evo što svaki ulagatelj nikad ne smije zaboraviti:
– Budite sigurni da znate kada će vam novac koji ulažete zatrebati.
– Diverzificirajte.
– Trebate dobro razumjeti ono u što ulažete.
– Budite disciplinirani i držite se svoje strategije, razine rizika koju možete podnijeti i vremenskog horizonta svog ulaganja.
– U odlukama se nikad ne povodite "oporavkom od gubitaka".
– Uvijek se zaštitite od inflacije.
– Svoje odluke temeljite na financijskim informacijama kojima vjerujete.

U vrijeme kad banke (gotove sve) ne stimuliraju štednju, oni koji imaju viška novca traže druge načine ulaganja, bilo ulaganje u nekretnine ili u vrijednosne papire. Uz to, mnoge kompanije čije su dionice uvrštene na Zagrebačku burzu nastavile su s dobrim poslovnim rezultatima, čime su zadovoljni i ulagači, a sve se to odražava i na kretanje cijena dionica.
Uostalom, evo podataka. U prvom kvartalu ove godine promet unutar knjige ponuda bio je gotovo 35 posto bolji nego kvartal prije, a ukupni promet 4,5 posto.
Takvi su podaci Zagrebačke burze u prvom tromjesečju 2024. godine. Dodaju kako usporedba s istim razdobljem lani, odnosno prvim kvartalom 2023. godine, svjedoči o još boljim rezultatima – dionicama je trženo 46,5 posto više.
Što odabrati, u koje dionice uložiti novac? Prijedlozi su u rukama stručnjaka, a mi iznosimo podatke o tome koje su dionice imale najveći promet u eurima u prva tri mjeseca ove godine.
Evo ih – "top 10" dionica s najvećim prometom – Zagrebačka banka (8.555.272 eura), Podravka (7.935.104), HT (7.862.458), Ericsson Nikola Tesla (7.605.850), Končar (6.270.864), Adris Grupa (6.245.927), Končar –D&ST (5.826.950), Valamar Riviera (5.442.633), HPB (4.725.992) i Span (3.310.213 eura).
Od prometa još je zanimljivije pogledati kako su se kretale cijene dionica, naravno govorimo o tvrtkama kojima je vrijednost bitno porasla. Opet smo na "top 10", i to u prvom tromjesečju ove godine.

Čak su četiri tvrtke imale rast veći od 50 posto. Rekorder je Podravska banka (skok od velikih 58,71 posto na vrijednost dionice 49,20 eura), slijedi Končar – D&ST. Redovna je dionica porasla tek nešto manje od one Podravske banke, za 57,65 posto, na 1340 eura, dok je povlaštena dionica išla gore 55,81 posto, na 1340 eura. Zagrebačke pekarne Klara rasle su 54,87 posto, na 35 eura, a onda opet jedna banka, što nije čudno s obzirom da bankama ide sjajno.
U pitanju je Slatinska banka s rastom od 42,53 posto, pa je vrijednost dionice došla na 12,40 eura, Varteks je skočio za 42,31 posto, ali je u pitanju vrijednost dionica od samo 0,37 eura. Znatno je skočila i vrijednost Končara, 39,04 posto, na 260, Croatia osiguranje je s rastom od 31,18 posto dostiglo vrijednost od 1220 eura, Lošinjska plovidba – Holding rastom od 30,25 dohvatila je vrijednost od 31 eura, i na kraju Zvečevo 27,71 posto, na 10,60 eura.
Naravno, nisu sve dionice u plusu. Evo i dionica s najvećim padom cijene u prva tri mjeseca: Modra špilja je pala za 28,10 posto, na 1,10 eura, Atlantska plovidba je skliznula 16,98 posto, na 44 eura, Alpha Adriatic pala je za 11,62 posto, na 17,50 eura, osječka Saponia imala je sličan pad od 11,05 posto, na 84,50 eura. Slijedi nekoliko turističkih kompanija, HTP Orebić s minusom od 10,92 posto, pa je vrijednost dionice 10,60 eura, HTP Korčula je manje pala, 9,33 posto, na 6,80 eura, slijedi i Zagrebačka burza d.d. (-8,70 na 2,52 eura), pa opet turizam – Hoteli Haludovo Malinska, koji su smanjili vrijednost dionica za 69 posto (vrijedi svaka samo 0,36 eura), zagrebačka Ingra je "tanja" za 6,40 posto (pad dionice na 2,34 eura) i Jadran s padom od 5,66 posto, na 1,50.
Ukupno je na Zagrebačku burzu uvršteno 85 dionica, od kojih se s njih šest trguje na Vodećem tržištu, 19 na Službenom i 60 na Redovitom tržištu.

Porast cijene zabilježen je za 46 dionica, pad cijene za 22, a njih pet bilo je bez promjene cijene u prvom tromjesečju.
Oni koji trguju dionicama zasigurno dobro znaju financijske mogućnosti, koristi i rizike trgovanja, a oni koji o tome razmišljaju mogu na stranicama Akademije Zagrebačke burze dobiti potrebne informacije (https://www.akademijazse.hr/cesta-pitanja/).
Na pitanje zašto bi netko ulagao u dionice, odgovaraju kako su dionice "odličan instrument za dugoročno ulaganje, a i vrlo su likvidne (to znači da je relativno lagano pretvoriti ih u gotovinu bez podnošenja značajnijeg cjenovnog udara). One obično osiguravaju godišnji prihod u obliku dividendi, a imaju i potencijal za dugoročan rast".
Međutim, nastavljaju, dionicama se vrijednost može i smanjiti pa stoga ulagatelj koji ih kupuje mora dobro procijeniti rizike svog ulaganja prije nego što se na to odluči. Ulagatelj mora biti svjestan sljedećih rizika:
1. Profitabilnost poduzeća čije dionice kupujete nije unaprijed poznata niti se može sa sigurnošću predvidjeti.
2. Kretanje dionice u prošlosti nije jamstvo njezine buduće uspješnosti.
3. Razvoj cijene dionice ne ovisi isključivo o samom poduzeću, nego i o drugim čimbenicima, kao što su gospodarstvo, tržišna kretanja, kretanja kamatnih stopa itd.
Nadalje, evo što svaki ulagatelj nikad ne smije zaboraviti:
– Budite sigurni da znate kada će vam novac koji ulažete zatrebati.
– Diverzificirajte.
– Trebate dobro razumjeti ono u što ulažete.
– Budite disciplinirani i držite se svoje strategije, razine rizika koju možete podnijeti i vremenskog horizonta svog ulaganja.
– U odlukama se nikad ne povodite "oporavkom od gubitaka".
– Uvijek se zaštitite od inflacije.
– Svoje odluke temeljite na financijskim informacijama kojima vjerujete.
